It's already friday in Japan and I am sitting at work. But I did get some turkey in on Wednesday here (Japan has like a workers thanks day on wednesday before thanksgiving ... lol). Us foreigners from American gathered together and made some traditional foods. Though I made coconut pudding ... lol Haupia!!!!

Thanks I think it is because of the lack of hair on my head and face lol. I had an ok workout. With kleen himself and my sis. I was plum beet from the previous days training. I lifted like a little beatch compared to the other two. Its all good I still had a good time.

Hit some 5 stage hills for cardio: 28 min, 140 cals.

Def. back up on it dietary wise: 2445 cal (127 carbs, 228 protein [plus 30g bcaa], 114 fats) with an estimated burn of 4109.
 
Yeah I was all bummed. My shoulder popped a couple weeks ago when I went for 280lbs. I have ignored it but this workout out showed its ugly head. I got weaker and weaker on the bench. Over all I was ok with it. When I first got back into training again I barely lifted 190 and I was able to do more with help in front of kleen. Even if I know I normally can lift more I was happy to just be able to lift more than before. Lol I think I might have freaked him and my sis out. This was the first time they have seen my hernia in action. Lol it likes to grow while lifting and go back down when finished.

Damn pleased with todays work out.
 
Today's dietary figures: 2387 cals (139 carbs, 228 protein [plus 18g BCAA], 104 fats with an estimated burn of 3747 for a deficit of 1360. Have been half afraid to jump on the scale since Thursday, perhaps I will do so tomorrow morning to assess the damage done. Been eating a lot of left over Turkey and trying to stay out of the other stuff.

ok here is the low down. As of today no more N2 Burn. I want to thank rickrock and Need to build muscle for allowing me to run this product. While taking this fat burner I also ran a PCT so it was used more as a recomp than cutting. The nice thing this product did was allowed me curb my appetite in the mornings as I was always hungry. I was able to control my urge to eat and keep on the diet. In the beginning it helped me drop from 250 down to 242. I have actually gained a couple lbs i am sitting at 246 currently thanks to the PCT. I am completely happy with the way this product helped me not eat and burn what fat I lost.

Obviously this log will continue for us big boys to finish our little challenge. No it is time to actually start cutting. More supplements to come in January as I wont be taking any until then, to give my body some recovery from the supplements.


Workouts this weekend consisted of running up and down 3 senderos with corn and picking up and carrying a 125 lbs sow then going back for two more. I also laid the smack down on two turkeys as well. Skinning a hog is a real pain in the butt. And a very good workout making you sweat and use muscle not usually used.

Wanted to lift today but it didn't work out, can't tomorrow night either as my youngest has a school play. Chewing on the option of rolling out early and getting Delt day done before work, but no promises at this time.

Dietary for today: 2014 cals (120 carbs, 178 protein [plus 12g BCAA], 87 fats). No real activity to speak of.
 
Ok, we did rise and shine at 5:10, rolled out to the gym to get the delt workout done before work. Was not real pleased with the way it turned out, just not a "crank it up" early person I guess. Will post workout details and diet info later, oh, Epi is now at 3 pills/day.

Now the weight was obviously much lighter than normal but the funny thing was, I was actually sweating way more tonight than I have been lately. Not to mention I had no rest between reps. It is time to start focusing on the cutting phase of my regimen.
 
Nice work man! That was probably like one long intense HIIT session! Since out side is so cold I tend to just up my weight session to an extra high rep day. I know I should run... but hell I hate it. maybe I'll do some stairs today at work... hahah.

Yeah we finally got some chilly weather. Can't wait for it to get colder. Funny you mentioned HIIT. I will start that back up shortly. Right now I went back to basics for cardio. Started off with 20 minutes for the first week 25 minutes for the second and now 30 for this third week.

I've toyed with the idea of doing my 20RM squat for for like 10 sets of 20 with 20-30s rests. Cause I cant really do HIIT... Well indoors.

LOL must be something in the water. I was the same way today. I did not get a chance to get my second meal in before my workout. So my energy and strength was down. Man I hate that.

Now those deads are just ridiculous. Way to go.

Today was a busy day at the office I broke my fast at 11:30 and did not get my second meal in before the gym which really hurt me during my workout. Grrrrr. I had to lower my weights which I don't like to do. I try to keep the same weight all the way through my workouts. Now I made some adjustments in my bar placement. I always thought i was going down to one fist above my chest as it turned out I was about two. Thanks to kleen for noticing. I hate when my form is not right.

90 days for the fun,and he probably has me beat on fat loss. I gained 4 lbs after this last recomp during pct. Now starts the cutting for me.

I doubt that Jeff, I put on about 6 pounds over thanksgiving, although I suspect not all of it was fat as I am looking leaner in the chest and delts I think. Scale said 277 this morning (BOOOOOOOO) but that was after coffee and a grapefruit, so probably about 276 or so.

Well, technically, the Turkey did not force me to ingest Cherry, Pumpkin, Lemon Marange (sp?), Coconut Cream Pies and my wifes awesome pumpkin rolls, that was all on me! DOH
