I feel awesome today. I’m definitely getting more lean since I’ve reestablished my nutrition and training. Lean Gains is going well, even though I’m having trouble getting in all those calories. My body is saying stop and I find myself not able to stuff all that food down. I think I may try changing up my calorie intake putting my cap on training days at a max of 3,000 calories as opposed to 3,400. Other than that all is well with PCT. (don’t mix DAA powder with chocolate protein…tastes like sour milk)
