A lot of folks say take a serm with DMZ, but ironmaglabs actually recomends formadrol as PCT, I think with the lighter stuff OTC PCT is fine, but I would def run a serm with like beast/epi/halo/super

I decided last night, my safest best is to bridge into a 5 weeker helladrol run. That way i can get a full cycle in, and not worry that OTC pct isn't going to cut it.

My only concern was, if i start a 5 week helladrol cycle on week 4 of my katana, that theoretically means i am supressing my body for 9 weeks. Right now i feel great, can't even tell shut down wise, that i am on cycles. But to make sure everything is in the clear, i started DAA and will make sure that affects me how i expect it to. When i start Helladrol i am going to jump directly into HCGenerate on cycle. So by the end of my 9 weeks, i shouldn't be feeling much shut down at all.

So i need to figure out a good dose for helladrol for a 5 weeker.

Maybe
Katana 400/400/500/500/
Helladrol 0/0/0/50/75/75/100/100

up to 100 if i feel good on 75 for two weeks?

You're right about that. If my cycle lasts up until a couple days before i go home, i will be home in a matter of days. Active Army doesn't de-mob, so about 3 days (according to plan) and we make it home.

I agree, and Halo has it's place in the BB world, but if i am going to put my body through hell, next time it will be something that suits me a little better.

So walking to the gym, my friend started talking **** like always about how he's so much stronger than me. We started talking about doing DB presses, but i told him that can wait until tomorrow. I told him we would squat 225 for reps, and who ever can rep out more is the real man. I told him i already squat way heavier than him, so he started bitching about my rep range. Easy answer, box squats. So i set up the box, do a couple warm up reps, he grabs the bar and attempts a couple warm up reps. He couldn't even squat low enough to sit his ass on the box. I told him to just trust that the box was under him and sit on the box. He sits his ass on the box and couldn't get back up! haha. After we were done with squats he started complain how hes older, has bad knees etc etc... everything in the book. In the end, i reped out more than he did, and i sat my ass on the box every rep.

Let me say, squats for reps instead of weight is a huge change. It felt painful in such a good way. Recently i have enjoyed doing higher reps, lower body but i haven't really tried it on squats before. I think i might have to do this more often. Maybe next time i will try 275 for reps though. My legs were pretty much fugged after squats though, so i just burnt them out doing walking lunges, then a little iso.

All in all, A+ workout, and i showed off my man card today.

Post workout, Muscle milk - 42g shot of iso whey - 150mg katana - 4 caps TST powercell

I could be just imagining it, but it seems TST Powercell is working from day 1. It's a prop blend so i don't know exactly how much DAA i am getting, but im guessing it will be good amount for a 28 day run. Probably when it runs out is when i will start my HCGenerate, into the Hella cycle.
 
Hopefully my N2Sleep gets here in the next couple days. Itching to try it out! Also ordered a couple bottles of AX Liver protection, found a great deal on it.

Since i am going to be taking my current bottle of HCGenerate on cycle, looks like i will need to round up some more PCT materials.
 
Nice to see you killing legs bro. It's where the majority of the weight gain is put on during cycle all on the legs... Take advantage of it...

With the hella, Ideally I would start with it in the beginning but you could if you really wanted to start now.

What exactly do you have lined up for PCT?

Curious for opinions on the best OTC pct to be honest. Do ya'll think erase is enough Cort control for the rebound off a cycle?

I was thinking when i come off cycle, i would run HCGenerate/Triazole/DAA product (Testforce 2?), then around week three start switching over from triazole to Erase for the cort control.

Running a total of about 8 weeks of Test booster/Estrogen control. Then it will be good for a nice long break of back to the basics :)

Also, of course when i get home i can order a SERM to keep around incase i need. If it's not needed i will just hold onto it for future cycles.

The only thing that worrys me about DAA is it seems like people respond differently to seemingly similiar products. Since PCT is critical, i would like to know which one works for me. Right now im taking TST Powercell by AX, and it actually seems to be doing it's job. Maybe it's placebo, but it seems to be working. And that's while im taking katana.

My biggest concern with PCT is Anti Estrogen. I don't want any rebounding estrogenic effects. In the past ATD has worked well for me, so i feel Triazole and Erase, dosed properly should be enough. After i have estrogen under control, i just need a good plan to get my testicles pumpin again.

I think perhaps after my cycle
Weeks 1-4 DAA/Triazole/HCGenereate
Weeks 3-8 Erase/Bridge --- Easing into Erase and off Traizole for the Anti-Cort as well.
 
You can actually buy the TRS off of NTBM.com which is cool. Although it seems to be enough to work with their turnibol, it doesn't really seem ideal for me in my situation.

The 6mg of melatonin doesnt seem to give me the hangover effect I expected. I just need plenty of sleep.

Was not a great day for my shoulder. Every exercise just was hurtin my shoulder, i dunno what i am going to do about this. I need to start incorperating some Rotaror cuff exercises more often.

Other than that, exercises were about on par today, nothing too exciting. I missed lunch thanks to a very busy work day, so i was a little low on energy. That and only 1 scoop of ASGT Preworkout.

Well, i get to try out my N2Sleep tonight, see how that works out :)
 
Last night sleep was good. I will give it a week or so before i make a judgement but from the looks of it, it seems we have a winner with N2Sleep. Some how i slept wrong and my neck is sore as **** though today haha... Will update more on N2Sleep.

Pump Fixx by AMS: Still a great Preworkout. Its a little clumpy and im not sure if that makes a difference but i mix it up before i use it. Great potentency with stims, and the Beta-alanine in 2 scoops is great. Still tingle after working out. Flavor is amoung the best as well.

Katanadrol is feeling great. It doesn't quite (for me) provide the complete ON feeling that you get from Prohormones, but for a non methyl it comes close at my dose of 500mg. I def can tell in the morning, when i take my first dose, a difference when it hits my system. That's why i've continued to take my largest dose in the morning time.

Hopefully my Helladrol will arrive in the mail early to mid next week. I have always been able to count on shipping from NTBM sites. I am now thinking i might jump straight into a75mg every day.

TST Powercell is working, i am pretty sure i can feel a difference now that i've been on it for a while. I think its going to build up in my system slower than other DAA, but i should be taking it for 28 days. November 1st I am going to start HCGenerate, which will end up overlapping my DAA. My intention is to have minimal shutdown over this whole 8 week cycle. I think right now i'm doing pretty well, but willing to take ideas if anyone has suggestions on this.

Today is day 24, and will be hitting Back and Bis. Should be a good workout, i plan on hitting deads. Not sure if i will go for reps or strength. I liked the 5x5 i tried 2 weeks ago, but it left my back sore for about a week afterwards.
 
5x5 kicks my ass too. I personally don't like it that much. But that's just me. I like the detailed updates bro I hope you are enjoying your time on!

Deadlift is the only exercise i really have liked doing 5x5 on. I am not much for repping out deads, it seems about 5-6 reps and im done with my set lol.

Also, it's probably the easiest way to measure progress, and safer than 1RMing all the time.

ive been trying to do 12 10 8 6 on everything but it does seem harder on squats and deads. im just happy getting it up a few times... and yeah 1rms are not for me. I hate them theyre just asking for it.... IMO anyway, i know people who could do em all day that's not me. i dont care to be the strongest, just trying to get the aesthetics down and go beyond my genetic limit. From endo to meso you could say

I've started doing high reps with moderate weight for squats. Good range of motion. Starts to feel like cardio, just like high reps for deadlifts lol.
 
yeah ill admit my first few sets really wind me because im doing higher reps. they dont wear me out THAT much its more or less just taking an additional minute or two between sets

10+ reps of deadlifts and im dizzi spinning circles when i finally set the bar down haha. I really need to do cardio, i just need to get more weight on my bones so the cardio doesn't make me pure catabolic.

I haven't ran/jogged/elipticised etc. in almost a year now...

MY suggestion is that you pick up on some HIIT... Do short, intense spurts and rest up for a few minutes, and then hit it intense again. If you do medium intensity for a long period of time its gonna be way more catabolic imo... For pure cardiovascular benefit I think HIIT is superior anyway. I do 5 minutes on 3 off or something like that either on the elliptical, spin bike, jogging with my dog, or jump roping. I absolutely LOATHE cardio but it makes me feel better later
 
That's good advice man. I will give that a try, i just have to get motivated to do cardio in the first place haha.

I feel like a used hooker today, beat the hell up from my workout. I need a protein shake followed by a nap or something and give my body a rest. My workout yesterday was more extra-ordinary than extrodinary. Dunno what's up, i guess it's good that i got a good workout though.

I was gonna say... it would be hard to get a SERM over there for sure. When do you get home? During PCT? During cycle?

OTC will do for hdrol although I would still SERM it up but that's just me.

OTC will do for katanadrol which I probably wouldn't even go as far as SERM.

Using them together, and I would probably get a SERM if I could. I'm sure you will be fine with OTC PCT... just hope it will retain your gains... When will you be home and when can you get your hands on a SERM in terms of your cycle? Near the end, after PCT or what bro?
 
That's the perdicament CM. If i ran Halo for 6 weeks, i would be taking Halo until i get home. I would be on it 5 weeks by stopping the day i leave country, but realisticly its no problem taking it in route back to the states. If i take halo for 6 weeks, it turns my cycle into a 4 weeks katana - 6 weeks halo for a total of 10 weeks of supression.

If i was going with OTC, i think i should do hella for 5 weeks and start my OTC. Worst case i can get some Nolva as soon as i get home. That's not a problem.

I have seen some bloods from Halo and although they are not nearly as bad as other things I still think they are SERM worthy for most people + you ran katana before it.

Do it, get the SERM once home, run OTC until it arrives.

What do you suggest i do about an AI in the mean time? Before i home to my SERM.
 
Definetely jump on that SERM if you can. Is there any way you can go ahead and order it and have it sent to your home now so it will be there for you when you get there?

I know SERMS can raise some questions for someone that may have to hold it for you, but just sayin...

I think something along these lines will be the plan, with a SERM backup when i get back to the states.

Can anyone expand for me how SERMs restore your HPTA and hormonal axis better than Test boosters and AIs alone? Yeah i know welcome to PH 101.

Great workout, feeling great on katana. I should of got more traps in, but my workout was starting to take some time so i wraped it up.

I didn't want to do deadlifts because wearing my gear for the next 3 days with a sore back is no fun. While i was doing my BB shrugs, another guy was deadlifting near me and i reallllllly wanted to deadlift. I mean really really wanted to. So i figured i should just do some rackpulls. Turns out my back is probably going to be sore tomorrow anyways, oh well haha.

So let me tell you, 5 plates on the bar and people look at you. They probably think "oh he's only lifting it 6 inches, big deal"... or they're thinking "stop making all that damn noise". Either way it feels good to move that much weight, some day soon i want to deadlift 5 plates :13:

Not much else, workout pretty much tells the story. Some retarded ass looking airforce mother****er kept walking right in front of me like he's tough **** or something. I really don't know what was going through his head, he probably saw me laughing when he was rocking his whole body curling 25 or something haha. I generally get a good laugh out of this guy anyways. Must say though, the Katana has given me some decent alpha male syndrome.

Well guys, I might get one more workout in, maybe finish up some shoulders and traps or something tomorrow, or just double up on this workout but i will be out of the loop for a couple days. Of course i will let Katana do it's job and recover up and hit legs hard when i get back.
