I imagine the Emu oils is much better on your skin, how is the scent of it? Has to be better than smelling like a grapefruit peel after using Penetrate.

The scent of the Emu isn't bad at all. Hardly noticeable even. And it fades out quickly.

I agree about the Penetrate. And the Dermabolics Topical Carrier was the same. You smell like grapefruit for hours.
I like grapefruit, mind you. Just not as a cologne. ha ha
 
CARDIO DAY

20 Minutes of HIIT on the glider machine from Hel.
330 nonstop reps of ab work consisting of seated machine crunches, leg raises. and kneeling rope crunches.

Feeling very energetic this morning. Rode like the wind.


Just realized I haven't outlined my training protocol. There may be some new readers that weren't following my last 2 threads and might be interested in seeing how I'm training.

TRAINING PROTOCOL

3 Days of weight training: Sundays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.
3 days of cardio: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
Thursday is full rest day.

Training Style: 3 whole body workouts per week. After warm-ups I do 1 all-out work set, reps ranging from 7to 10, and then rest 1 minute or sometimes 2. Then 1 more heavy work set which is immediately followed by 2 reduced weight drop-sets.
This workout is a modified version of how I saw MrKleen training in his last thread. I decided to slightly tweak it and put it through the wringers. It is very brutal. I LOVE IT!!! :arms: :dance2: :angryfire:

Trap shot wasn't bad at all. Was smoother than delts were. And nothing has been painful thus far. The Prop itself burns like I heard it would, but the injections themselves are a peice of cake. Of course I have my wife (a nurse) to do them for me. LOL The goddess has a most delicate touch. :yup:

I appreciate that advice and pin site you gave me. It was extremely useful.

I can't wait though I am in the best shape of my life and will use the test wisely. I started a phera cycle like 4 weeks ago and I have no gains no strength increases and no shutdown so it has to bunk. Damn est! I am glad you liked the trap shots they are my favorite they go in so smooth. The only thing I am worried about is that usually me and my boy give each other the shots but he will be gone for 2 weeks in may and that means i need to do them my self but I don't think it should be a problem I think i can do it now.

I think that would be the easiest site for a person to pin themselves. Delts shouldn't be difficult either. Traps or lats might be a little tricky though.

Those kinda scare me i have never done one. Have you tried them out yet? If you did what size pin did you use?
 
YESTERDAY EVENING'S SUPP LINEUP

Alpha-Tren: 1 cap
Epi: 1 cap of 10mg. of Epithio Clone (chapparal labs)
Transdermal Formestane: 100mg.


I've decided to toss some Epithio into this mix. Should be good to use as gyno prevention while on cycle. Low dose....of course. 10mg. daily.
The transdermal Form is my main on-cycle AI. And I've used it many times in the past with great success. This time is new with the mixing the Formestane with Emu Oil instead of using a ready-made carrier. It went into solution very well when I heated it. No sandy grit at all. :thumbsup:

Big azz traps? Huh? Where? :thinking:

I thought you were half way joking when you mentioned that yesterday. 2 bottles of that would go nicely with what I'm doing here. I'm running out of the PrimaForce Methyl Rage MDHT (methyl dht) that I'm pulsing on workout days. I have enough left for 1 and 1/2 or maybe 2 weeks. Max. So yeah, 2 bottles of D-Plex would kick some ass!!

The first few weeks on it was the roughest. Then adaptation kicks in thankfully. It's still exceedingly brutal, but that's the way I like to train.
I don't think I have ever really trained "conventionally". LOL
Always thinking outside the box.

THIS MORNING'S SUPP LINEUP

Alpha-Tren: 1 cap
Eithio Clone: 1 cap @10mg.
Transdermal Formestane: 100mg.

Test-Prop: 150mg. shot into left trap using 25g by 5/8" needle.

20 minutes of HIIT? good lord that's some serious drive.

I thought 20 minutes was the recommended length of HIIT for a full cardio session. I do 20 minutes of HIIT twice a week, bike or running. I've done 30 minutes on the bike before... that was pretty tough. I like HIIT, but I have come to enjoy SSCV as well... I do SSCV on the weekends and HIIT on the weekdays that I do cardio.
 
Some people do HIIT differently. Some do only 2 intervals, 1 being low and the other being like 95% effort, just going back and forth. Some do it on an escalating level like what was explained in Body For Life which is where HIIT got it's big introduction to the rest of the world besides hardcore guys. He would start it off at like an intensity level 5 (IE can hold casual conversation easily) for 2 minutes, then level 6, 7, 8, 9, in one minute increments, then back down to 5 for one minute progressing back up to 9, ( @ 9can barely talk), then back down to level 6, 7,8,9,10 (10-maximum effort), back down to 7 2minutes, 8, 9 , 10, down to 6, 7,8,9,10, doing it that way is easier for a lot of people but it is still hard as fug! Me I typically like to do all 3 forms of cardio. HIIT, SS, and longer interval training. By that I mean I will do a minute or two each at 2 levels of difficulty, going from about a 5 to about an 8-8.5 intensity level for 45 minutes.

On that contraption TG is on everything is intense so I can't imagine how he is lowering intensity, even slow reps kill on that thing TG is just a bad ass.

HIIT shouldn't be a set amount of time, at least not the way I was taught. Like sunny, I can barely so 10 minutes
 
On a side note, just go for guerilla cardio, HIIT is soooooooo 09...

Care to elaborate on what you mean by Guerrilla Cardio?
