Day 10

Simple Cardio day today. 35 Minutes moderate on Elliptical Machine
Dosed 1 scoop - which is my sweet spot for cardio days.

On a side note. I will off the net for the next 36-48 hours as we in the Army here will be in what we call "the field"

Actually I am bringing the tub out with me. Plan on passing out some samples to my gym rats 30 minutes before I have them "take the hill" Since I and my guys are playing the role of the bad guys this time around... HELZ yeah to the bad guys!!!!

Ha, you guys are great!! Just got back, and let me tell you... 7 hours of sleep total over 2 nights... not fun... I will say this though, ASGT after just 3 1/2 hours of sleep was amazing!!! there was just a reserve of energy used throughout the day that never went away until the evening. No high, no low... just a steady feeling. Was very happy with it:fest30:
Got some cool picks of the cadets doing some crazy stuff... will post a few tomorrow... for now it is time for some sleep!!! :yawn:

oh yes!! they walked up and down those mountains with no issues, but those who run instead of lift... they could barely carry their own gear!!! Enjoyed insulting them!!!

my guys in the sniper suits proved the age old saying: a couple guys who know how to use their weapons can take out hundreds who don't.
these 3 faced over 300 cadets trying to attack and destroy them, facing 20 at a time. No one got within 100 meters of them :AR15firing:

The truck was a mock IED and ambush.... lots of fun

Looks like Camp Williams, I miss that place. All my memories of it are strongly connected to the smell of sagebrush.

Day 15

What a great pump today. No stories to tell, no BS to relate. Just pure lifting furry with the focus of a man lusting for the iron!!!
The lift:
Chest: Flat bench press
185 x 10 - 275 x 11 (+3!!!! new PR) - 295 x 6 (new PR)- Drops - 235 x 8 185 x 7 (the 2 drop sets smoked me. Arms were shaking like the walls of Thunder Gods Temple!!!! Will start at 285 next time!!!! :aargh4:
Back: seated close grip cable rows
150 x 15 - 240 x 9 - 240 x 8 - Drops - 200 x 8 - 160 x 10
Shoulders: wanted to do Arnolds, but the BDs were in use, so used the Hammer behind the head shoulder press
140 x 10 - 185 x 12 - 235 x 5 - Drops - 185 x 6 - 95 x 10. The slow movement and flexing at the up and down positions smoked me!! Understand the weight on the machine better and the numbers will be more fluid next week
Biceps: DB alternating curls
30's x 10 - 50's x 10 - 50's x 8 (new PR) Drops - 35s x 10 - 30s x 12
Triceps: 2 handed overhead DB extensions
75 x 15 - 110 x 12 (new PR) 120 x 7 (NEW PR!! wanted to do more but the arms were shaking and I had no spotter) Drops - 85 x 10 - 75 x 9 (was blown up and SWOLE after these!!
Legs: Leg Presses -
200 x 15 - 400 x 10 - 400 x 8 (best I have done since getting the knee rebuilt!! Drops 300 x 10 - 200 x 15
Hamstring Curls:
62 x 10 - 100 x 10 - 100 x 8 Drops - 62 x 10 - 50 x 10
was SWOLE and ready to kill throughout the entire lift
Dose of ASGT was 2 scoops (and a little):evil: my sweet spot and it was amazing... let the numbers speak for themselves. You all can see the PRs.
On another note, dropped another 1.5 lbs... abs looking a little tighter... SWEET

I was last at Williams about a year ago. Spent 3 years in the Utah guard as a 21B and a few in rotc.

Anyhow, I think you've sold me on the ASGT. Just ordered some. Keep bringing the pain!

Oh it is going to be so fun. Good chance I will be logging HGH Pro and this seperately. This gives me more time off of a T Booster while testing this. That way my SWOLE Stack will be OFF THE CHAIN heading into my contest. HGHPro is only taken at night and the recovery from the rest and what not will be detailed in the HGH Pro Log. There is a very high likelyhood of seeing this run in conjunction with ReCreate and OEP or more likely to start DCP and OEP then move to ReCreate and OEP
