gettin WYKED with mkretz!

The wyked did not hit me nearly as hard today, I have no idea why. The focus was not as strong and didn't really feel too crazy, but it obviously had effect with the results so im not complainin...

Did you have it earlier or later than you have before, or perhaps have a different dosage? Session last longer or shorter than others?

Is it possible that the wyked settled and therefore he didn't get the proper spectrum of ingredients?

consider giving the jub a goood shake. I don't know if that's it but its a thought.

It's possible. Always give the tub a good shake before dosing.

damn, they aren't that expensive, lol. results come quickly!!!

Not so much the cost just the foresight to get them in advance of a workout day. So what I meant by MacGyver was I am there , at the gym, how can I do weighted leg raises kind of thing.

I am in Walmart enough I am sure they have them...I just never think about it or don't have it written down so I forget...

As far as sporting goods stores go ...they are little less close by or in the path of my normal travels as a rule out here in SC. Maybe I will try to find some online and buy them while they are on my mind.
 
i never knew shaking hte conainer was good...ill have to try that out.....the workout was not any longer than normal, took it at the same time, who knows.......anyways today was a leg day......did high carb so i had pre workout carbs (karbolyn) which I think enhanced the effects of the wyked on top of the fact that i tried 3 scoops today...which i must say is nuts, didnt even finish it, had my trianing partner finish the rest cuz i knw id be up all night if i finished it. IT killed me to give it up lol.

I had done sum plos on sunday and my legs were not fully recovered yet i dotn think cuz tehy were still a littel achey, not sore but not 100% but i wanted to see what wyked coudl do for me on a leg day. Did sum squats, atg , felt great, tough but good, got the most weight up that i can remember since is tarted makin sure im gettting really low. (stick a really low box under my ass) also got sum forced reps thanks to my partner which is always good. Then did a triple drop on leg press which was killer. Followed that with walking barbell lunges, romain DB DL, and ext and seated curls....overal great workout

My legs are definitiely shot and i know wlaking is not going to be very fun for the next couple days but usually after a wrkout liek todays im very liek out of it, sumtimes sick to my stomach, today I am not, I dunno if that is the wyked or not but overall I feel good knowing I killed the workout today.

Tomorrow will be an off day, i will probably go to the gym to do light cardio jsut to get teh blood movin and do sum foam rollling and stretching to help with recovery.

Hit my high carb cound of around 375 which feels good. gonna do low carb tomorrow nad probably anotehr high carb day thurs to see how full i can get my chest (chest workout :-)) I really wanan get my chest bigger so i wanna make srue i got all the nutrients i can get in on that day.

got my cellucor black chrome (beta kind of) in the mail yesterday so I will be adding that to my stack...wyked and black chrome...energy and more pump...should be epic...I hope!

Hope the legs aren't too bad there bud...Thursday if my leg day ...while I like leg day...I also hate it lol.
 
today was an off day, I did go to the gym and go for a 25 minute run..didnt really get to stretch like I would like to so tomorrow I will do some foam rolling and stretching after my workout.....chest tomorrow! Legs are killing me, cant wait to see what tomrorow brings, with taht....it is time to recover, GOODNIGHT!

alright.....today (5/5) HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO!!! haha so today as chest hypertrophy day.....did some incline dumbell where i hit some prs which felt great, it feels amazing doing more weight for the same reps or even more than the week before....nuttin better, progress is everything! Then I did barbell incline on the smith machine with a double drop on the last set which was brutal, pushed way past failure on all 3 parts of the drop (gonna kill me tom.) Then I did some dips, where i hit sum more reps than last week witht he same weight and more actually. Then finished up with sum flys from 3 angles supersetted, then some tris

-Felt great again today, anytime weights are increasing it jsut puts u in such a great mood, i jsut didnt wanna leave the gym. I am also noticed increased libido lately and better mood....dunno if this has anythign to do with the DAA in the WYKED.

Did a little foam rolling after the workout but damn it hurt so bad (my legs are sooo sore still) hopefully now that its past the 2 day mark my legs will start getting better.


Tomorrow is back. I will be training with a kid who really pushes me if he is at the gym but ive never directly trained with him so i am reallyl looking forward to it. Gonna be movin some weight tomorrow thats for sure. Probably will do some bis as well while he does hams cuz mine are jsut too shot haha

Diet was good again today, havent checked the scale recently, hopefully ill remember tomorrow
 
I've skipper foam rolling for about a week... I'm looking at it now thinking about how bad it's gonna hurt lol
 
Yeah that foam rolling sucks and is awesome all at once. It is amazing how it can free up so many knots in one friggin rolling session and unfortunate how quickly those knots tie themselves back up when you stop rolling them...

The workout took forever BUT it was intense, he pushed me hard which is what I like, my other trianing partner doesnt do that, this one made me do the extra reps made sure my form was spot on, and i definitely feel it. Hopeully ill be feelin it tomrorow too......WYKED worked great all teh way throuh the owrkout even though it was very long. I was focused and motivated the whoel way through.....Feelin good, forgot to weight in hopefully ill remmeber tomorrow. Got to do alot of foam rolling and hope to do the same again tomrorw, the legs are slowly starting to feel better.

I like to superset side delts with rear delts and with lighter arnold presses, with the arnolds though i stand up, which causes you to stabilize urself more and is why i use lighter weight.

not a bad idea...im always down for new stuff.... i was htinkin of doin push presses as well to start off
 
btw the back workout consisted of lat pull overs as a pre exhaust then to bent over rows for 4 working sets...last one was a rest pause to 12, then CG pulldowns ,and rev. grip str8 par pulldowns to finish off, then some bi work afer with standing twist curls. lying cable curls and EZ bar curls close grip, to wide grip....then i tried finishin off the bis with tibatta intervals which i read about in a mag where u do 20 sec. of reps with 10 sec. rest 8 times (4min) pretty good burn on that

A push press is an explosive overhead press starting with about a quarter squat stance with the bar around the clavicle and exploding through the legs to an overhead lockout then lowering it under control to build some muscle in the negative portion. If just doing for power the weight does not have to be lowered that slowly but for building muscle or strength exaggerating the negative portion is best.

today ( sat 4/7 ) was shoulder/traps..... worked out by myself today which i havent done in a while. I like it cuz I really can get focused on my workout, no distractions jsut me and the wieghts. The WYKED gave me crazy energy once again....took 2.5 scoops but had too much energy so id idnt finish it....want to be able to sleep lol. The only negative to not havin a partner is that I coudlnt get any forced reps on presses but i worked aroudn it with pre exhaust and supersetting. I started off with Push Press for power so lower reps (5-8 and 3-5) then pre exhausted with sum explosive chain raises (never did these before....definietely different) Then I did some twisting DB presses. Also did machine lateral raises supersetted with machine presses which was killer. I did one more superset of underhand front raises with underhand standign presses....once again a different move but its a killer for sure. Finished up with face pulls for rear delts,and an interesting set where you do a set of 10, rest 10 sec. doanoher set of 10 rest 10 sec. then do 4 10 sec negatives with 10 second rest then do it again. I did that to finish it off with rear delts........ then hit a few sets of heavy shrugs with a drop.... and then the tibatta I tlaked about in the above post with dumbell shrugs........got alot done for sure, I was movin haha felt great and the wyked kept me goin the whole time!


tomorrow Im gonna try sum abs and maybe calves, with sum cardio with just some BCAAs.....and see hwo i feel....i keep reading about this intermitten fasting things so I guess thats kinda what imdoin becuase I will not be eating till aroudn noon probably so I will go to the workout with jsut BCAAs to drink before and during and then after as well....proably a total of 15-20 g bcaas, hopfully this wont hurt me, but it seems liek a good diea.

sorry i didnt update yest, pretty busy with work and mothers day..... yest I did a fasted ab and calves workout with sum cardio to finish up....sipped on a toal of prolly around 20 g bcaas from start to finish.

Today was an upper body power day with chains on bench an mlitary presses as well as bent over rows for 5X5 also did sum incline barbell bench and barbell curls. Prs on the bench and military press so it feels great. For some reason my weights ent down a little on incline barbell, im guessing because of the increased volume of doing more weight on each xercise before. used 2 scoops of wyked and felt good again.

Tomorrow will be a lower power day with squats with chains and DLs as well as front squats so tomrorow will be a true test, gonna be killer, got 2.5 scoops of wyked lines up for tomorrow acutalyl mroe towards 3 scoops lol, ill prolyl need it with this workout.

my mom handt seen me in a hwile and she said i lok bigger so thats good to hear, i ahvent really noticed anyhting but then again, i see myself everyday, I am getting stronger soooo

hey guys..... been busy with finals lately so havent updated.......today was chest/tris hypertrophy.........felt a realllly good pump in my chest today felt extremely full all over for sure, i lvoe the pump....took about 2.5 scoops today cuz i rell ywant to get a bigger chest soo i fgured a lil extra pushw oudlnt hurt haha.......I will say however I think I really killed in in the begginning of the workout so the 2nd half kind of suuffered...intensity was still there but my tris were dyin out on me big time, but i coudl tell i really worked my chest (felt liek it was gonna tear from teh pump haha it was awsome) i really like wyked, i would recommend to anyone and everyone for sure.......


-my wieght has not changed which is kinda annoying, and my max bench has only gone up 5lbs.....tried it today, although on my power days I ahve improved across the board so ive gotten stronger in the 5x5 rep ranges by alot but my max is still not going anywhere which is frustrating!


tomorrow iwll be back and bis....gonna go for a pr in DL tomorrow I belive, ive never really went for a 1rm in DL jsut kinda estimated, so tomrorwo should be interesting..looking forward to movin sum weight!!!
 
today was a back/bis day....... got 365 in DL......pretty happy, never was too good at DL and haventreally maxed out since high school when i did 435.
-Had amazing pumps in my back today which is awsome, i had never realyl gotten a pump in my back before wyked but now its incredible, theres nuttin better than the pump........even after lower back ext at the end of the workout it felt like my back was inflated haha.......wyked is great

hopefully ill remember to weight in tomorrow, tomorrow i will be doin shoulders/traps
 
btw i did bent over rev grip rows, tbar row with a double drop on the last set, strict front pulldowns with negatives on the last set, hyper ext. Hammer curls, preacher curls with a double drop on the last set, and incline curls

today was shoulders/traps....started off very sluggish, dont know why, didnt really pick it up till about half way through the workout, my head jsut wasnt there, and i was EXTREMELY irritable, dunno if thats the DAA or jsut he fact that im very stressed with finals. anyways, I got 155 in military press which felt good cuz ive never really tried to go too heavy, but i think iocoudlve done more if my head was more into it......as the workout went on though it got better, pumps were very good again. I also got 335 on shurgs for a solid 8-10 without cheating which felt great to move that kind of weight.


The workout consisted of behind the head barbell presses, machine lateral raises to pre exhaust, DB presses, high pulls, front raises leaning on a bench, rope face pulls for rear delts and seated bent over lateral raises for reaer delts, then shrugs and then one arm shrug on the smith machine(stinding sideways) really is a good finisher and allows u to focus on each side well. ....Shoulder was bothering me on these for sum reason though so i ende the workout with a shouldr complex on the cables.

Tomorrow will be an arm day.....all of these good pups in my back and shoulders...i HAVE to throw in an arm day lol. probably gonna be doin a decent amount of supersets and higher reps chasing that pump, i jsut wanna get full tomorrow haha, and i know the wyked will help me do it!

some guys don't do arms day, but i love em.

any change in the stim effect? has libido been effected?
 
i dunno if it was a stronger stim effect today or what but i was soo zoned in on the workout it was incredible. It was an earl morning workout maybe thats y, didnt ahve teh day to drag on before i got to lift..... It has been very hard lately to not check out some of the girls around school not gonna lie haha, warmerweather less clothes, gotta love those boooty shorts haha im a sucker for a nice pair of legs, and a$$ of course.


tomorrow will be my last workout at college here and i plan on goin out with a bang.....leg day to remember for sure tomorrow, got no plans on walkin for a few days after!!!

ha i wish....had to go right to work...work all night and now im studyin, but at least im sitting!!! feels great
 
ok so I definitely wnet out with a bang.....had to hold down the puke today for sure....maxed out on squat at 300....then started the workout..... 5 sets of squat with a widowmaker at the end, had to take a very long break or i woudlve thrown up. Then went to leg presses and on the last set did a yates set (10 reps, rest 10s, 10 reps(needed sum forced), 10 sec rest, 4, 10 sec negs., rest 10 sec. 4 10 sec. negs) then rested about 30 seconds and did a drop rest paused to 100!) holy ****, also did some barbell lunges, DB RDLS, and leg ext with a drop.....most jelly like feeling in my legs trying to walk around, no doubt the wyked kept me goin today, it was so hard to just to refocus after killing those squats and then doing it all over agian on the presses.

tomorrow is a much eserved off day! 2 last finals and a nice drive home. A walk with the dog will porbably be my only activity tomorrow.
 
yea, legs are hurtin for sure, tomorrow iwl probably worse... back home now so tomorrow will be a chest/tri workout robably, if not, back/bis depends how im feelin...diet was off today, hopefully that doesnt effec tmy workout tomrorow, barely any carbs and not much food in general...........not good!

I was very sweaty for some reason. Felt really good thogh all day since I passed my ACSM personal trainer exam so I am now a CPT which feels awsome, cant wait to start trianing people.


was supposed to ahve surgery today but had sum complications........gonna put it off for a few months until im done with my summer gross anatomy class which will be all day every day for 2 months starting monday. Should be interstin to see how I get my lifts in once that class starts.

congrats on your certification....as to strength stalling, that pretty much happens to everyone every now and then.

First leg workout without a spotter in a long time but still got alot out of myself. Did squats, hack squats, leg presses, one leg smith sqts DB RDLS and then one leg ext and one leg curls......threw sum drop sets in there and was feeling a great pump in my legs, extremely tiring workout but wyked got me through!
