Alright, I finished my samples, and here's what I'm thinking:
Having only a couple of days to try this in, it's difficult to give a concrete opinion; that is with longer usage my estimation of the stim could easily change. So, take these observations with a grain of salt.
- Energy/stimulant is decent, but mild. You're not cracked out of your gourd, you're simply taken from "fatigued" to "alert". I don't know what your shooting for, natty, but if you want the main focus of this product to be it's stim properties, then I'd bump up the dose.
- Thermogenesis is a solid "maybe". Helpful, aren't I? The weather's been freezing here and my lab manager is a whisp of a woman who cranks up the thermostat to ~80 everyday. So while I certainly felt warm while on the Beta Stim, I cannot say unequivocally that it was not a byproduct of women always being cold.
That being said, you already make Alpha-T2. If I want Thermogenesis, I'ma go pop 2 of those and spend the day sweating naked in the snow. So, I'm presuming whatever is in this new stuff is something that will complement AT2 very well.
- As I said before, appetite suppression doesn't apply to me; it's just a result of fasting.
So, I'm trying to be constructively critical here, not for any bad reason but because I like both PES and natty quite a bit. There are precious few guys whom I would trust when they offered me samples with unidentified contents.
Lord knows I wouldn't trust Irish Cannon to such a thing - he'd send me LSD claiming it was a pre-workout. 
TL;DR - there's a LOT of potential here, all that really needs to be done is bump up the stim potency/dose and perhaps define the niche this product will fill as compared to AT2.

^^^I am the same way - I have to know EVERYthing in a product before I will use it, and the rare few people whom I will try something without hesitation without knowing what it is when asked - says a lot about that individual, but not just the individual but the company as well. PES has a lot to bring to the table in 2011, and looking forward to watching and being a part if it

Well, I finally had a day I remembered not to take other stims! First off, thanks to NattyD and PES for the chance to try this out. I'm a stim junkie and love trying things out before buying because I tend to be a non-responder except at high doses. Both Natty and PES are stand-up, and are real innovators and run a good business IMO.
Since folks have already been responding back to their individual samples, I decided to take all 24 pills at once to see what true stim junkies would feel (seriously, who takes a single dose anymore?). Well, Rosie has been giving a hardcore stim junkie perspective, but I still had to try it anyway!
Energy: 6/10 - It certainly wasn't a cracked out feel, no jitters or racing heart. It did give me a boost at first, then a decline (snooze), then picked back up and lasted a few hours. It wasn't an incredible feeling, but it was there and a little bit over baseline.
Mood: 6/10 - It helped a little over time, I was rather grumpy in the AM and as it got into the early evening my mood picked up a bit (according to my wife, and she's a very tough judge). If it was this supplement, it took quite a bit of time to register TBH.
Appetite: 4/10 - I had just eaten before I took the 24 caps, and then I was hungry for another meal just an hour or two later. Usually a snack suffices, but I ended up eating another meal, then a snack shortly after. May not have been the supplement as my family is sick and perhaps my body just needs more food.
Thermogenesis: 5/10 - I didn't feel like my core body temperature went up. No change in clothing, and no feeling like I was getting warmer. It's not like a thyroidal where I can feel body temperature go up, or even Green Tea Extract, but no sweating or anything.
Summary: ? - Personally, based on this single (double-dosed) sample I wouldn't look for the single compound to provide much TBH. Perhaps it's missing something that it needs to be stacked with to amplify desired effects? Don't know, without knowing what it is and the MOA I'm skeptical.
Thanks again for the chance to try it out. It seems like it's missing something in the formulation, so perhaps look to other complementary MOAs that can add to it. Best of luck!

I'm Back!
Hey everybody, I am back from my surgery and good to go. I was able to use the first of my sample packets Saturday on my first workout. I am in the middle of testing the second sample on a relaxed work day. Other than coffee I have not had a stim in 2 weeks.
Saturday - Morning Fasted Weight training.
Temperature outside COOL 40-50 degrees - Clothing Sweats, tshirt and a Hoodie.
9:55 AM - Consume 12 caps of mystery product with sugar free coolaid, and 14 grams BCAA's on an empty stomach.
10:15 AM - Take note of time as I noticed I had been walking around the house for about 5 minutes steadily moving. Definite smooth onset of very clean energy.
10:23 - Getting restless to do work start bothering wife to take her preworkout stuff... Originally expected a little slower ramp up from the other reviews however I was re-sensitized to stims during my lay off and I was very ready to hit the weights. Between now and getting to the gym I also noticed slight feelings of hypoglycemia. Blood sugar definitely took a dip. I am very sensitive to this feeling and think may be the slight lethargy some were noticing post dosing. Does this compound have known repartitioning effects?
11:ish - Already at gym working out and have nice smooth even energy same level as I had from before. Once I began to workout the focus outweighed the feeling of hypoglycemia Thermo effect starting to have a slight effect on me. I took hoodie of to experience further and make sure wasn't just the jacket. I stayed slightly warmer but not hot and not anywhere near the thermo effect I get from Alpha-T2.
12:00PM - Did 4 sets of high rep squats still had great focus and nice clean energy, but thermo wise I was not sweating however the gym seemed cooler than normal. Basically my entire workout I had a really nice level of energy to where I was really focusing and going for it on worksets but able to actually relax during my rest periods instead of pacing from being really stimmed.
1:30 PM was able to have my post workout shake no issues with consuming it. Was also still able to eat post workout wholefood meal without any issues, but was not starving for it like normal. Considering I woke up late and was behind on calories for the day I would say that the fact I wasn't famished is a sign that there is a slight appetite suppression. However not a strong one and definitely not based off of the power of the stim so must be through another mode of action.
3:00PM Still somewhat energetic. No crash noticed from supplement.
Summary of day one:
Well I noticed a nice pick me up in energy from this. Thermo effects were there but not extreme. Energy and thermo effects I would compare to taking 2 ReCreate. As a matter of fact a lot of the feel was similar to that of Recreate which is still one of my favorite nonstim diet pills. I had a good mood, what felt like a slight dip in blood sugar about 30-45 minutes after taking it, and once I made it through what felt like a dip in blood sugar the appetite suppression kicked in however it just kept hunger from being overbearing but did not make it harder to consume food at all.
Thoughts on ability to burn fat. Well, as everyone here has said this is a bit too short of a run to say what may or may not happen with extended use of the product. The stim, thermo, nor appetite suppression was strong enough to give me a definite impression it would be really effective. So the ingredient on it's own without knowledge of MoA does not have a WOW factor like a dose of ALPHA-T2 does. I could tell you in one dose A-T2 was going to work. If the MoA has to do with a few avenues like repartitioning, increasing cAMP it may do well on its own. If not then it will probably be better suited thrown into something that it would create some sort of synergy with due to it's attributes.
Positives - Very clean long lasting energy. Not overly stimmy, does not make eating hard to do. I like a supplement to help control my appetite but can not stand it when one makes it actually hard to consume my food. Nice review Kleen, must spread more rep... I concur with your review. I could see stacking this with AT-2, maybe a few other things for an excellent low stim cut stack. DCP comes to mind as does the HEAT stack. PES and Genomyx are coming out with some great products that compliment each other well, it is a good time to be a supplement user .

yup, for the last 12 years, i love it.
ok, got to work and didn't really feel much stim, so i drank a cup of coffee-that seemed to set it off. i really didn't feel all that more energetic than usual, but i did feel more alert and wide awake. at 3am i took the 2nd dose [12 caps], again really didn't feel much stim so at 5am break i drank another cup of coffee-same as last time the coffee kicked it in. finished out the shift feeling much fresher than normal.
imo, caffeine added to this really brings out the effect. stacked with a-t2 and 100mg caffeine i feel this would be a real winner. as for the thermo effect i agree with kleen, not as much as a-t2. for appetite control it's hard to tell-at work when i am busy is the only time my appetite isn't raging, lol.
my observation is that as a solo ingredient it isn't earth shattering, but it could be a valuable component in a formula. this compound combined with at-2 and 100mg caffeine has real possibilities, imo.:biggthumpup:

I agree BigT, this is ripe for a product that is pretty basic, as in a few key ingredients dosed right, to stack with the rest of the PES line. A nice stim that goes well with Shift and Erase would be a sexy stack and very cost effective too. Get to it Natty! :biggthumpup:

since natty took the stims out of a-t2 for shift, i don't see why he couldn't make alpha-t2 extreme with the beta stim and added caffeine.:fingersx:

Right that sounds great. By the way I am not going to write up a major thing for my second experience. It was basically the same as the first only difference was that I did not work out. Energy was there but not crazy, only slight thermal increase, and still got hypoglycemic feel about 30-45 minutes after taking it and that cleared up about in 20-30 minutes.
