i know creatine is a must in many workout programs and diets. not so much as brand, but what is the best type of creatine on the market. if you mention a brand, coolio. thanks.

Creatine Monohydrate is the one with the most data, and is the most time tested and proven.

Creatine nitrate and creatine magnesium chelate are 2 newer ones that are very promising.

Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate

Crepure PP the bomb!!!! CRE-02 Da bomb

Con cret????? HMMMMMM up in the air on this one!

The only problem with Mono is some users experience bloating or GI issues.

Then use creatine monohydrate in the form of either Kre-Alkalyn or CreaPure.

Creapure probablly your best bet however Creatine Magnapower is also a very solid creatine.

Im not quite sure my feelings are creatine nitrate as it would likley have to be contained in a product that could stop any possbile negative effects from the nitrates.

nitrates + icarrin= no no. Yet I've seen products with both.

I like creapure, Magnapower and Omega trinitine.

Because they did not use crepure........ just my two cents
I'm going to have to agree here. I experienced absolutely zero bloat from it......and it's cheap:

Another cheap, effective option with creatine is NP's bulk mono:

I always go with mono. It is the most tested. I don't know if all of the "special" blends are worth three times the price of mono.

I found this very informative. I highly recommend you watch it.

I get horrible bloat from mono, though it does work well. I have tried con-crete for a couple months and was very very amazed with the amount of strength i had gained with no change in body composition. Just ordered MCC by SNS to see how that pans out. Keepin my fingers crossed.

I had a sample of CREATure from beast. Thought it was real good ! contains 4 different types of creatine including CREApure.

Was thinking of trying kre-alkalyn, or con-crete as well.
I believe optimum nutrition has a micronized creatine that is CREApure.

i just ordered some creapure from primordial. i also picked up some factor-1. can they be used together??

I think you're refering to TCF-1...yes, that's fine to run along with your creatine.

Creatine mono FTW!

I get nasty stomach issues from mono. So I use NP dicreatine malate. Super cheap an super effective.

This seems to be the overwhelming winner in this thread... due in large part to the fact over all the years it has been commercially available, even with outrageous claims and marketing, NO other variation of creatine has been proven more effective.

The only other creatine I would try or experiment with would be Creatine MagnaPOWER and/or Creatine Nitrate.

Kre-A did nothing for me, even at quadruple+ dosages for weeks and months on end. Its MONO or nothing for me.

i use mono on non workout days and ancient strenght 3 pre and 3 post on workout days

I Just got a about 2weeks sample of con-cret... I took it yesterday 1st time.... I felt all amp up.. I did not take any pre-work. I am thinking placebo -- I will report back today...

how much creatine should one use ? pre and post, and non workout days ? just starting to add to my workout, right now just using asgt prework+PUMP,postwork gnc amplified recovery protien xr should i add creatine to it?
