Progestin #2 came in which should make other people happy, now I am waiting on the BIG guns progesterone 3 and 4. ;)

No, methyl steroids are in my opinion illegal. The law is quite vague in this respect BUT I think with my updated understanding, things like methyl steroids are illegal. Even things like esters are questionable in my mind, but they are a little more debatable I suppose.

So, to answer your question, no methylated products will be sold by taurus!

Can you elaborate on this please? I'm not debating your point, I'm coming from a perspective of genuine curiosity.

So does that mean all the methyl clones that are out there are illegal now? If so, when did this change occur?
 
Yes, it would appear that methyl clones are illegal. Anything that is not found in food and is chemically altered from it's natural form is illegal. I believe this from my now extensive understanding of the law. That limits us as an industry to only natural hormones. Clones of Halodrol, Superdrol, That Ethyl-Gona crap and the rest are illegal by the FDA's definition of a dietary supplement.

Sadly, these are now jeopardizing the entire climate of legal hormones on the market.

Interesting. I was under the impression that the drug had to be specifically listed as a controlled substance or on some sort of "banned" list.

no, its always been this way. The DSHEA (Dietary Supplement and some other crap for the last 3 letters :D) was what made supplements legal at all.

It specifically defines a supplement as found in the food chain. And a drug is defined as anything not found in the food chain, and always has been. A drug may be something found in the food chain though, if a company goes through the full FDA procedures. Prior to 1994 supplements were a very wishy washy area, even something as simple as Saw Palmetto was difficult to find as there wasn't any legal standing to sell it.

Particularly though with the last hormone ban, they not only included Pheraplex, 1,4ad "Bold" and "tren" but also added verbiage that effectively covers anything that has a structure similar to testosterone or DHT, effectively covering any hormonal product they choose to enforce it on.

not sharing inside info-this is just my hope for the coming year!!! with the demand for the 1st 3 products being so high, eric has really got his hands full.
 
There are two laws. DEA and FDA are governed differently. FDA is under DSHEA and DEA is under the Anabolic Control Act of 2004.

The DEA can take a "legal" supplement like Boldione and make it illegal by showing (or not showing even which was the case with Boldione) that it is an anabolic steroid. The FDA can look at a supplement, consider whether it is found in the food supply and deem it to be adulterated if it is NOT in the food supply without an NDI.

That is in line with my understanding of the laws from someone with a biotech background, as well.

The whole thing is a very shady gray area and even if something is DSHEA compliant the FDA can step in and ban whatever they want. Remember ephedera is DSHEA compliant and has been banned in weight loss supplements.

Even if an ingredient is DSHEA compliant they can always argue that an ingredient has inadequate information to establish it is safe and ban it based solely on this.

Currently progestins are still legal and allowed to be used and I think that is why Eric has been doing research on them and from my understanding the information being gathered is very promising :D

In hindsight I may have jumped the gun with calling tren a progestin but I still do believe it can be classified as one due to its affinity for the progestin receptor.

Technically Tren is a androgen but it also has some activity as a progestin in the body IMO.

I honestly dont know chemically speaking if Trenbolone can be defined as a Progestogen due to its skeleton but my understanding is that Progestins are synthetic hormones that bind to the progesterone receptor so yes I believe then Tren can be described as a progestin while also being a androgen.

There was a very interesting debate in this very thread a couple pages back if you care to go back and read. I will refrain from making any more statements on the issue since I dont wish to spark up a debate again :ntome:
 
Im very interested in M1-P. This product looks like a winner. And If Eric believes in it and that's all I need to know. Eric has been very crucial helping me with the very best supplement arsenal. Im ready to order!

Holy ****!! How the f did i miss almost a whole month of this thread??? Anyway, good reading through all the conversation in here. I feel smarter already!

I missed the testing boat on the DAA, hoping i can throw my name in the hat for testing!!
