Shoulder press standing: 65 x 12, 95 x 10, 105 x 9 drop set 65 x 10
DB Lateral Raise: 15 x 12, 20 x 10, 25 x 8, drop set 10 x 8
Real Delt Machine (plate loaded): 20 x 10, 25 x 10, 30 x 8 (hold for 5 seconds at 8 and lower slowly)
HS Ido Front Military: 90 x 10, 110 x 10, 140 x 7 drop set 90 single arms for 6 each
Barbell shrugs: 135 x 15, 165 x 15, 185 x 12
Real Barbell Shrugs: 135 x 15, 135 x 15
Cardio: 15 minutes stationary bike
Abs: Superset 3 sets of Crunch machine for 20, Romain Chair leg Raises for 15, and broom stick twistsx 50
Felt pretty good and relaxed today..didn't have the aggression and killer instinct, might be because i went earlier when i first woke up...didn't try to push myself during cardio like i usually do..a nice and slow steady pace not to aggrevate my leg muscle...after the gym headed to the warehouse, picked up 2 bottles of Motivate and Recoverpro for an upcoming Cut/Recomp...gotta have BCAA's
