Double update & DAMN the AI in Formadrol is strong!

Yesterday I did interval cardio I increased intensity on it quite a bit and overshot I got to about 32 minutes and all the sudden upchuck time. I got off and walked towards the stairs but threw up in my mouth and went to heave again before I got on the stairs so I turned around and let it go in a trash can. I tried to change the liner but no liner under the one in there so I went and told the porter he needed to change them out and went back upstairs and finished my cardio just a little slower. I ended up burning about 500 cals.

Today was Push Group, I worked hard, but did not record any numbers. I haven't done a carb up since last week. I am relaxing on low carbs a little this weekend but not doing a refeed. I MAY hit 400 grams for the entire weekend. I won't be counting it just keeping an eye. That is about 100-125 grams higher than I hit on regular days. I will give what I can remember which is probably going to be pretty much accurate on weights and reps for the lifts but it was not an I am going to kill the weight type session.

All weights on HS are per side weight only not including lever weight.
HS Flat Bench - 45x20, 70x15, 70x15, 90x13
Incline DB flies 35x15 3 sets
HS Shoulder Press - 45x15, 70x14, 70x12, 90x9
TCups 2 Sets with 20 lb DB until burnout
HS Shrugs 180x15 4 sets
Cable overhead triceps 70x15 3 sets.

Both my elbow and my knees are dry as all get out so I was not going to kill it. I can't believe how strong the AI's in Form are to be drying me out this much. However I think my balls are bigger now then before I started the Natadrol they just feel very very full. I am going to be done with the Formadrol in a few days. Then it will be STOKED, Testopro and The Ghen/IGH-1 stack for the next two weeks. I am going to have to keep it relatively light until my estrogen starts to step back up giving my joints a little more lube. I am also waiting for my Cissus to come in from NP which should help with the joints getting lubed a bit.

I took a few pics yesterday (No you can't see them Muahahahahahahahaahah!!!) just to see where I am and I just don't think I am going to have any need for tutu shopping. I have made improvements since the last pics a week ago and I am confident if I stay at this level of dedication I will have my abs in by then. As a matter of fact if I pull the loose skin down a tiny bit to tighten it like it should be, and they are already there very noticeably. My arms and legs are more vascular and a vein that runs down my lower abs along the zipper line is starting to come out. I can feel it when I am going to the pee. The slight pushing in that area makes it pop out and I can feel where it is although not quite visible it is one of my indicators of my level of leanness. If it is still showing I am lean enough if it isn't I have work to do. It will remain showing once I get it back out again.

Wow, very interesting! I've got option three at home to run after I finish the current cycle and some receptor cleanse, also thinking of adding all or part of the asteroid stack to it, it'll be a full on USP mega cycle. Did any of you run PM with anything? I have recreate and pSlin as part of the deal all ready and waiting in the wings...

Without stealing too much thunder from Kleens log, I will leave you with this. Recreate is a must to run with it because of the forslean content, it will amplify the PM recomp affect in a major way. Use P-Slin on large carb refeeds, any other of the Asteroid Stack components are excellent choices as well. If you throw in all of them watch out, you will be seriously Alpha in no time and probably ready to tear apart the gym and anyone in your path for that matter. Log the stack, would love to follow along since I too have option 3 at home waiting for the winter months.

Back and Biceps & 15 min HIIT Swimming

I did back and biceps today not really recording weights right now going off of feel at the gym just memory which is normally pretty accurate. Keeping effort high while still maintaining these dry joints of mine.

HS weights per side

HS Rows - 45x15, 70x15, 80x15, 80x15
HS High Rows 70x15 x2 sets, 70x12
Cybex Preacher Curls 90x15, changed to neutral grip, 90x8, 70x15, 50x15
DB Curls 25x15 x 2 sets
DB Hammer Curls 20x15 2 sets

Went to pool and swam HIIT style Freestyle up walk back using arms to assist in walking no part of body ever truly got rest. Man working back before swimming made it harder than it already is but I found last week it is my Pull exercises that are getting me on my elbows so you can see I am being a little more careful with them and wanted to use the swimming to finish my back off.

Nothing hurts my elbows worse than some uber-heavy pulldowns.
Much worse than heavy curls or any pushing exercises.

But slathering on some of that wondrous blue emu oil helps tremendously. :thumbsup:

Mine are getting better, it was the power cleans that got me... all that jerking around when you make the transition with the heavy weight. Thank god deads don't bother me as I am using a mixed grip.

EMU oil is supposed to be off the chain and yet I don't have it yet. WTF!!! I have a supplier right down the street from me to. Cheaper hookup and I sit with my thumbs up my.... I keep telling myself to stop by there.

I have to give a shout out to Universal's Animal Flex. I've been using it and my knees have improved enough to where I've started using my wood soled, Olympic Lifting shoes again.
 
So I did cardio yesterday morning, and evenining too. This morning I hit up 555 calories of interval training on the elliptical. Will go on 3 mile casual walk with the wife tonight. Just chipping away at what is left covering my abs. We shall see what comes out of this.

I am done with Formadral Extreme now. It definitely did what it needed to do regarding bringing my test back up to normal, and then some. Now I am finishing off the Testopro however I may save a weeks worth and try Testopro later with 6 caps a day. I am thinking a weeks worth of it should do the trick to run that way.

Thanks i am trying I was definitely winded for sure. Lots of heavy breathing. The heart rate deal wasn't working but I think I was up around 165-180 bpm the whole time. You now peaking then dropping during lower effort periods. Both types of cardio burn fat I just feel I have better conditioning when training this way. This was not HIIT though just moderate intensity to low-high intensity. By the end of my 2 minutes at higher intensity I was ready to quit moving then the drop in intensity would be just 20 more seconds, "Hold out Kleen! You can make 20 seconds No Bitching out!".

Been running it that way for almost two weeks, with two more to go... things are gonna get nuts!! ... Then that's nothing new...

From what I am reading, it is all good at penetrating the skin because of the omega-9 in it just goes right in makes the skin permeable.
 
Leg Day Biatchez!!!!

Okay I had a nice high volume day on legs today. Front Squats were the main course and I strapped on the feed bag. I am not overly comfortable with this lift as it is still new to me. I never did them much do to bar placement issues. However, by the end of this morning and 6 sets I felt I had it down pretty well. I made sure I was squatting deep into the bucket too.

Front Squat - 135x10, 155x10, 175x10, 185x10, 205x10, 225x3 form was slipping time to move on...

SLD’s - 135x15, 155x15, 185x15, 225x10, 245x10 - Nice SLD'ing more than front squat. Of course I am familiar enough with this lift that there isn’t any getting used to it period like front squats.

Leg Press (just weights counted) - 590x10 x 5 sets - last two sets were a little hard to complete, had some pausing in there to get the job done. All leg presses are done extremely deep to keep good hip flexibility. Stance middle of platform, shoulder width apart. Was great doing these in a pre-exhausted state. Made me dig more with less weight.

Leg Ext - 210x6>170x7>140x6 Nice little burnout here to finish off the quads then moved to lying leg curls

Lying Leg Curls - 110x7>90x8>70x4 Hamstrings were officially destroyed.

I had to go up the stairs after this to get my wife and I literally held the rail and partially pulled myself up legs shaking. Coming down again was more frightening since if my knees buckled down was the direction I would go. Made it to the bottom!

Abs - Stability ball crunches in dry sauna - 3 sets until failure with 60 seconds between them. Abs were already sore from doing weighted abs yesterday after cardio, so this really got them going.
 
225 is about all i can do on front squats, ass to grass up my ass. How do you like the front squats? I love them for the core taxation like we're in England.

Yah front squats are uncomfortable a first but you get in the groove pretty quick and once you do the weight goes up pretty quick. They're harder on the knees so watch out for that or just use knee wraps...

I will tell you tomorrow about how hard they hit my quads, of course with Testopro and STOKED! in full effect doms should be lessened somewhat. With your weights on front squats I bet you can hit 315 for 10 to get a nice bit of DOMS.
