Do you just mix the powder into a bowl of CC, or do you have to blend it? I'm lazy, and I'm looking for new ways to eat my CC at night.

Weird, I've never seen anything other than Crunchy Natty PB...well, minus those companies that call their PB natty and then the ingredients consist of 14 different things :think:

I agree, but my wife won't buy certain things from Wal Mart and refuses to go to Winn Dixie. You're familiar with my area, so you know really only leave Publix :D

I always go to Wal Mart if I'm grocery shopping alone...plus that means I can throw some fishing tackle in the cart too, lol.

HAHA walmart is awesome, I visited the Berto Family( Andre Berto) family for training purposes, but had the chance to pick up some organic groceries over at the Walmart LMAO. WinDixxie is pretty beat down, but sometimes they have good deals. Publix is clean but again only if I have the extra cash will I get a couple stuff from there. I have no shame, so it does not matter where I buy stuff from.

I didn't realize that you were back in town. The Berto's are great people. I see Mike (I believe that's actually what Andre goes by) and Edson around town now and then. I've been told that they're always friendly and approachable (I ldon't know though b/c I don't bother them, lol). I've been thinking about checking out Tiger's World, if my schedule will ever permit. I probably wouldn't compete due to some injuries, but I would still like to learn some basic striking and grappling.

Yeah just for a bit, they are very nice people and very talented as well. The only reason that Mike chose not to compete in MMA is because he excelled so much at boxing, so he chose that path. Yeah bro, you should learn basics, plus its a good form of cardio.
 
That's one of the reasons that I'm interested (cardio that is not dull).

what about food-lion! man I miss the south east sometimes.

do you guys dont have a whole foods market? that store is awsome. everything in the store is natural, and organic. everything.

Haha all that is home to me. We have multiple Krogers, Publix, and Wal-Marts. Still have a Food-Lion. Winn-Dixie recently closed down. Piggly Wiggly and Food Max have been out of business for a while. Never heard of Bi-Lo before.

but we do have trader joes, hannafords, stop and shops, and market baskets...

whole foods too, but they are about 30-40 minutes away
 
i miss 'cub's', always had best selection and good prices.
 
Costco bishes is where the bulk's at! 10 lbs of oatmeal for like $7 FTW!

She is now the 3rd little lady in my life. I love my first little girl more then life its self . My wife is a close second to that and then this little girl here ^^^ she's the 3rd little lady love. I have only had her a few days and she already brings a smile to my face more then a few times a day.

She is only 3 months old and weights about 30-35lb . She is a little beast of a puppy and I loves her. Ya stfu its not gay ok. I man can loves a dog and still be a manly man

we just got a cat (cant have pets at our apt, so dogs wont work for us)

called her sweety so when we call her, people think we're talking to each other. lol.

dogs are better than most people i know. my dogs never lie to me or steal-except for from the grill. my lab once grabbed a porterhouse off the grill, i was pissed until i saw his face-then all i could do was laugh.
 
I can't wait to get a dog, wish I had one back in TX cause now I have no yard in VA...

I like PowerButter too, good price over at DPS Nutrition. I heard Walmart has some good stuff too cheaper, but I still like PowerButter just hate having to buy on line (wife counts it in my supplement budget)...
