Damn... this Thread moved so fast I missed those picts the first go-around, sorry bout that! Well, honestly, it is really hard to tell, I can tell you have a lot of lose skin from losing a lot of weight already, very similar to Chevy, which, when over 20% makes it very hard to tell or guestimate body fat with any kind of accuracy. But, on the other hand, it does make it much easier for viewers to notice fat loss and that fat loss has the potential to happen at a much faster rate than someone at a lower body fat. What I will tell you to look for to distinguish the difference of losing fat and possibly gaining some muscle in the process is how your clothes are fitting or doing regular body part measurements, I used to have more time on my hands and was way more adement about weekly measurements of my weight, body fat, and tape measuring all my different areas, neck, shoulders, chest abdomen, waist, arm (R), forearm (R), leg (R), & calf (R) or whatever your dominant side is.
Oh & as far as those impedance BF measurements, I take those with a grain of salt, I used one of those 2 weeks ago and it said I was at 14% BF, then I used one today for the hell of it, because there is always one laying around near the trainer station at LA FITNESS and today I measured at 16% BF. So considering I see a remarkable amount of change in the direction of being leaner now than I was 2 weeks ago, I don't see how anyone can hold a grain of salt to what those things say. Another little side note, while working the Nutrition Store yesterday, I had a woman come in, she wasn't big by any means, but she claimed to enter some kind of contest/challenge held by the trainers to see who could lose the most amount of body fat in 3 mos, well she said she had won, that she lost 18% body fat and only lost 5Lbs on the scale. I told her that was mathematically impossible and she sat there and argued with me telling me that is what they told her. She started to get mad, so I had to calmly tell her that I believed her that, that is what they told her, but told her it was one of three things, either she misheard them and she lost 18Lbs and dropped 5% BF, or that is what happened and they told her wrong, or they flat out lied to her or possibly they just had absolutely no idea what they were talking about, which if you are a trainer and you talk out of your A$$ like that, I consider that the same thing as lying!
