I am on day 8 of SD, will be running 28 days, and I am up just a hair shy from 8 lbs. Some/most of this is probably glyogen right now but my strength is already going up, and I am bridging with Epi because it's mild and should help me ease into PCT while retaining more mass then with just SD alone. SD blows people up and that's why people also lose it. I think the addition of HcG kind of depends on each individual, and since I am on day 8 I cannot give my two cents just yet. I also am running at 30mg with no sides, no lethargy, nothing. The only thing it makes me is super hungry and thirsty, and I am hardly over my maintanence while keeping carbs very moderate. People say it will suck carbs up but that is not the case for me.
I think the numbers you put up sound pretty legit deadaim, just wondering how you came to this conclusion? Have you ever run SD before? I remember earlier this thread you said you were 21, and called yourself a kid but I was wondering what you were basing your numbers off of if you have never run it.
I think also the compound you get makes a difference, even though the nomenclature is the same for every company that produces a clone, nothing is going to guarantee results/sides or the lack thereof. The key I think with any cycle is to listen to your body and adjust according. If I hit atrophy on this cycle, well then next time I may just in fact run hcg with it, but since 4 weeks is relatively short (6 weeks if you count my bridge) I don't really see a need for it. Also trying D aspartic acid and 6 bromo if I need during PCT.
