(Weird Weird Dream'....)
I seriously had a pretty strange dream last night. It was as if I had taken a psychedelic but tried to go through life as normal. Sitting at work with desks melting, riding the train on what appeared to be clouds, surfing the internet by entering the computer, seriously crazy. I wish I recalled all the details, I would have written a book...
Lifting went pretty well.
I changed the order a bit and dropped my power cleans to fully switch over to clean and presses.
Managed to add +10 for the last three sets on my power clean, but failed on my last rep of the last set, bummer....Oh well, these things feel pretty great, I do really enjoy them more then power cleaning with more weight.
My squat was feeling pretty good, but I wasn't comfortable going up in weight, so just same 5 sets from last session. I am at a good spot, I get to the point that I can hardly stand until I rest it off after a set.
P.S. How many of you go beyond parallel? I was always taught to, but I don't. The reason behind it is I had a femur injury back when I was in high school and it put alot of pressure on my knee at the time. If I go below parallel, I get a pain in the area surrounding that knee, and this is even at a lighter weight... My ass hits about parallel and I go up. I am sure my weight is higher then it would be if I went lower, but if I am not competing, does it really matter?
Recovery went pretty good. Tonight dinner might be a cheat meal as I am going to see my grandmother, who is one hell of an italian cook

Aprox Diet style:
5 Eggs (3-4 Whole), Turkey Bacon (3 slices), 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
Chicken Breast/Brown Rice
Chicken Breats/Veg. or Brown Rice
Chicken/Lean Beef/Fish and Veggie/Sweet Potato/Rice/etc...
Protein Shake (2 Scoop)
Cottage Cheese (Decent amount don't measure)
Ocassionally I will grab an extra RTD protein or protein bar when I am at work near a local pharmacy.
