I rocked my workout today after walking up and looking ripped to shyte!!
It was a rough go but I just cranked it out giant sets on chest and back you guys know the drill, up on all lifts but not for long. I did an hour of cardio after and overdid it a bit, I couldn't have been any wetter if I was submerged for 10 minutes. Fuggin thermo is out of fuggin control!! If I don't consciously remember to drink extra water I could actually pass out sometimes it feels. I had definitely depleted my electrolytes, I may have to add a scoop to my drink if I want to survive this last 2 weeks of training...
