Recover Pro has become my staple BCAA (SORRY SCIVATION).
Every morning I take my Lemonade and add a scoop of LCLT in it... mmm mmm good.

I use one scoop usually dosed in the AM. I take both ALCAR and LCLT. But I split them apart. LCLT morning, ALcar around 10, 2, then LCLT before my evening session, then ALcar before bed.

I have used Recover Pro Lemon flavor before. Thought the flavoring could use work. I liked the 4:1:1 BCAAs though. Would order tub of Raspberry. It smells GOOOOOODDDDDDDD

The 3Z code will ALSO take 30% off. The site only allows one coupon at a time, but the the 3Z coupon is the best one out there right now...that I know of.

that usually ends up just causing hamstring cramps ;) was warming up on leg press with 630 on it, but did it with my feet too low on the plate. I swear I injure myself way too often. I should try crossfit
 
Ordered some Perform. Didn't realize that the total was less than $30 AFTER the discount. So I missed out on the free 3Z. Any AI reps wanna help me out? Was like $5 short. :(

I keep trying to come up with my own PWO mix, but I just can't seem to get the combo right. When I get close my concoction runs around 20 grams (scoops from various tubs), which is over double those used in Maniac - and it doesn't have the same effect or nearly as good of taste. Maniac somehow packs NO-boosting, muscle volumizing, energy burst and electrolytes into a 9 gram serving.

A tasty drink that could do all that is what I could have used today.
