I was reading a lot of threads last night, but this stuck in my head for some reason. I think that someone claimed that caffeine promoted estrogen in the body, so if you were trying to cut your estro, you should avoid caffeine. I believe the amount was 500mg and up, so a cup of coffee wouldn't hurt anything, but if you consume 2-3 cups a day, drink a cola or two, and use a preworkout stim that contains caffeine, you might be up around that 500mg amount!
Has anybody ever heard of this?
