You would need a lot of (positive) reps from the members here. Alternatively, if you are as fortunate as a few around here, you could get a few reps from the moderators. That (mod reps) is the fastest way to get [and lose] stars.
 
well, after reading all the posts i am even more confused about how the system is supposed to work.
now there are rep point and there's rep power, then you have bars and stars...i guess i just keep rollin as i did so far and the bars will go up.

Cell Tech baby. I have gained no fat from it, and I use it post workout with 50 GM Whey Isolate. I was on Deployment for 5 months, and our internet is almost non existant. I could not post at all. We are back now, and my post count will be higher daily. I have some time to dedicate to AM. inbetween training, cardio, meals, tanning, and sleeping.
 
And being in the navy b eing a supervisor of the Repair shop, Command fitness leader, Two training teams, duty Fire marshall, and other duties. Wow, can I get a break.

I bought Muscletech way way back in the day when the first started. I can't even remember the product names other than Hydroxycut. One was a creatine..letters and numbers....like CE 2000 or something. There was another product too that required 6 capsules per serving...IIRC it was basically amino acids...I can't think of it's name at all. I think Greg Kovacs was the spokesman/model and Musclemag International was so full of Muscletech ads that we called it Muscletech International.

I never had any BSN....

negs to everyone arggggggggggg. I get negged all the time on bb.com you disagree with someone over there and it's like neg city. I gave up on trying to have a good rep a long time ago over there.
