Nice workout.

I don't mind the Pats like most ppl....but didn't we beat the "perfect team" a few years back?...not really sure yes or no....you can circle the answer

Yes they ruined the perfect season so all who mention the Giants will get a big fat NEG

you and them damn Pats.

they stole my Rams superbowl. Friggin Vinatieri. You know without him, the Pats probably dont have a single ring.

:(

Then we dumped his ass when he could not kick any more the Pats are a-holes when it comes to stuff like that LOL.

Yeah, thats what happens in life.

When they dont need you anymore, your gone!

Savages!!!!!!!

They really did Richard Seymour ugly. They waited till a few days before his kids were going to start school and they told him he was traded. That was not the worst part that was he was going to the wastelands of the Raiders where the no. 1 pick quaterback they had from a couple of years ago is now 280 lbs maybe he can play d-line with Seymour this year. The very best part is we get Oaklands 1st pick in 2011 should be a very juicy pick LOL.

Week 3 Review

Strength: Not a huge jump like from week 1 to week 2 but i did notice going up reps in a few lifts and felt stronger overall

Endurance: Endurance has been good. I feel like I can push further then before and excercises at the end of my routines I usually end with a lesser excercise to finish off the muscles but even those workouts are pointless now because i feel like i can still push myself

Recovery: This has to be the best part of this stack. I'm barely sore the way I once was. Besides that nagging leg muscle everything else feels good the next day or two afterwards. I can tell I've worked the muscle the day before but not and intense pain like I sometimes have even when moving a certain way.

Libido: It felt normal for most of the week. No intense urges or anything....that was until Friday when I wanted one thing and that feeling has carried all the way until today...hopefully it will stay for the rest of the time on this stack

Muscle Hardness: I felt more solid this week...like a linebacker almost even though i'm much smaller it felt good....saw an old employee of mine who i haven't seen in 3 or 4 months who grabbed my arm and said i felt more solid as well without me asking or anything...my g/f also commented that i looked "bigger" which is what really matters....when ppl see you on a daily basis it's hard to really notice changes in the body and if she is noticeing then thats a good thing

This week as i said I felt more solid...but i also felt like i took tighter which i was aiming for...not a huge difference but somewhat noticeable in the mirror which i was happy about...i didn't post a weight because i've been weighing myself upon waking up on sunday morning and today i had to do something and before i knew it i was being fed a huge breakfast...so when i did weight myself it said 148lbs...i will take my weight tomorow morning when i awake and post it

Always nice to get more reps.:)

Great review, pretty much par for the coarse now you should experience about the same results for the rest of the stack. It kicks in quick then it's a smooth ride after that.

Hit the nail on the head....this stuff seemed to jump my strength at first...since then i've increased weight from that first jump alittle or increased reps...thats awesome though...i hate waiting until the 4th week of a product to get the benefits....disapointed that the glycobol and testopro are going to be running out in alittle over a week

Yah I was very surprised when that happened, pleasantly so I might add.

BTW Dream...wasn't to impressed with the Giants Draft this weekend...my brother who also follows the NFL closely wasn't to impressed with their draft either

Patriots are getting killed on sports stations for their draft.

yeah i wasn't a fan of the CB they took in the first, i do like the TE from flordia though...they also added a 2nd round pick next year...they just released adalius thomas as well

I am glad to see Adalius Thomas go. With Wes Welker out till atleast midseason they should have taken Dez Bryant with him and Moss that would have been SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And when is the last time that the Giants had an impressive draft... I can only think of a couple players they drafted that really panned out to be great pics.

Last year we had one of the best drafts in the NFL, Hakeem Nicks looks solid, Clint Stintim should start this year and William Beaty will start either this year or next year when Kareem Mckenzie retires

Love Nicks going to be a great player.

Yah ok, I just don't ever remember being wowed by their draft pics, Nicks will definitely make a mark this year. They have solved the receiver problem I think, now db's and a pass rush would be nice, the d-lineman just have to step up they have the horses. Oh and Tuck added too much mass last off season, slowed him down too much. Did you see how huge he got. The defensive backfield is too shallow, a couple injuries and they fell apart.

Yeah i agree...well i think they need to trade Osi...well i thought they should during the draft...but we did put to much on Kenny Phillips last year and when he went down our DB's were terrible, he looked really good in training camp until the injury too...our additions to the safeties will help this year with Rolle and Grant, Rolle's good and Deon Grant may not be great but he's an upgrade and a proven vet without injury issues, we also drafted a Safety-Jones from LSU who's supposed to be pretty good as far as the D-Line goes I think we need to give Kiwunka a better shot...since we drafted him he was put at LB and then back to DE and did good but with Osi and Tuck hasn't got his chance to start...we will see...football can't come quick enough

OSI has never been consistant, my money is always on Tuck but he needs his speed back to be effective, plus he was hurting a lot last year.

thats why they need to call me, 5'5 148lbs...i'll run through the linemans legs and get to the qb....they won't know what hit em

Abs: p90x ab ripper X

So I did a chest workout that i haven't done in over a year and it sure felt that way as well....my weights weren't impressive and i felt tired on the 2nd set of flat bench but as i get closer to more of a cut i figured i'd test myself and see where i was endurance wise...i usually superset decline with cable crossovers but all the places to do them were taken when i was doing decline...dips felt really hard because i was tired but surprisingly enough i can't seem to find the right spot to do pull downs on the cables any longer, weights i usually do just feel so much more easy than they did.....my g/f had the wonderful idea when she was done with her cardio to want to do ab ripper x at her house...needless to say it's been like 3 months since i've done that and it totally finished me off for the day...but it as good...new ab movements into the plan are always welcome

I'm willing to bet you're going to pay for that ab work for a day or two ;)

yeah without a doubt...the crazy girl has class on wednesday and thursday and wants to do it 3 times a week so she believes we can do it again tomorrow...i'd bet that it's not going to happen

Sore abs are up there with sore legs!

i know...i don't think she understands that though...i don't want anything to ever happen to her..but maybe water will go down the wrong pipe tomorow and she'll cough and see what it feels like and think twice....yet it is a pretty intense routine that he puts you through...i sweat like cardio and burn like an ab routine

lmao perhaps something a little less intense instead of choking.... maybe just a violent sneeze!! i always regret having to sneeze when my abs are incredibly sore lol

I sneeze really violently. My wife always thinks I'm faking the intensity of my sneezes, lol. I guess I just have a strong set of lungs!

i was going to say sneeze but it's been awhile since i really had that ab pain...usually if i have a good ab workout i can feel it but the last time i coughed or sneezed and it hurt has been awhile....i actually get like that when i play basketball or anything like that because it's different types of movements than i'm used to

Someone spiked my preworkout drink today i'm sure of it haha, i was up and down at the gym...certain times i felt exhausted and other times i wanted to keep going all night long, again the routine is to keep the heart rate up as i move more towards a cut and it's been awhile...as you can see bicep is really the only body part that i don't superset because of the small differences in the angles i feel you can hit with it so i compensate that with the 24's and dropsets....overall a pretty good workout

BTW if anyone has a good workout plan to shed some lbs while keeping the muscle that i've added would be greatly appreciated....i haven't done an official cut in about a year and a half and even then my workout plan was basically just working out normal with added cardio and a deficit in calories...since that time i've built some good muscle and don't want to go into a deificit for to long, rather stay at maintenance or just above and burn some extra calories during the workout process....i've looked at full body workouts, an 8x8 routine my friends following, and of course doing the superset thing that i've been doing this week, i just want to be able to hit all my muscles with intensity the way i am now and be out of the gym within an hour and a half....the full body just seems it doesn't hit the muscles hard enough each time...but i suppose if it's done with enough intensity could be good to keep muscle and burn fat......suggestions are welcome
