Here's how my Sunday workout went if you're interested at all. First set is a warm-up and then 2 work sets with 2 immediate drop sets after that second workset. No rest between those bad boys!!!
CHEST--Incline DB Presses- 50X10, 110x 14 (too light) 120X12>80X9>60X12,
BACK--One-Arm DB Rows- 60 X 10, 120X12, 120X11>80X10>60 X15 that burned like fire!!
SHOULDERS--Machine Presses-60X10, 210X12, 220X10>180X9>120X14
TRICEPS-Reverse-Grip Bench Presses-95X10, 225X14, 245X12>205X8>185X14
BICEPS-Seated Alt. DB Curls- 40X10, 75X8, 75X8>50X10>35'sX15...fire!!
LEGS-MACHINE SQUATS-150X10, 380X14, 390X12>300X8>200X15 burn baby burn
HAMSTRINGS-Lying Leg Curls-40X10, 150X12,120X14>100X12>80X16
That was it. I went lighter than normal but probably not light as I should have due to it being a new program for me.
I'm keeping form of utmost importance though. So the numbers don't mean as much as the contractions and FUF (form until failure) factor.
Much thanks and appreciation for and to Mr.Kleen for giving me the ideas for such a workout. I have done 3 whole body workouts per week in the past, but this with the drop sets are new.........

I will be all raged out after this epic battle I have planned. There will be bodies of slain frost-giants strewn across the sacred field of battle!!! Can you tell that I'm ready for this one???!!! LOL
