Well Gentlemen, while you all have been busy commiserating on degrading ideas for the loser, I have been busy.

10/20/11 Day 3, wk 1 (5/3/1 MC 6)
5:15-6:20

Bench 185x5, 215x5, 240x6

Flat DB Press (all reps touched either ribs or chest) 80's
12/8/6

Smith Machine Incline Bench @140 (Plate weight only, someone had the FW incline)
8/8/6

Fat Boy (assisted) dips @ 250
10/6/5

2h OH DB Extension (tried to keep elbows in tight)
55-12, 65-12/12

Wide Grip Strt Bar Pushdown @140
20/15

Finished up with 80/90/100 Max resist cardio, 5 minute -stage, sprinted the last 60-90 seconds/stage 27 minutes:140 cals.

Dietary for today: 3758 cals (110 carbs, 253 protein [plus 24g bcaa], 133 fats) with an estimated burn of 4178 for a deficit of 1420.

On a side note, I feel the OTC PCT coming off of the Transaderm is going well. Mood and energy levels are good, no testicular atrophy, sleeping pretty well (for me at least).

good notes coming off the transaderm!
Any notable sides on it? I'm running it now.

Ummm Meister these guys are going to lose around 30 lbs I don't think that is possible for you... If the contest is decided by lbs lost... that gives you no chance...

Lets see you guys drop that weight like a bad habit and kill it! (with a little N2Burn help):firedevil:

I agree...I guess I will just have to put on 30 LBS then. At work now and don't have time to post up my workout. Will get off in about an hour and should be home an hour after that. I'll post up my workout at that time.

P.S:

Does anyone else thing that Christina (USED TO BE) dirty hot. Now she is only hot due to actual thermal temperatures.

NICE WORK TAM...WAY TO KILL IT!

Good luck to those who are participating in this. I'm sure with your hard work and dedication you guys will do great! :)

LoL... I always look at these competitions like this, anyone who truly participates and puts all he/she has into it is already a winner just due to the shear fact of what they are doing for their bodies, so in the end, the person who actually drops the most recordable Lbs is really only the winner by Bragging rights, which is still sweet, but not as sweet as losing the unwanted FAT!!! Then there is the whole healthy competition thing, pushing one another to be the healthiest they can be, I mean what is not to LOVE, it is always a Win...Win for everyone, including the motivation it gives the followers... So great start guys, you can count on me to follow this through till the end, good luck to you all!!!

Not a bad idea. I already gave away my starting bf% but yeah good idea.

Was a bit cautious tonight given I had a bit of a tweek leading to a knot in my right hammy Tuesday. Started with a nice 10 minute cardio warm up to get a sweat rolling.

Day 4, wk 1 (MC 6)
5:15-6:10

Squat - 265x5, 310X5, 350X5 ( a bit disappointed her, was hoping for 6-7, had no spotter and the right hammy started to feel a bit tight pushing out of the bottom, so I racked it at 5)

Leg Press (again, building up carefully) 500x15, 590X15, 640X15 (that last set was a bitch come around rep #12)

Lying Leg Curl 100-12, 115-12/12

Leg Extension 220 12/12/12

Nautilus Ab Crunch 110 reps at 110 pounds.

Dietary for today (a bit high on the carbs, but given it was squat day, not really worried about that.)
2738 cals (153 carbs, 244 protein [plus 24 g bcaa), 115 fats) with an estimated burn of 4032 for a deficit of 1294.
Hit the whirlpool for about 10 minutes after hoping to heal things up a bit.

Dang 220 on leg extensions. You must have some freaking strong arse legs. Nice job on backing off also. Dont over do it to bad we still have 80+ days to go.

I actually tested my lower back tonight to see if it is completely ready for more abuse. The answer to that is no it is not 100 % maybe around 75-80%.

I love the idea, but we've given away all the N2burn that we are allowed for now. You two were the last 2 bottles of it that I could give ;)

Ok here are my pics. Now to be fair and I will leave this all up to you guys and gals. When this all started I was in the middle of coming off 7 days of taking Soma and Aleve. I had gained 7 lbs during that time, Hence starting weight of 250. As of this morning I was down to 245. Here are my puffy pictures enjoy and critique.

You can really see the hernia in the belly button area now, The scar where i had a vertical C- section when they removed a 1 1/2 feet of my large intestine and the obvious stretch marks. I do not like them one bit. Looks like I have two stomachs on the bottom very gross. Its all good though soon as all the skin chub is gone things will get and look better.

Actually, hadnt even noticed that untill you pointed it out... but we are all more self consious of our stuff then people tend to notice in general. Keep up the good work man, in a few months you yourself wont even be able to notice, like you said!

Ok, well I told OnlyChevy I would post pics if he did. These are not great, but beat the hell out of where I was at at 322 :)

Hey bro, quit gigging on yourself. It's not about where we are starting, it is about where we are GOING!

Oh snap!!!! You guys are Rockin and Rollin!!!! Man , Truly inspirational for any Big Dude who thinks theve let themselves go and give up...Its Never too late. RESPECT!!!!!!!!

I know how it is..and still face the battle everyday. You just need to inch your way towards a goal. I found that my yo-yo drastic diets and what not didnt really work...Id gain then lose then gain..Blah bla......But keeping at it, slow and steady, its becomes much easier. And the weight seems to stay off.

Well said bro. Always look forward, and don't look back!

Quiet day today, 35 minute bike ride, the wind made that a challenge, estimated burn 412 cals. Also, my N2Burn has arrived. Took 1 tab at 4pm just to assess tolerance. (I tend to run very high stim tolerance). So far, just good focus and alertness, no nausea but believe there is a bit of an appetite suppressant effect. Doesn't kill it, just makes me satisfied quicker.

Dietary for today: 2503 cals, (82 carbs, 238 protein [plus 12 g bcaa], 131 fats) with an estimated burn of 3651 for a deficit of 1149.

I think she was definitely hot and now a Hot Mess. I wouldn't dog on her if she didn't still dress like she was hot as hell. She looks like something you would see in one of the "The People of Wal-Mart" emails now.

I think since everyone is so different you can do an equation. Whoever loses the largest % of their body weight wins. Say You lose 20 lbs are ripped Jeff loses 23 yhen you lose 9.3% of your body weight and he loses 9.12% evens the playing field quite a bit since you are already going to be slowing down a bit due to being much leaner already. Of course for that to happen you would basically be close to contest shape.

I actually tested my lower back tonight to see if it is completely ready for more abuse. The answer to that is no it is not 100 % maybe around 75-80%.

I am more than willing to bet you wore your back down on the upright rows which are lower back intensive and not the triceps ext which are not. You probably took a few minutes for the swelling to catch up to you. Congrat on the PR though Mr Hard Head. You should not be going for any PR's while your back is healing!!!! I say go for a PR on most days making intelligent decisions in the gym so we don't have a hurt Jeff on our hands. Man I sound like a protective family member or something...

Good to hear. I haven't ordered mine yet. I will on Monday though.

Lots has been going on here! My AM app on my phone is good..but damn I cant keep up with most of the stuff lol.

Good going guys, keep it up! about to hit a workout now, you guys keep giving me motivation!

Yes Kleen you are probably correct. I did not go into the session thinking about going for some personal best. I know that might be a surprise. Once that came up I just stuck the pin in and was lifting like no big deal. Sad thing was it really did not get heavy until I hit the 5th set. Then next was the extension. Same thing I actually had that at 180 also. Went to get started and said nope back it down one. Attempted and of course just continued.

Now one of the things I did do that was a little on the dumb side but was kinda funny. I was just going to see if I could do 260 on the cable narrow grip pull downs. Need less to say as I was about to sit and pull I just did not have the strength to pull it down so I kinda just hung there for a second. Looked like an idiot but it actually stretched my back a little so I didn't care what it looked like. lol

Today we had a kids Bday party to go to at a skating rink. Under normal everyday things I would have gone out there and skated with the kids. But I stuck to my guns and kept saying no to the kids.

However once we got home I started to clean up a little. We had leaves and pine needle everywhere so I took out the blower and started to make piles everywhere. What turned out to be a few minute thing ended up being an hour and a half of yard work and it looks like I never even touched it. I need me a blower with a vacuum that will bag all of the crap being sucked up.
