i never knew shaking hte conainer was good...ill have to try that out.....the workout was not any longer than normal, took it at the same time, who knows.......anyways today was a leg day......did high carb so i had pre workout carbs (karbolyn) which I think enhanced the effects of the wyked on top of the fact that i tried 3 scoops today...which i must say is nuts, didnt even finish it, had my trianing partner finish the rest cuz i knw id be up all night if i finished it. IT killed me to give it up lol.
I had done sum plos on sunday and my legs were not fully recovered yet i dotn think cuz tehy were still a littel achey, not sore but not 100% but i wanted to see what wyked coudl do for me on a leg day. Did sum squats, atg , felt great, tough but good, got the most weight up that i can remember since is tarted makin sure im gettting really low. (stick a really low box under my ass) also got sum forced reps thanks to my partner which is always good. Then did a triple drop on leg press which was killer. Followed that with walking barbell lunges, romain DB DL, and ext and seated curls....overal great workout
My legs are definitiely shot and i know wlaking is not going to be very fun for the next couple days but usually after a wrkout liek todays im very liek out of it, sumtimes sick to my stomach, today I am not, I dunno if that is the wyked or not but overall I feel good knowing I killed the workout today.
Tomorrow will be an off day, i will probably go to the gym to do light cardio jsut to get teh blood movin and do sum foam rollling and stretching to help with recovery.
Hit my high carb cound of around 375 which feels good. gonna do low carb tomorrow nad probably anotehr high carb day thurs to see how full i can get my chest (chest workout

) I really wanan get my chest bigger so i wanna make srue i got all the nutrients i can get in on that day.
