Been sooo busy. . just now starting to have a couple free moments to update. . .I am counting my calories. . .3800 and its with the intent of gaining 5lbs of mass with 5lbs of fat at a 1:1 ratio. . .trying to go for about 220. . and cut weight from there. .. i think diets are needed when you start competiting on a serious lvl. . .I'm trying to go pro in the next couple of years so. . its just a matter of time and dedication. . .IFPA not IFBB. . . not yet at least. . but i like IFPA. . still big not as much money but still can live the dream baby!! :lol:

DAY 9

wELL ya'lll I started following doing light cardio on tuesdays and thursdays to help blow flow to the legs to help them recoop! it may seem slightly counter productive but at a light 120 beats per minute heat rate there should very little activity as far as fat burning potential but enough work for the blood allow nutrients to flow to the legs and help recover. . .at least this is the theory!!! So far it has help more soo than me not doing a like 20minute cardio so all in all things are going quite well. . .

Dosing is the same for the whole week

Well Sundays are the times of rest every body!! And this is where i give a weekly update!!! Let me break it down to ya :AR15firing:

Suppress - C = Pretty sure this is a diamond in the rough! If you don't know n e thing about it let me help paint a picture. . . .Squating three times a week. . eating 4k - 4.5k calories not all clean but breakfast and midmorning snacks always are after that its a free for all. . . ponding 18wings b4 bed. . SERIOUS CARB LOADING BEFORE WORKOUTS!!! and weight is up 5lbs with an ever so slight increase in bf. . . The feeling of nitirous coarsing through your veins after every dose. . . TRANSDERMALS. . .CAN YOU DIG IT!!!

Testpro - Well. . .one thing to say about this. . . .DAM. . .hahah combine the sweet scent of oranges with 2 shimmering caps of OOOHHH MMMYYY GODDD and before you know it your an alpha walking proud. . .hah. . i knew this was going to be a good product but was sure with how things going to pan out. . .I love it!! hahah wanna :op: on everything hahah. . .but on top of that can see muscle fullness and more muscle density!!

Hghpro - This is my second log with hghpro and i will say that i do enjoy this product. . .i love the fact that 3 a night allows me the refreshing sleep i need to acquire just the right amount of rem but also allow me to finish my full sleep cycle's.. . . .with that being said the affects have yet to kick in as far a str goes but i'm hitting new pr's everyday and before you know it WHEELS FROM HELL!!

How do you do!! Been sooo busy. . just now starting to have a couple free moments to update. . .I am counting my calories. . .3800 and its with the intent of gaining 5lbs of mass with 5lbs of fat at a 1:1 ratio. . .trying to go for about 220. . and cut weight from there. .. i think diets are needed when you start competiting on a serious lvl. . .I'm trying to go pro in the next couple of years so. . its just a matter of time and dedication. . .IFPA not IFBB. . . not yet at least. . but i like IFPA. . still big not as much money but still can live the dream baby!! :lol:

Goood Morning Every body!! Just checkin in live with a quik update. . .At work soo I will say that things are just crusing along. . .I need to get MORE SLEEP DANG IT!! I feel refreshed but i still need more like 8-10hrs vs. 6-7.5. . .just not enough but i have a hell of time winding down because i'm thinking about sooo much stuff!!!! With that being said. . just doing some basic cardio yesterday hahah nothing special

30minutes at 115 - 120 beats per minute. . .

Just want some blood flow down to the legs so i can help them recover!!1 :fest30: :AR15firing:

With that being said. . I have come to a conclusion. . .My knee's have been starting to hurt very very bad!!! soo i have decided that during this routine i will start tapering of the Suppress-C due to its INCREDIBLE Affect of cortisol suppression. . . :biglaugh: I want to say that maintain a low bf% and maximizing weight potential isn't the smartest thing due to the possibility of damage of connective tissue in elbows. . knee's. . hips. . .soo i just want to make sure that my bad will work when i'm 50+ haha. . .I will continue the use of suppress - c till next week and see if this will help my knees because i still have 4 more weeks of this rigorous routine. . .

Once the routine is over i will be dabbling here and there to monitor cortisol levels. . But let this be known to all who are reading this log. . .This will be the new standard for my cutting cycle. . .its one of the best fat reducing products i have used yet! with that being said BOOM BOOM BOOOOOM!!! :usa:

Knee pain as in ligements n joints? I use Dymatize joint repair for like 2-3 days and only a couple times during the year. fixes stuf up fast!!

Yeah its cheap like $5 for a ton of pills, I bought 2 bottles and have liek 80% left. good stuff for the price cant beat it IMO.

Definately man, Im comming down to the cities July 1st for the Tool concert you going?
