CYCLE QUESTIONS

hey tg, speaking of rob halford. sad wings of destiny is by far my favorite priest album. halford's vocals on victim of changes is unbelievable. his vocal range takes him places that even freddie mercury would have been afraid to go. victim of changes is truly a remarkable song-wow!

my personal fav is Sebastian Bach in Wasted Time

gonna check it out!
have you heard victim of changes? not the live version, studio version off sad wings of destiny-my favorite priest album.

Bruce ****enson - "Still Life" off of the Piece of Mind album by Iron Maiden. Best vocal track of all time.

wasted time is a decent ballad, but i like november rain and nothing else matters better, as far as ballads go.:dunno:

I always liked this by Sebastion..

I used to blast that on the way home from school. hahaha

My friends and I burned that "Monster Ballads" CD as a joke, and then we all started really liking the hair-band music.

Not the best vocals but you can't mention monster ballads without mentioning:

That Natadrol and friends should hit your doorstep pretty soon, buddy; today I'm thinking.

Give it to the rich? - That's a funny take. I guess it's essentially going to SOME rich (politicians), but most of it is being redistributed to the people that want to sit on their lazy ass and collect a check. :)

...eh, TG, you know better than to get me started. :p

First of all, I'M BACK!!! The Party is on now boyees!!!! Whut-Whut??!! :djparty::dance::fest30::party:

My PC is fixed now!! It was just the power supply Silver!! And the cheap "generic" brand for $38 bucks worked like a freakin' charm.

Man, you're freakin' psychic Irish!! It did come today, but I was at that Odin-accursed public library and MISSED the shipment. I called the post office to see if I could pick it up later. Of course they said it would still be out on the truck. I can pick it up after 9:00 tomorrow morning!! I'll get the log up before I go to bed tomorrow afternoon or early Saturday Morning at the very latest!!

TALES OF TERROR FROM THE TEMPLE OF TORTURE!!!

THE NOT YOUR LITTLE SISTER'S WORKOUT

This is how the mayhem went down in the sacred Temple this morning.
Verily the walls and pillars didst shake and the very floors didst tremble neath the strain of my sinews and efforts!!:head:

CHEST--Machine Flat Bench Presses--180X10, 380X12!!, 380X11>280X12>210X21!!! I really gritted my teeth and went for broke on that burn out set!! On fire!!
BACK--Bent-Over Cable Rows--180X10, 340X10, 340X8>250X11>200X14. I did these on my seated row station with a long lat bar. You guys have to try these out if you've never did them before. Great contractions.
SHOULDERS--Cable Upright Rows--80X10, 180X9, 180X9>140X11>100X15. I pulled that last drop set all the way up to my forehead for some other-worldly squeezes!! My delts were swollen after these. Pumped to da max!!
TRICEPS--Pushdowns--80X10, 180X11, 180X10>120X12>90X16. Concentrating on perfect form these days. I've used much more than this, but strictness is of supreme importance on this routine.
BICEPS--Incline DB Curls--30'sX10, 50's X14!!, 50'sX11>35'sX13> 25'sX15. Really tight form here. I still should have went heavier though. 50's X14 was still pretty easy. Will up the weights on this exercise next go round.
QUADS--Seated Leg Presses--200X10, 600X17!!(up2 reps!!), 600X16>400X33!! WOW...just freaking wow!!:yikes: I let it all hang out on these this morning. Just for Irish Cannon. I gotta make these long slender quads grow and flare out!!!
CALVES--Seated Leg Press Calf Presses--200X25, 400X27 agonizing reps. Paused a little along the way, but refused to quit or surrender!! :angryfire: Gonna transform these calves into bellowing bulls!!
FOREARMS--DB Pinwheel Curls--40'sX10, 80'sX14!!, 80'sX11>60'sX12>40'sX15. I beat the brakes off my brachs this time!! :aargh:LOL

Awesome drive and intensity this morning. I did cheat somewhat and swallowed 4 caps of some MMV2 that I still have. I only wish I had some more of this stuff!! I'm down to 8 caps......:damnit1:

I'm getting ready to down my post-workout shake and eat. Then I'm off to my local post office to pick up my LG goodies!!!
Log will be up in the Supplement Review Section in a little while.
Hope to see all of you there!!!

THUNDER!!!:hammer:

killer man...:jaw:

The workout is insane as usual TG. Upright rows with 180lbs...are you kidding me!! My arms would be in a sling. Are those bent over cable rows done standing up or just seated with the long bar? I am looking for some different back movements.

Does the MMV2 hit you that quickly TG?

possibly the sickest iron maiden performance ever. the sound quality is top end (almost better than studio), and holy crap that crowd is huge!

with regards to your workout, do i see 4 reps shy of pulling off double widowmaker sets of leg press? any thoughts about joining the WSM competitions?

The upright rows were intense. I usually don't go quite that heavy, but I felt utterly insane this morning!! Being cable, it's nothing like using 180 lbs. on a barbell of course. But it was still nice and heavy!! :scool:
The cable rows are done standing and bent over just like barbell bentover rows. But the cable provides continuous tension that is hard to beat!!

i highly doubt this "type" (injectable cycle) log will be allowed there

No,no, no. Not the prop cycle bro. I'm doing a sponsored log for LG Sciences. Will be running Natadrol and using Anadraulic State-GT before workouts.

The Prop will come afterwards!! :firedevil:

I love that song Sunny!! And it's so good to have still following along.
The Leg Presses were indeed intense. But WSM??!! No way. Those guys are way outta my league. I would embarrass them!!! LMAO
But seriously, I am amazed at what those 350lb. brutes can lift. It literally boggles the mind.

Does the MMV2 hit you that quickly TG?

Within 45 minutes bro. If you've never tried it, you should. I know you would love it. It's like going from Jekyll to Hyde dude.Like this:flirt:to this:firedevil: No shit.
Your boy would have no way of keeping up with you on that stuff. Not that he can anyway.

wasted time is a decent ballad, but i like november rain and nothing else matters better, as far as ballads go.:dunno:

agreed on the ballads. Just like Bach's range in Wasted Time. He kills it in I Remember You as well

killer man...:jaw:

That's just how Thunder rolls!! :hammer:

Absolutely kill it....or just completely quit!!! :AR15firing:

Kudos for the free supps, but I am dissapointed you aren't doing the prop cycle immediately.

Look who I keep bringing out of cyber seclusion!!!
TIMBAH!!!! :aargh:
I'm not doing it for free supps. Irish asked me if I wanted to run this stuff in a PM. But I'm definitely not complaining about the "nice price"!! :icon_lol:

The prop cycle will come soon enough bro. And you had just better be there!!
I don't want to disappoint you Timber, because you fukkin' :You_Rock_Emoticon:

I will continue to be quiet until you are juiced full of testosterone...

I don't get down with the whole "supplement" talk anymore. I just eat my food and move sh*t.

Carry on, my bear sized bretheren.

I can't wait to get on the real sauce dude. I'm dying to see if Test is Best. I hope it's not as hyped as these natty products are. I know what you are saying there. But even if they help a little, and they do, I'll still be using them......until the real juice gets in my veins!!!!

That's exactly what I did until I was 41 years old. Good food and heavy ass lifting will accomplish more than any amount of "supplements" and weak ass lifting any day of the week.

real test is like a porshe, compared to supps which are yugo's.
you will see!!!

"Lay it down" is another good one, but "round n' round" is still better

agreed! i have to admit to liking ratt.

I'll have to admit to liking Ratt myself. I like "Lack of Communication" and "Wanted Man". Those were cool early tunes. Then I liked "You're In Love" just because it says. "You're struck by lightening....you're in love"!! :head:
