****, so I'm assuming that 40 mg is the sweet spot for beastly back pumps. I dosed 5 g pre workout but I think I may have to increase it quite a bit. I did legs today and My back felt like it was going to explode :sad3::sad3: If this keeps up I may have to bring the dose down a bit because it became pretty hellish at the gym today. But other than that, no other sides to notice.

**back pumps starting after that set of 18 reps and getting worse**

2. Stiff Leg Deads - 165 (10!); 175 (9); 185 (6!!); 185 (7!)

3. Leg Extension + squeeze - 125 (10!); 130 (9); 130 (10); 140 (9!);

4. Leg Curl + squeeze - 90 (10); 90 (8); 90 (6); 85 (5 ouch)

5. Leg Press close stance- (weights on each side of sled) -

***Legs feel like jello and spaghetti after this whole thing; wheels are pumped like a mother; but the strength increases are really noticeable today; as compared to last weeks lifts on this day; despite the extra volume!!! 40 mg is here to stay.... if I can survive the back pumps haha:lol:

Yeah you'll have to just work through those backpumps man.. You can try dosing 10g taurine pre workout too. Deadlifts & Squats are tuff when you got those backpumps. Thats why when i cycle SD i rarely do deads cause of them.. Sorta sucks.

Have 4 bottles of MDXT and a couple of MM stashed away from the sale. :sgrin: Eager to try but in dermacrine/pstanz now with osta sarm/bridge/need2slin to follow so it will be a bit.


Keep up the solid work. Those squats are beastly, wish I had the knees to go that low.

I got legs tomorrow its my heavy day 5x5 style! Try 5g pre bed of taurine and then 5g PWO. Thats doing the trick thus far for me but tomorrow will be the true tale with squats and deads. Keep it up man its only going to get better.

I have stupidly strong legs. I could rep 405 x 10 when I weighed 180. I haven't bothered going heavy in months.

ps, I did 225 x 40 this morning just for giggles. So I still say, step your game up :crazy:
 
my old work out friend, who will be moving back the first week of december, he used to trip me out because he weighed like 170 ish and he would do them outlandish numbers on his squats, some people just have natural beasty legs

by the 30th rep the burn starts to get amusing. I've done it a few times before, it is the only way I can get my quads sore other than doing obscene amounts of cardio.

Magnusson Ortmayer Deadlift regimen/ holy ****!
this is a f'in hard routine!! I only did a fragment of it as you will see... Plus, the regimen also calls for high rep deadlifts; but I replaced em with snatch grip deads to improve speed off the ground and add more meat to my back!

- 10 min elliptical warmup
- 1 scoops N2KTS!!!!!
- 1 whole medium banana pre workout
- 10 gram taurine preworkout!!! this is a staple now!

1. Deadlift 70% = all pr's!
a. 4 reps = 335!!!
b. 4 reps = 335!!!
c. 4 reps = 335!!!
d. 4 reos = 335!!!

2. Deadlift 80% =all PR's!
a. 2 reps = 375!!!!
b. 2 reps = 375!!!!

3. Deadlift 90% =
a. 2 reps = 405!!! This is solid now!
b. 2 reps = 425 (1!!) = I think I got to ambitious; but this is a good bench mark for now!

4. Snatch Grip Deads on blocks =
a. 5 reps = 300!!!!! YES!
b. 5 reps = 320!!!!! Wow, this was pretty damn challenging

5. Hamstring Curl 1 drop/super set to failure starting at 100 lbs then working down to 35 lbs
