The best way to run these supps is with some sort of recomp in mind..

i know way to fast...i have stoked left which i'll continue to take but am going to start playing with the training alittle more so comparing things and reviewing it may be harder than the training i've been doing

Sad he was a beast on the field. There are a lot of retired quaterbacks still having nightmares about LT coming after them. Worse news is I was at the Celtics game last night to see them get their arse handed to them.:(

Pem you get negged for being a Celtics fan anyway, i am however rooting for them because of my disliked for lebron james and espn's marriage for him....it's all about the Magic and kid superman Dwight Howard....btw party next weekend in AC, LT and Ben Rothlisberger Under age Bash...all the minor's you can handle

Ben did not havea minor she was 20. My question is why the bar is not in trouble for letting in a person under the drinking age. Ben is only 27 so heck I would be chasing the 20 yr old girls around also. Now if what she said is 100% true he is scum.

What i meant by minor is under 21....once your over that age anything under that age is off limits, i'm 25 and wouldn't go for a 20 year old, just seems wrong, go by the 2 year rule, 2 years up and 2 years back....unless she's a cougar and her husband has money haha

WOW bro your better than I am. I would not go after a 20 yr old now. In my 30's I would still have chased a 20yr old.:)

Age doesn't matter much over 18 as long as you are both willing participants.

No really if my wife and I God forbid ever split up 21 would be the majic number even for pure physicallity.

But you dang sure don't buy her a drink!

Relationships on the other hand you really have to know each other. Some poeple are old souls. Have maturity beyond their years so it is really a crap shoot. Then again all relationships are. What is it 50% of marriages end in divorce. I already had my 50% worth. One excellent divorce... and this marriage is phenominal. My ex was only a year off from me too, I guess no formula works perfectly. When you have a good one you just have to be thankful for her and show her that you adore her...
