Wanted this on a new page:
So I went full on Im an idiot today lol.
Squats: 405*9, 455*4 I honestly could have forced out another rep on each of these sets but I hadnt squat in a few weeks and didnt want to risk it.
Power cleans: 185*2, 225*2, 245 I failed on the 1st one and then immediately did it again and got it. I NEVER do these so this was really stupid on my part. Kinda tweaked my wrist on the 1st rep with 245.
Stiff leg deadlifts standing on 3 plates: 405*8 so 2 more reps than last time.
I dont think I had done legs since being on. These r some really good numbers for me. Idk if I can say PRs but def up there. Most I have squat is 515 and that was an out of the blue kind of thing.
Went and got a protein shake and a sandwich. Talked with Mario a bit bc his job is giving his sh1t for some dumbass reasons one of which includes me apparently lol. Cracked me up honestly. They say Im too big lol. Does that sh1t make any sense? Apparently they know I sell supplements and think since I do that Mario is on the juice
Anyway then went back to the fitness center and did arms. More volume than usual bc we ended up lifting with Ben. Might try and include him in our workouts bc he has a strong squat, deadlift, and bench. So he will def be able to push me on squat and deadlift where Mario cant. Not sure if Ben will show but worth a shot.
