-i hate people who jog through time square. like really? there are about a million tourists cramming broadway between 42nd and 49th and you are gonna jog there??? what the hell? who are you and where are you coming from? no one actually lives in time square so there is no excuse. you are 12 blocks from central park, go run there dumbasses. its the busiest portion of road for pedestrian traffic in the country and you are gonna put on your Reezigs and go for a jog... a$$holes.

-i hate when i wear the same pair of gym pants i wore yesterday when i noticed i had terrible swamp ass... today i could smell my own a$$hole just standing up... gamer your breath must be terrible.

OFF DAY.

UPDATES - im a lethargic piece of sh!t. this is most likely due to the restless sleep ive been having cause im just exhausted all day. Im sure the clen will help that when i add it in this weekend HAHAHA. fukk.

-i was going to add teh T3 / Clen in on Monday but i decided to hold off and i dropped the Slin yesterday as well. im going to run the epi another 2.5wks approximately if all goes well. so this is how its going to look from here. Y=ON N=OFF

SUST 325/325/325/325/325/325/325
EPI 60/80/100/N/N/N/N/
CLEN N/Y/Y/N/N/Y/Y
T3 N/N/N/Y/Y/Y/Y

or something like that. oh and im starting the MT2 this wkend so we'll see how that goes.
 
you're cruising on a similar dose of sust... mine just kicked, that low dose took like 6 weeks to build up. The plan looks good but i don't even need to tell you to watch blood pressure with the Epi and Clen combination it might start shooting way up.

i always like sust, no particular reason really, i really subscribe to the test is test belief. im only on 1cc a wk, split 1/2 cc mon-thurs... after a 7wk cruise i will bump test up to somewhere in the 800wk range.

and im diggin the sound of the playboy sights bro. gotta look fresh. i have so many pairs of sunglasses and vintage eyeglasses which btw are all non-prescription. my eyes are just fine lol.

im heading out tomorrow night for some cowboys and indians party somewhere at the jersey shore haha. debating which way to go for that.

UPDATES
-continue to be the laziest most unproductive piece of sh!t i know. seriously need the sust to kick in and motivate me a little bit. im having a hell of a time eating or anything... and worst of all my electric can opener broke and i think i dropped my normal one off my balcony a few months ago... i want my tunafish... but not bad enough to actually have a shower, make myself presentable and go to Duane Reade... f*ck my life.
