Oh I used to drink more often than I should have. Liquor is what does me in. Im feeling good then BOOM it hits me and all bets r off. What kind of kicked my ass into gear was a friend tagged me in a pic on Facebook and I was just like fack that. Im not going to be like that again.

When I was in junior high we'd get fifths of E&J cause we obviously couldn't afford henny. We'd mix it with pinneapple juice and liquid codeine, used to call that Easy Jesus...those were good old simple days...

Naw u r good man. It was a good gameplan just poorly executed on my part. Im the kind of person if I have a drink it my hand I cant help but take a sip. Which is ok if its beer, but a long party with liquor and its no bueno.

I wont mention everything I did, but I chased down some cars and picked up a wookie that was walking down the street lol.

haha sadly i didnt start playing games like final fantasy untill i started smoking pot but that was towards the end of jr high

I'm "CLEAN" these days, but my second experience with LSD was the first time I saw the Final Fantasy VII intro and I think it changed my soul.

Ish was nuts :240: The visuals were funky. One night my friend Tre came over at midnight, we dropped I think 3 drops each and played Street Figher Alpha for like 3-4 hours straight. I swear I thought I was Akuma.

At the end of an LSD trip, I actually start to miss being sober, because its a 6-8 hour ride.

Actually my next cycle isnt set in stone. BB has been trying to convince me to run SD to Phera. That would be a hell of a ride. Also thinking I wouldnt mind doing a bit of testing to extend my cycle. Maybe finish that cycle off with 2 bottles of Katanadrol v2. Interested in Proviron also, but that might be a bit much to add since I want to gauge my response.

Ya I hear u its just I have so much ish I want to try. All the orals would be 1st times hell everything would be a 1st time for me. If I decide to add test(which is a toss up at this point) I might just do Superdrol and no bridge. Because the test should be "kicking in" about the time Phera would be added. If something were to go wrong or something I wouldnt really know which was causing me trouble. But damn that would be fun ass ride.

I already have most of what I said as far as OTC part goes. Just need another bottle of Katana v2 to get the kind of dosing I want.

That looks like a fun cycle u have planned. Nothing too crazy but it would def get the job done.

This sounds a little smarter. Still need to get a few things squared away and all. Plus get comfortable with the idea of jabbing myself with a needle :swordfight: lol.

Pinning is no big deal at all brother. I was just a wee-bit nervous while waiting on my injectable Test to arrive. But as soon as it hit the mail box, I sent my wife (nurse) to Wal-Mart to purchase some syringes. I pinned that same night.
Just a tiny little pinch and nothing more. This was way back in early March. Been cruising (TRT doses) and blasting ever since.

TEST 4 Life babeh!!!:head:

I use a small guage though. 25 guage with a 5/8 inch needle. Perfect for pinning small bodyparts like delts, triceps, and traps. And this is exactly what I do.

I'm on the last 3 weeks of this current blast cycle:

10 WEEK BLAST CYCLE

Test-Propionate: @100mg. EOD for the first 6 weeks.
Test-Enanthate: @500mg. weekly for the first 6 weeks, then when the Prop is dropped I will up the Enanthate to 750mg. for the last 4 weeks.
P-Plex (Phera): @40mg. for the first 4 to 6 weeks.
Proviron: @50mg. nightly for the entire 10 weeks.
ERASE: @3 caps-- 1 cap in the A.M. and the other 2 caps at night for the entire 10 weeks.


So we're talking a little over 800mgs. of Test combined (Prop and E) for the first 6 weeks and then down to 750mgs. of Enanthate only for the last 4 weeks.
 
Quick run down of my workouts today.
Did 40 minutes of cardio. Sweat a little more than I had realized.
1st day of DC

Preacher Curls machine 170 was a little light got something like 12, 6, 4

Hammer curls 65 for 11,8,6 Idk if this is something I will continue to include. Just have found it hard to find a medium between going to failure and keeping decent form.

Plate loaded hack squats 4 plates for 20 reps, really didnt push myself like I was supposed to on this. Havent used this particular one before.

Lying leg curls 170 for 10,6,4 made sure to get full ROM

Seated calf raise 100 pounds for a quick set of 30. Not how I was supposed to do them but the place was closing at 10 PM!

Took me about an hour to get in and kill it. A nice change of pace compared to 3 hour marathon workouts before.

Tomorrow the plan is to do 40 mins of cardio in the AM and then do something for cardio later. Im going to make cardio my bitch :sgrin:

Oh I got asked if I planned on joining the health club today. I just shrugged the front desk girl off. Just because I got a month free doesnt make me feel obligated to join the damn place lol. Get some heavier dumbells and allow chalk and the odds increase, but that wont happen. Oh and I still have 2 more weeks free at this place... hopefully they dont bug me EVERYTIME I show up. Plan on going there on my "off" days to do cardio. Wouldnt normally drive to do cardio, but it is such a short distance away and variety wont hurt.
 
Idk wtf happened but tonight I got crazy hungry lol. I mean tearing through food. Earlier today I wasnt hungry at all. But at night it was like a switch went off and I had to feed.

Alright so I did 40 minutes of cardio while sipping on 2 scoops of RecoverPRO forgot to add my ALCAR though. Then had a scoop of whey with cinnamon.

Just took 1 Need2Slin cap. About to eat 2 turkey burger patties and an apple.

Plan on going to do some cardio later today. Not sure if it will be HIIT, long session of HIIT, HIIT followed by steady cardio, or just steady cardio.

Ended up bailing on cardio tonight. Took a nap that turned into a damn siesta. Took a I-GH-1 by LG and when I slept I just didnt want to get up :24: Oh well I will make sure to hit up the cardio tomorrow and I have a weights session :sgrin: I dont need to double up on cardio all the time :lol:

How is bridge treating you? I might try copying your work outs(with significantly less weight lol). DC intrigues me.

Lol I dont use too much weight. DC is the sh1t for strength and mass. Trying to use it for cutting just have to make my diet and cardio work for me.

Workout tonight was chest,shoulders,triceps,back W, and back T. These numbers r as best as I can remember. Will start writing them down soon.

Hammer strenght flat press: 3 plates 6 reps, had to drop to 2 plates 7 reps, 3 reps

Seated machine lateral raise: 180*11,6,4 Felt like I might have pinched a nerve or something. Might need to go see a chiro or get a massage to work that kink out.

Rope tri ext: 80 not sure on the reps but they were on the higher range.

High rows machine: 110*12, 7, 4(not sure but my best guess)

Seated cross grip cable rows: 100 or 200 for 12, 8, 4 these were done for maximum muscle activation.

Like I said Im not 100% sure on the reps. I know Im good on the weight, but the number of reps r fuzzy. I was def fried afterwards though :sgrin:

Did my workout in a fleece to keep warm and try and avoid injuries. Felt a good air of confidence while lifting and post workout. Made me think about going out tonight, but naw Im going to be good tonight :lol: Need to be up tomorrow so I can cook some beef stew in the slow cooker :food:

Thinking I will do some cardio soon. Since I skipped it earlier today.
 
So Im feeling the nerve I most likely pinched last night. Done it before but not sure what course of action I plan on taking.

Depending on how I feel and if I have time later today I might go lift :sgrin: I dont feel like waiting till Sunday or Monday(techniquely). I have something planned for my quads that will make them HATE me.
