This workout seems to be effective, Im feeling great pumps after each session, but the truth will be in the progress pics!! I may do one more update with pics then wait until the end of the cycle for the final update. Im definitely seeing noticeable striations in my upper legs, and my arms have never been more vascular! I am still battling the belly fat, but its a push and pull for me. I still haven't found what my body needs to get to the next level wether it be different macros, more cardio, etc.

My legs would have been dead doing leg extensions first.Great Leg work today felt pretty strong even with the low carbs. Still cutting down, and nearing the end of the cycle. I probably have at least a week and a half left of Epi-V then on to PCT.
