Update:
Mass behind left nipple seems to be gone or at least shrunken a lot
Mass behind right nip has shrunken some and isnt as solid anymore.

I am not estro-sensitive, however I am a bigger dude, with higher bodyfat, so an AI will be a must on cycle. I MAY have just picked up a bottle of Erase...

Ok hows this sound, first 8 weeks im on, throw in the erase, then drop the erase when the tren starts and add in some forma then. Hcgenerate then until PCT as well. Clomid in high doses and maybe some of that triazole..

Man I fawkin love steroids!!

Yeah, It sounded pretty nice... Man PCT is gonna be a doozie on this next one.. But im keeping orals out of this, that should help.

Well the shutdown, im expecting it to be rough from the amount of time, the amount of test and tren. Tren will be a whole different story lol. But I actually meant that with the lack of orals my lipids and liver values shouldnt be as bad as they would be if i kickstarted. Ive been contemplating wether I really wanted an oral or not, but am pretty much decided that im gonna stick to injectables and of course, the t3

My shoulders are too dry OMG!!
Nips are def less sensetive for sure..
I may drop dosage down in a few days and cruise like that..

Gamer, If i remember correctly there was some info out there about Increasing Fiber intake (soluable fiber I think) to lower circulating estrogen levels.

Maybe you might wanna chuck in some extra fiber into your diet? :)

Gonna have to look into this.. My nips are sensetive on and off lol, but I know my estro must be low..

Also white mushrooms have been proven to help lower estrogen!! I eat a serving at least once a day, either in omelettes, with steak, or chicken... MMM

Quit pinching them! :D

But seriously, after your body has metabolized the floating estrogen, the AI keeps it in check. Cabbage is known to clear floating estrogen, but with you taking it so far a few day, i would assume your estrogen should be quite low and only time now will fully alleviate any sensitivity. If you joints are dry, you can bet your levels are near gone! :D

Ya, they are def dry haha..

Guess I can just lower dosage, cruise and wait for sensetivity to subside??

Ahh.. haha... you must some Natty caps... haha.. I got those, I found them overdosed myself... 2 of em had my joints in pain. The dosage in the production run is perfect. Two keeps me dry with no joint pain, 3 makes my elbows and knees throb.

That is what made us decide to go 25mg/cap with Erase though. I had my beta caps at 33mg/capsule. 50mg seems to be the sweet spot (2 caps Erase)
