Lady friend suggested some scrub face stuff w/ beads n smell bubles, she said it worked real good for her.

needless to say I just smelt fruity gay and was still looking like a 16 year old working at mcdonalds lol!
 
tell her the smell of fruit and test cancel eachother out and are similar to the smells given off by a raging convict waiting for a conjugal visit.. not the most appealing to most

- weight up 2.5lbs so must of gained some water in there
- acne is under control on my back , face its not :(
- sex drive is at the an all time high
- no noticeable strength gains yet, I am getting the stupid pumps from shaving / like putting dishes out of the dish washer, etc
- vascularity is up, I got those spahgetti looking veins on my biceps, a few on my upper abs and obliques. Im also more vascular around my "v" taper than most people are in their entire body lol.

my lifts r pretty lame, I do westside so heres my current bests / lifts

BP - 280
SQ - 325
DL - 430
ROW - 245 x 5 - pendalay
OHP - 180
BOX SQ - 405

I just switched over to westside like 2 weeks ago so lemme get it down and ill post up some lifts / what im doing.

maybe ill throw up some videos later on, idc if anyone sees my face cuz its a hypoethtical log ya know? :yup:

so those spahgetti veins are popping up ALL over random spots where veins like shouldnt be - obliques / abs / pecs / triceps

Im looking pretty "full" per se as of today.

Noticing an endurance / breathing increase and someone pointed it out yesterday. He literally asked if I was breathing so something be going on here. Felt pretty strong today / ez rowing real fcking ez. Ill see whats going on this week to see if anything is actually happening.
 
Ok we were going into week 4

weight gain is a total of 5.6lbs so far as of this morning on an empty stomach

acne is kinda bad but not nearly as bad as when I first started

strength is steadily rising so thats cool, Im looking a bit more "puffy" so Im starting to look like marshmallow from MN, oh well. I dont got the "hard" look much any more idc.

as of this far, unless something awesome happens I wont be using OT again

Ya I look thicker and such but i dont weigh myself much just because weight changes so much all the time.

Acne is better. Not great but at least my face isn't to oily. Back is still bad but not nearly what it was so thank god for that :)

Haven't tried the acne thing, reason being I'm a cheap poor college student haha

Depending where I am in a month or two I may swap the winstrol in place of phera

noticed im kinda moody now too, joints hurt a little bit particulary my knees and my fingers/ hands. I doubt its a side from the AAS tho.

changed my routine as well, I should be able to pull 450-460 DL this upcomming week

got a 345 squat n failed at 350, whatever... didnt expect to actually max at all. was doing 90% singles lol Ill get 365 in a few weeks NP

Im moody as fckkk for some reason, idk ive never been like this before but I cant just let little things go. i get all emo over them and can stop thinking about it. idk if its related to this or not but I assume so cuz Ive been acting like this since i started what is not like me at all.
 
You're aware of it tho which can at least help you begin to try and cope with and or adjust your behavior. Im sure you'll be fine unless of course you start to wear black skinny jeans and by that point you have gone beyond saving...

ok like i said before nothing to exciting still just steadily gaining. weight gain seems to have halted for a week or so, not even to the tenth lbs. oh well idc.

acne on back kinda exploded again? like 2 weeks good 3-4 days awful n repeat it seems.
 
yea the acne thing is odd cause mine seems to work that way also. cant quite figure out what exactly it is that makes it go crazy outta nowhere then back to normal. a little tanning can go a long way for your skin though.

yeah I may start tanning again, i havent in a while and if youre form northern states its not exactly shirtless friendly weather now lol

I just got 2 vials of Methandriol DiPropionate, never used it and it was free so Im gonna add it in I in later on I think. Only reason Im gonna add it in because it was free and apparently everyone who has used / uses it uses it alongside EQ / Deca.

apparently it hasnt been made since BD went out of business and its suppose to "cleanse" you receptors.

idk when I wanna add it in? was thinking in like 2-3 weeks? hell idk lol
 
Went to the gym today and one of my friends said I was looking big and I should weigh myself... + 16lbs, this is like 2 hours after waking w/ a meal in me tho.

Also got called out for juicing today too ; /

friend stopped in the gym whos been gone at college for 3-4 months and said pretty much said "youre ****ing juiced" as Im standing next to some guy who has me buy 20-30lbs and Im the same size of him so it seems obvious i think.

I think i got like 3-4 days left of tbol :( dammit.

Other than this, nothing to exciting lifts climb steadily as it seems my body weight is going up too. still around the 10-12% too :) Joints getting a little beat up, got some TK bands!! woo!

not to pimp products, but honestly i started breaking out my 4th week and i've been on Acnetame now for almost 2 weeks and I have not one spot of acne anymore. Stuff works! ;)

Yes the better protein bars are DELISH. Did you try the original or the choco ras?

I still gotta try the choco ras, but the original was bomb
