I love LG been getting great results and only 4 weeks in. I currently am taking dexaprine which works numbers for energy and appetite. I currently have 2 bottles of anabeta. Can I go ahead and add them?
 
Do any of you workout in the afternoon?

I have always trained in the morning, but since my schedule is so flexible I am thinking about workout out around 3pm which would have me finishing up around 430pm. I am kind of flip flopping back and forth on how I want to handle my carbs on WO days.

I am leaning towards "backloading" them rather then splitting them throughout the day. ie. having no carbs on my 12pm "fast break" and splitting my 250g of carbs in my last 2 meals.

Up until now I always ate at 12pm/5pm/8pm, but with this new WO schedule in mind I am thinking about eating at 12pm(pro/fat), working out from 3-4:30, having an "immediate" 50g/50g pro/carb shake(4:30pm), a whole food meal with 125g of carbs 30min later, and at 8pm the remaining 75 of carbs.

I'd like to hear any of your input on this.

have you tried 2x a day either at 12 then the other at 7:30- 8

Works ****ing phenominal, and i literally can eat like a horse. today i ate like 2200 cals, all protien and fat after my workout (but currently only eating 1x a day) but starting dec ill be back to 2x a day on a clean bulk. Even during my cut when i was eating 2800 cals split 1600 and 1200 it was working incredible.
 
I don't like it personally. I really like 3 meals.

I have a lot of free time that gets spent thinking about food lol

i think of recipes while im fasting. and watch food network literally all ay long.

i made almond pecan butter, ****ing phenominal.... made the best tasting protein shake ive ever had in my life today!

All I can think about is making food and eating it while I'm at work lol.

i can easily down 3000 cals of all protein and fat in ONE MEAL, mostly solid too.

yesterday i had 20 eggwhite, 9.36 ouce cooked chicken a bag of broccoli, **** i cant even remember what else, coconut oil, a shake. i was hungry in 5 hrs.
 
Yea, I can put down so much food it is absurd. It isn't good, when you have a **** metabolism, and need to really keep things tight.lol
 
yea man my metabolism actually decent now. on T3 till december like late in the month, another photo shoot, no more then 60mcg per day though. Got stuff for my thyroid PCT though im not worried.

gotta get super lean so i can bulk nicely
 
That is pretty much what I did, now I am just trying to maintain/recomp until about mid-dec and then start bulking.

I need to figure out what I wanna do with my carbs tomorrow.. I am so indecisive. meh
 
Frank, I lift at 2 or 3 each day and dont' eat until 4-5 PM. It works great for me. I'll probably break fast once a week, but other than that, it's great.

Only negative part is I stop eating by 9 each night which means I get to jam in all my calories which can leave a brother feeling a bit full....

Feeling full is the least of my concerns..heh

Sitting around all day doing nothing, until I lift at 3pm would be what would be brutal for me.

Towards the end of my diet I was fasting until 5pm on non training days, and it was awful..

I may try tomorrow just doing a small meal at 12, then an epic post workout meal at 5pm, then another smaller meal pre-bed.

Something like 15% calories/60% calories/25% calories.

I have been eating no more then 120g of carbs a day for a LONG time, so having this huge surplus of carbs is kinda odd..lol I dropped protein down to 200g, now that I am not "dieting" and filled the void with carbs, plus bumped calories fairly considerably.

The sitting around part is fine..lol It is extending the fast to 20+hrs while sitting around, where my mind just zones in on food. If I eat at 12pm, I am cool until 5.

i hear that i eat 1x a day now, fast 24 hours !!!! ****ing annoying and brutal, along with the food channel not helping!

id honestly have all carbs post workout. Its more fun that way.

I will play it by ear tomorrow. It is going to feel so odd, working out in the afternoon. I have literally worked out first thing in the morning for 6-7 years.. I am a creature of habit, and I hate change..lol

Yea, it is crazy how much I hate change.

I went to the gym yesterday at 230pm to do some cardio, and just to see how crowded it was, because if it was too crowded I would stick to mornings. It felt like a totally different place. I was actually uncomfortable being in there..LOL

Where are you fighting? I'm assuming MMA, right? Pro? What is your mix of styles? Oh and I don't see any stats, height/weight (weight-class) you are getting down to for the fight? Just curious Bro, good Luck, Kick some A$$!!!

amateur kickboxing low kicks... Jr cruiser weight i believe based on WKA weight classes, 190, im 5 10.

be my first one, ive trained for a long time but injuries have kept me out of the ring. whenever id train for a fight id get injured and not be able to.

Since starting paleo, i have produced an intolerance to flavouring systems in most BCAA products and any bland BCAA mixture i take, i bloat badly. Since i am now following LG, how would i be able to solve this problem of eating windows of 16/8 (fast/feed)??

wake at 8am, train at 10am, first meal to break fast is 12:30pm and dinner by 6:30pm.

itll be interesting, my first one, my left thumb (jab hand) is fractured and has a bone chip so havent sparred in 3 weeks ... goin full blast on kicks.

I like Ozzy "Crazy Train" to me that is a really good intro/theme music, especially if you cut it and change it up so it flows from one high point to another throughout the song and kind of eliminate the low/slower portions of it, just an idea for ya!

Another good idea is to make your own personal 1min mix, with the best high parts of a few different songs, I've seen that done as well! I have been to hundreds of MMA fights at that club where I always go for Halloween "Wild Bills" they do a fight night every 6wks and have been doing that for about 7+yrs now and I used to be Bill Gentry, the owner's Chiropractor, so even to this day I never pay cover charge... ever! Anyway, the point of that is they all have their own theme/entrance music and usually it is a mix of a few different songs in one 45sec-1min mix!!!

Awell, i want a lil rap in a sick rock beat like Hed PE did in renegade, represent, wakeup , circus etc. and how Limp Bizkit did it in the song head for the barracade.

Last serenade is awesome. It's has a really melodic intro then it hammers hard with like a triplet riff and dbl bass...nasty.
 
i want the chorus to come in like 30 seconds into the song bc thats what gets me yanno.. otherwise it may be too late in the song where theyd stop it before i got my **** pumppppppppppppped

Cheat meals today, fairly low in fat, gram cracker whole wheat oreo pancakes. pulled pork sandwhiches... ok maybe not low in fat, but def high in sugar !!!!
