Thanks for the encouragement as usual Kleen. I'm just having some fun, I'm actually the happiest when I'm cutting. Doing cardio makes me feel so damn healthy and eating carries a greater purpose when I'm dieting down. It's psychologically healthy experience when I'm cutting.

I don't know if I'm going to pull off anything resembling the Kleen'asorous Rex, but I'll be trying my damndest to try.

In all honesty OUFinny, it probably isn't in your best interest to have this community choose your compounds that you run. It's up to you. It's your body, your choice. (lol)

And I agree to a certain point people want to be entertained. I have actually run that combo, so I am not saying that so I can get a kick out of it.. But I do have to agree that Kleen has a point there. The other people in this log wont be spending the money you spend, be putting in the work that you're putting in, and won't be the ones dragging ass when the sides hit. I was lucky I guess to not experience nasty sides.

Pick whatever feels like the best choice for you. Not one person can determine that for you but I value your opinions like I would think you value mine so my posts before were just what I thought, kicking around thoughts with you, not telling you what you should and shouldn't do. I will say though I still advocate the joint support if you even TOUCH epi because it's dry as hell. I think whatever you run will bring you good results because you are planning on improving your diet and routine before you even get on. So props to you bro and I'm down with anything you run. The only thing that matters is that you do the best you can and kill that sh1t whether in the kitchen or at the gym.

Perfect for hypertrophy routine IMO... Recovery on Superdrol is unrivaled, plus you can still carb cycle around your workouts and add in something like clen to help you with excess fat. You can lean out and get your swole on at the same time with something like this. I have been gradually been switching my routine over to more of a HT style (trying to hit at least 8 reps on stuff unless its real heavy) before my big blast in a couple of weeks.

The sides are bad for some, and not so bad if you go overboard on supplementing the right things. The alpha male feeling is enough to get me through the sides, which the only one I experienced was a bit of lethargy when my carbs were around 150g/day and blood pressure the first week that I was stacking superdrol and Epi..

Whatever cycle you do, I'm down like four flats to watch as you Kill That Sh1t!!!

As stated above by SC and Kleen, SD is off the table as an option. I am not prepared physically and mentally to run that compound, it is too strong and I need some time before I do that. DMZ is as potent as this will get and the fact I am bridging it into Epi is plenty!!!!! I may pick up some HCG here soon, just can't right this second as I have too much going on money wise and even though it is cheap, it all has a price.

SC you KNOW I value your opinion very much and you are a voice of reason more times then not. I will be getting some joint support for the Epi on top of where I already am, pain in the joints is just not worth it. :smokin:

I am going to run this like Chris did, UD2.0 with refeeds to allow for muscle growth and maximum fat loss. Between that, the DMZ/Epi and T3 I should be a new man at the end of this run.

I know this might be a little much, but if you end up with more money to spare around the end of your run/pct, you could always run GH peptides like cjc1295 and ghrp, which will allow your body to produce and secrete a higher amount of GH naturally. The spikes have joint healing capabilities, along with other anabolic effects such as fat metabolism and muscle growth. I will be running these probably long term even after my cycle ends, but switching to GHRP 2 because it has a lower prolactin and cortisol increase. Slight prolactin increase will be handled by mucuna pruriens, which that was almost enough to handle tren sides. But I highly recommend the GH peps because they are a lot cheaper than exogenous GH (and they use your own body's production), completely legal for research purposes, and can be run with or without AAS, and don't suppress your HTPA nearly as much AAS... Something definitely worth looking into because I believe they are going to be the future of cycles. I think with the right diet and training, they will be RECOMP in little glass vials. Plus, most of them use BAC water, like what you'll use for the HCG, and are pinned thru a slin pin in a subq injection. Painless and effective.

I would like to, I stress like to, pick up some IGF-1 LR3 for the exact reason you pointed out, recomp in a bottle but I don't have the money this second. I had a deal come my way this weekend I could not pass up and it took all my free cash, the rest I need for expenses to live. Sucks :(.

What did you dose your T3 at SC? I have seen it ramped up to 75 mcg then do a slow move down. Since it will be 6 weeks I have to get up there quick so I can maybe have ~4 weeks at the full dose of 75 assuming no sides. I think that is what I read, I have the info saved on another forum.
 
I ramped it from 25 to 50, to 75 and was at 75 for like 6 weeks with no sides... I just came off of 25 like 10 days ago.

The issue for me is I am told you have to end it when you are done with the anabolics as it is catabolic as hell. Since you are on test I imagine that is why you ran it as long as you did, I will have 6 weeks max on it, maybe a little more if I start the week before I get on DMZ.
 
Yeah I'm actually debating on whether to use it again when I blast sd/test and tren with my peps, but I will be just eating at maintenance to try and get a little recomp going..

If you're eating all the time it's not gonna be catabolic. It increases your BMR. If you eat like a bird, youre gonna lose some mass. If you dont, then you'll be fine. JMO btw lol

If that is the case, I should be able to start running it now, or at least start it pretty soon. Did you split your doses up throughout the day?
 
Yeah.. 25mcg in the morning after breakfast and 25mcg around mid day.

Once you go to 75mcg you wanna space it out to where you take the last one with your last meal. I wouldnt take it right before bed.

Rick - if you log it, post the link in here so we can follow along. I am going to start cycle support next week, let me get through moving before I start doing a long oral run! Also, I won't have my Dermacrine until the second week of February I anticipate. I need to check how much T3 I have, was going to look this morning but woke up way late and forgot to.

Got to use a custom made GHR machine at Metroflex yesterday, that thing is HARDCORE, love it! I did realize I am doing something wrong on my squats as my low back is bothering me pretty much the whole time and this never used to happen. I can tell it is a form issue, probably a small tweak I need to make but I have no one to watch. Time to bust out hte camera so you guys can help me out.

Quick update, I am doing 9000 things this week as I prepare to move to a new apartment. So much to do, no time. Workouts are getting done though I have no time for any cardio. Did chest and tris last night, great workout though the lower carbs are starting to effect my gains. 5x5 is definitely something I enjoy and it fits where I am at just right. Pre cycle supps start next week, finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Good Stuff Fin, should be really exciting. I am hoping towards the end of my run I can start rebuilding muscle in the chest back and shoulders. I bet it will come back even faster actually. I posted my before pic up in my log.

You have no idea, I am just trying to make it through this week, it is out of control with my move, work, it never ends. I just got out of a business trip that would be the second week of my cycle, I said I had personal reasons not to attend... good thing my boss is understanding and didn't pry on that one. I have to do some work so I can get a few things I really want for this contest or I feel like I will be spinning my wheels.

Sweet deal man. So I am confirming that this run will now be complimented by four, yes four, bottles of IGF-1 LR3 for research on my rat. He is a big one, ~200 pounds and is looking to cut up so I thought he would like that and some clenviscerate. He hated the shaving as he shivers a lot know but the smolder should warm him up, LOL! :lmao::lmao::lmao:

Man that made my day reading that, been a doozy today guys. Moving is a pain, buying furniture sucks more, not working out since TUESDAY sucks royally. Man I am dying to slam some iron. I am going to get in there on Sunday and it will be a marathon. Unless I am about to die or puking, I am not going to stop.

The peps are on order, clen and IGF-1 LR3. I need to get me some pins for that and then I am good to go. Speaking of chest, I might be shooting my rats up a lot as his is weeksauce. That and the clenviscerate should bring out the definition. I guess the only good thing is I have been so busy my calories are not high at all, still looking lean though I feel deflated. Started the rest of my Erase two days ago, one last blast before the hormones.

I have to say, with all the stress in my life these last few weeks, you guys and your encouragement has meant more than you will know. I thank you and look forward to being on track 100% in a few days, I want to WIN THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
