CYCLE QUESTIONS

Here's how my Sunday workout went if you're interested at all. First set is a warm-up and then 2 work sets with 2 immediate drop sets after that second workset. No rest between those bad boys!!!

CHEST--Incline DB Presses- 50X10, 110x 14 (too light) 120X12>80X9>60X12,
BACK--One-Arm DB Rows- 60 X 10, 120X12, 120X11>80X10>60 X15 that burned like fire!!
SHOULDERS--Machine Presses-60X10, 210X12, 220X10>180X9>120X14
TRICEPS-Reverse-Grip Bench Presses-95X10, 225X14, 245X12>205X8>185X14
BICEPS-Seated Alt. DB Curls- 40X10, 75X8, 75X8>50X10>35'sX15...fire!!
LEGS-MACHINE SQUATS-150X10, 380X14, 390X12>300X8>200X15 burn baby burn
HAMSTRINGS-Lying Leg Curls-40X10, 150X12,120X14>100X12>80X16

That was it. I went lighter than normal but probably not light as I should have due to it being a new program for me.

I'm keeping form of utmost importance though. So the numbers don't mean as much as the contractions and FUF (form until failure) factor.

Much thanks and appreciation for and to Mr.Kleen for giving me the ideas for such a workout. I have done 3 whole body workouts per week in the past, but this with the drop sets are new.........

Today's workout will have a different set of exercises for each bodypart, and I can't wait to hit it full steam ahead!!! :zx11pissed:

I will be all raged out after this epic battle I have planned. There will be bodies of slain frost-giants strewn across the sacred field of battle!!! Can you tell that I'm ready for this one???!!! LOL

Oh yes, that's all I can muster as this moment. I just got through stretching and walking my dog. WHEW!! What a workout this go round. Here's the VanDamage!!

NOT YOUR LITTLE SISTER'S WORKOUT

CHEST--Incline Machine Presses--180X10, 370X9, 370X7>270X12>200X17 Just absolutely smoked these!!
BACK--Seated Cable Rows with Long Bar--200X10, 320X11, 320X9>250X14>200X10 and they were steaming...
SHOULDERS--DB Arnold Presses--30'sX10, 70'sX10, 70'sX8>50'sX12>30'sX16 and I was crying "AHHNOLD"!!!
TRICEPS--One Are Cable Pushdowns--30X10, 80X12, 80X9>60X10>30X12 and they were so pumped I couldn't even flex them...I love that!!
BICEPS--One Arm Machine Preacher Curls--30X10, 80X9, 80X 8>60X11>30X14 now they looked like mountain peaks..
QUADS--Leg Extensions--50X15, 200X16, 200X 12>125X13>75X18 and that was just sick.
HAMSTRINGS--Stiff-Legged Deadlifts(ala DorianYates)--155X12, 335X11, 335X9>255X10>185X11 and they were tighter than dick's hatband!! LOL

Mr.Kleen was right in saying that the small muscle groups like arms and shoulders can't handle heavy ass mass movements 3X per week so I changed some around to isolation exercises to keep some shape while I cut this mass up!!

I'M LOVIN DIS SO FAR!!!!

Man you have me wanting to multi-quote your thread. Awesome fugging workout man! That is the way I like to see it blasted through. Just wait in 2 weeks you will feel spry, like you are light and not a 260 lb deity. Hopping up of the couch like nothing. My big azz buddy says that is the first thing he noticies. He isn't as tall as you but he say he gets up off the couch like he has a purpose and normally it is a production to get all his muscle up and moving. I am always amped. Something about this workout ends up giving you a lot of pep in your step. I believe it is just the athletic conditioning it takes to complete the workout. That and the lack of an excess of warmups. Your body is ready for go time pretty much immediately.

P.S. HELLZ YEAH! MY WORKOUT GOT A ROCKY MONTAGE! Now that is maybe the best compliment you can give a workout. :D

Whats the concentration on your TP Thunder? If its too painful you may want to get some GSO, you can pre load GSO in with all your syringes. Ive got some thats 150mg/ml and I know that $hit is gonna hurt lol

I feel so good being natty for months on end, I can only imagine what the Test-Prop will make the ol' man feel like. My equipments already had to have some new pulleys and stuff put on them because I overload them with extra dumbells on tops of the stacks and pin extra plates to the sides too!!! This is gonna get downright freaky!!

Mine is 100mg/ML which should be alright. I don't mind the burn nor the pain. It's the scar tissue or visible holes that I'm looking to keep low.

Not yet Sunny. This is just asking for advice on my gear and what guages and sizes of syringes I'll need. Just thought I'd toss a few workouts in to give everyone an idea of where the deity is at right now. On the top of Bilskirnir and having the time of my eternal life brotha!!!

My Prop just shipped Monday and it will take about 3 weeks to arrive. I've ordered from them before so I know about when to expect it.

If the offer of the sponsored log pans out (which I really hope it does) then this is on the back burner for about 2 months. No problem....just gives me more time to lean down and prepare for that delicious Test!!!! The results will only be better if I can dip down below the 10% bodyfat zone!! And I'm on my way. I've shed 10 lbs. since the Christmas feasting!!!
BUT KEEP ON FOLLOWING!!!! You don't want to miss the lunacy that goes on in a Thunder Thread. Everything goes.......:booty::boobies:: in these things.

75's on DB curls!!! you ARE a beast!

Easy-peezy lemon squezzy!!! Those 75's were really good form too.
I've done bent-over one arm concentration curls with a 100 lb DB .....pretty decent form.

I've done this for over 27years now. I should get stronger. :sgrin:

24 lbs. in 2 months??!! Oh Hel yes. Now I know I'm gonna stay on this calorie deficit until that Test gets here!! I'm sitting at 247 right now and just as lean as my avatar where I only weighed around 230 at that time.

I'm going to contact him 1 more time and if he still doesn't respond (like the last 4 days) then I might have to open the "treasure chest" and run something until the Test gets here. Something non-methylated mind you, like a Tren percursor or some MMV2 or Methoxy TST. Got lots of goodies to choose from. Maybe I will tempt the methylated gods and run some M-DHT!!! That will get me lean and mean until the injectables begin!!!!
I have a lot of gear on hand already. I hope this guy doesn't think I want to run that product just to get some freebies. I truly want to test that product for them.

Any ideas out there? Wait on the sponsored run a little longer.....like a week maybe? :dunno:
Or contact him today and if he still won't bother with me, then just go ahead and rip this shit??!!!

Ethyl Oleate (EO) is a great thing to cut the prop with for injections if they're painful. Helps reduce the delayed pain. - TG, I know you think the pain isn't a big deal, but it's so deep that it will really negatively effect your workouts if it's not taken care of. There were times when I was on prop that I could hardly do Squats or Seated Calf Raises because the pain in my quads was so excruciating. It's not a normal muscle soreness type of pain.

Make sure you massage after injection. It seems to really help, especially with the prop ester.

Chest is not a bad place to stick, you just don't want to hit a lymph-node, but they're all over the place.

I still say Delts/Quads/Glutes/Lats. That's an eight-muscle rotation. Perfect.
 
Thanks my Celtic warrior brother. I'm still not certain where to pin pecs? 1" above the nipple and towards the outside. I think you were the one that told me this. And with the lats, where in Hel would you stick those bad boys? I have LOTS of room on my cobra to do the pinning!!!! LMFAO
Disregard that top pic, that was 2 years ago when I was a fat-ass and weighed 270 or so. ha ha

Well what I would do in you situation is search for posting of the reps and see how often they have been on during the time you have been contacting them. If they have not been on and posting I would give it a little time something may be going on that is out of his control. If he has been on then send one last one and let him know you are really interested but if you don't hear some kind of status back you will start aother stack. If it is really something you want to run then hit up another rep from that company to seek follow through with. I definitely think if they don't want you to do it they should just come out and tell you. It is an integrity thing, and you are being honorable in not mentioning the rep or the product.

He is an uber cool dude and has finally answered my PM. He's an insanely busy individual and I'm an impatient asshole. He said that if more of this said product comes in today that he would try to have it out to me tomorrow. Told you he was cool.

Still might have to eat some MMV2 before my workouts until it gets here......he would understand.

Still not 100% convinced that it's coming. Just what he said.....not that he would lie. But other factors could be involved. Like his superiors saying no to his request.

Oh well, even if it jinks my opportunity.....It's LG Sciences' Natadrol with PCT included which I hope will be their new version of Formadrol and some T-911.

Tg have you decided on where you will be pinning? I have read through most of this but I didn't see if you decided. You do need to rotate though. I would recommend traps, delts, and glutes. I think you could do quads to but I personally don't like those. Alot of people don't like the trap shots but they were the best spot imo! I loved the trap shots!!!! Can't wait to start my test cycle up should be in a month or 2 I already have it all waiting for me!
 
Nice TG...Natadrol should be a great lead up to the test cycle. Maybe a sample of the new AS GT in there as well.

LOL And if I use the small 25g with a 5/8 needle, you may have just solved my problem. Lats didn't sound bad but I'm doubting a 5/8 would do it. And to Irish's idea of pinning quads and then telling me that he couldn't hardly train them afterwards, that sounds counter-productive to me. Sticking with the upperbody for the dartboard this time. I swear that triceps doesn't sound so painful, but I could be wrong.

I was even using 1inch pins in the traps I wouldn't go below 1 inch pins if you can help it(except delts). The deeper the better to a point.Glute shots are cake but they are hard to do by yourself.
