Double update & DAMN the AI in Formadrol is strong!
Yesterday I did interval cardio I increased intensity on it quite a bit and overshot I got to about 32 minutes and all the sudden upchuck time. I got off and walked towards the stairs but threw up in my mouth and went to heave again before I got on the stairs so I turned around and let it go in a trash can. I tried to change the liner but no liner under the one in there so I went and told the porter he needed to change them out and went back upstairs and finished my cardio just a little slower. I ended up burning about 500 cals.
Today was Push Group, I worked hard, but did not record any numbers. I haven't done a carb up since last week. I am relaxing on low carbs a little this weekend but not doing a refeed. I MAY hit 400 grams for the entire weekend. I won't be counting it just keeping an eye. That is about 100-125 grams higher than I hit on regular days. I will give what I can remember which is probably going to be pretty much accurate on weights and reps for the lifts but it was not an I am going to kill the weight type session.
All weights on HS are per side weight only not including lever weight.
HS Flat Bench - 45x20, 70x15, 70x15, 90x13
Incline DB flies 35x15 3 sets
HS Shoulder Press - 45x15, 70x14, 70x12, 90x9
TCups 2 Sets with 20 lb DB until burnout
HS Shrugs 180x15 4 sets
Cable overhead triceps 70x15 3 sets.
Both my elbow and my knees are dry as all get out so I was not going to kill it. I can't believe how strong the AI's in Form are to be drying me out this much. However I think my balls are bigger now then before I started the Natadrol they just feel very very full. I am going to be done with the Formadrol in a few days. Then it will be STOKED, Testopro and The Ghen/IGH-1 stack for the next two weeks. I am going to have to keep it relatively light until my estrogen starts to step back up giving my joints a little more lube. I am also waiting for my Cissus to come in from NP which should help with the joints getting lubed a bit.
I took a few pics yesterday (No you can't see them Muahahahahahahahaahah!!!) just to see where I am and I just don't think I am going to have any need for tutu shopping. I have made improvements since the last pics a week ago and I am confident if I stay at this level of dedication I will have my abs in by then. As a matter of fact if I pull the loose skin down a tiny bit to tighten it like it should be, and they are already there very noticeably. My arms and legs are more vascular and a vein that runs down my lower abs along the zipper line is starting to come out. I can feel it when I am going to the pee. The slight pushing in that area makes it pop out and I can feel where it is although not quite visible it is one of my indicators of my level of leanness. If it is still showing I am lean enough if it isn't I have work to do. It will remain showing once I get it back out again.
