Day - 34 - 10/16/11

MY BAD, MAN got onto me again. I haven't logged lately. So here we go.
Wasn't feeling so great but pushed through the workout anyways. Had to use the garage equipment because we had Jr. with us. However, I thought it was fabulous that she worked out with us. :)
I did not take ignite, but did take proxanthine & ALC/CLA.
This workout was a tad different. Basically the last 2 sets are rest pauses. There was no real warm up other than straight lifting.

Bench
45x10, 70x10, 80x10, 80x5, 80x5

Pull downs
50x10, 80x10, 80x6, 80x5

Shoulder Press
45x10, 50x10, 55x10, 55x10, 55x9

Curls
35x10, 45x10, 45x10, 45x10

CG Bench

Romanian DL
65x10, 95x10, 135x10, 135x10, 135x10

Squats
95x10, 135x10, 145x10, 150x10 85x20 (this one man called the widow maker)
 
Day 35 - 10/17/11

Took Pro Xanthine & ALC/CLA
Did Cardio for 3.51 miles burned 600.8 calories.
Standing Ab twists - BWx30x 2 sets
Laying abls - BWx60 on both sides and front
Sauna drawbridges - BWx30
 
Day - 36

Used Ignite - 2 Pro Xanthine & 3 ALC/CLA's (so far just twice today).
I am sore as hell from Sunday's workout. But I managed to push through it. I did weight myself today, not to bad, still not happy, but I am at 126.8lbs.

Elliptical - for 5:20 minutes and Burned 60 calories.
For weights, I used the 12.5lbs and all 3 sets are at 20 reps. for the cardio based workout. Finished all in 30 minutes. :) WHOO-HOOO! :)

Yeah she went all beast mode. She kicked some ass in the gym today too while I was nursing my twisted knee. I pushed it but she got to kill it.

We have had a rough few weeks. The Queen is still hitting the gym but we have had it rough. She took some progress photos this weekend and I am sure will get on when she has a chance. She looks great but isn't pleased because she feels she should be much further along. I see lots of new muscle in the pictures. She wants to see more leanness but life has made dieting or much of anything else pretty hard for right now. Thank Goodness for the release of killing the weights which she does abusively. Saturday, she busted out 405x12 on leg press and a Widow Maker of 315x20.

Cardio for 3.55 miles, and burned 620.5 calories (I LOVE SEEING THE 6 hundreds.) :)
Did standing ab twists for BWx40x2

Elliptical for 5:58 mins burned 67.2 calories
This is the rest pause one.

Hammer Strength Row:

Hammer Strength MTS Shoulder Press:

Beast mode it was, or at least seemed like it. And of course, the progress pics on this one were taken a couple hours after my workout (not happy, but hell, at least i smiled). I am at 127.8 weight. I noticed on a couple of my pics, i grew my butt back and legs are nice and thick. But didn't post them due to the front issues.
Took usual, ignite with 2 pro xanthine, 3 ALC/CLA's (3x's a day).
Elliptical for warm up 5 minutes and burned 61.5 calories.

My bad, got busy again. And haven't been too social, haven't felt that great in a long while. Its not until the man that mentions I haven't logged anything in a while, that I need to get back on, and try and find the time.

no real update

just wanted to letcha know, havent worked out this week, so there's no update. I havent felt well nor had enough energy to hit the gym. Hopefully tomorrow will be back at it...
