That mitochondria DID in fact stem from a cell engulfing act. Some poor achaebacteria was swallowed up. A symbiotic relationship was born and eventually there was no selection pressure for the archaebacteria and it ejected a lot of it's necessary genetic information for survival in the outside world. Much like the modern day chloroplast was a (likely) result from a eukaryotic cell engulfing a cyanobacteria.

Even if you look at the sequencing data all of the (cool) metabolic pathways we have come RIGHT out of the archaebacterial genomes.
 
So your saying that our entire genetic make-up has stemmed from bacterial genetics? I know there is proof of this with the mitochondria and it's complete set of differentiating genes. Hadn't heard much theory on the differentiation of the "other" genes.

The other sets of genes had not differentiated until there was an oxygenic atmosphere in response to a bagillion years of photosynthesis. The differentiation of the other genes had to do with the response to the oxygenic environment. What other genes do you have in mind? Or gene families? Obviously discussion of Eucaryotic genes is more appropriate to just 'human' genes, we haven't exactly been around that long...

Ok heres a question, while back my buddy reconstituted igf des with AA after two months of just sitting in the fridger it to me, as I began using it alot of it kept dissapearing! I remeber one day after 3day break grabbing tge vial and being shocked at how little was left. What caused it to dissapear , I never found out. It was fine for two months buy once I started using it, it's as if it kept evaporating and no one in here had an answear.

Just asking about the human genome in general. Mito dna has a completely different set of genetic parameters as compared to the rest of the human genome, so the evolution of it seems more obvious(at least to me).

You accidentally used your 3ml pins as opposed to your .5cc pins! Inadvertently pinning all of your stuff within 3!

You have to remember it's a different organism entirely. I much prefer to think of the mitochondria as DEVOLVED. They are stripped down versions of their former archaebacteria cousins. Archaebacteria, however, weren't the only types of microorganisms around, they were engulfed by larger bacteria who had entirely different sets of genetic material, fit to live in different environments. But like I said, the oxygenic environment is what prompted the vast biomass expansion because... 1: oxygenic photosynthesis made it possible to store carbon, a useful energy source in a much more ordered fashion and have MUCH higher energy density. 2. By having oxygen as the final electron acceptor, the capacity to make ATP was RIDICULOUSLY increased. Arbitrarily, organisms had the capacity to become more complex because they have SO MUCH MORE energy available at their disposal to both store and consume.

I'm a competitive bodybuilder (two shows, two firsts!) but I'm stepping away from the stage the next few years to put on size. I currently compete in strongman. I actually compete in North Amercian Strongman Nationals come November!

Try splitting up the dosages and taking it with some sugary liquid? Gatorade or equivalent?

And your dose is likely way too high. The more you eat the less (proportionally) your body is able to use.

Evaporation is definitely something that is likely. A lot of that stuff isn't exactly packaged and sealed in cGMP facilities :05:

How long? I don't know. I've been shaving since I was twelve and haven't seen my chin since I was 13. Just been grooming it all these years...

Smoking a pipe with T-AD... Maybe while reading some publications. I'll keep the intellectual stuff to you ;-). But a pipe? Indubitably.

What do I think of this? --- I just figured out the nitrates in SuperSize have other advantages. And now my pants fit funny.
 
Professor what did you think about this?

1: German science is typically legitimate
2. The paper is likely legitimate, cultures however =/= humans. There are other feedback characteristics in biological systems if the body doesn't 'want' the cells to die.
3. Other cells besides fat cells have the same receptors to induce apoptosis. It's not necessarily selective for fat cells.

So, I'm not entirely sure what you are asking. If you have a more specific question I'd likely be able to look into it more for you.

Also, to answer your question further. I've got pretty good knowledge in pharmaceutical and medicinal chemistry (synthetic and not). I am, however a specialist in recombinant protein production and reconstitution. I'm NOT terribly knowledgeable in the exercise physiology area. And I'm not going to be pretend to be. I don't believe in human studies anyway! That's not science to me! I't just a statistical nightmare where you cant control variables!

this is what I.belived. What do u think of IGFLR3? Any suggestions on special ways of rumning.gy his only known to u or.very few? Any cool facts about it not usually mentioned?

From what I can tell at this point it's all anecdotal.

40-80 micrograms bilaterally pre-training on the muscle group that's going to be trained (IM). Two weeks on two weeks off. On off days pin any body part you want. Do it with a meal. If your bodyfat is low enough, a normal insulin dart should get IM. With IGF more is not better. You are more likely going to get wastage than an increased effect. So just use as much as you need. Permamant gains come much longer after usage.
