Well solved the fcked hands solved the problem for what I was gonna do inpalce of banded squats...

Geek, go to the cvs or rite aid, get some mole skin and wrap it around the torn callouses. It is very sticky and will protect and cushon while you're lifting. Runners and hikers use it to get through with their feet blisters. Be warned, it may not be fun taking it off afterward! Soak it in warm soapy water for removing.
 
Do you wear the lifter gloves in the gym?

I did the same thing monday doing deads.

Stopped me dead in my tracks and pissed me off.

Left hand ring finger.

Yep me also a while back, I just used a bandaid and once you're lifting it doesn't feel as bad as you'd think.

not gonna list lifts cuz it was nothing special just deloading n stuff.

ok so cliff notes / summary over the past 2 days or so...

-crap still green lol
-been noticing I get real thirsty after taking this. like dehydrated / hung over thirsty for about 1/2 an hour.
-pump is still there when Im lifting, not as noticeable / intense as when I first started
-energy has dropped back to normal
-i think thats about it, pretty sure idk. Ill continue again on monday ;)

My appetite went normal----troubles eating----slowly getting normal ----- normal again

idk was kinda weird? noticed I wasnt very hungry at 4 caps but im at 3 right now...

I have noticed increase appetite on glycobol. Maybe it is not related to glycobol, maybe it is. I do not know . That is why I was asking if you noticed an increase appetite.
 
Can't say that I get increased appetite, I am pretty hungry but kinda always am....
 
I'm always hungry so i'm not sure whether the glycobol helps me! I do notice that i get hungrier alot quicker than i used to though.
