Man, I'm burning through my GHenerate way too quick. I think 7 sprays is far too much. 5 is probably more like it.

awesome workout today! Recovery is REALLLY starting to show now. I'm lovvving this!! So glad I dropped the dose because now I can really make this bottle last.

Yesterday's numbers -
Standing db curls - 60x8-7-6=21; this is up 5 mofuggin reps from last time!!! Normally when I hit 20+ reps on curls I up the weight. I'm digging the mind/muscle connection though and want to wait it out until I reach 30 reps.
Reverse ez bar curls - 40x25; really take is easy on this exercise due to wrist pain.
Db holds - 120 for 35 secs
stretch for 45 secs
Calve ext. - 1 plate for 20 reps, 2 for 20, 3 for 20, 4 for 20; will be doing higher reps next time (like 25 reps).
stretch for 60 secs each
Good mornings - 150x9; I believe this is up 5lbs :think: and I will stay here until I hit 12 reps
P/L hack squats - 8 plates for 5 reps; I think this is up 1 rep
Leg extensions - just 1 set of 120x20
Ez cable curls - 70x16

Today's workout -
Low incline WIDE smith press - 180x4-2-2=8, static for 12; this is up 5lbs from last time but down 3 reps. This is good considering I did a wider grip and let the bar hit (almost) my clavicle instead of middle chest. Dropped to 155x8; up 2 reps.
Cable flys on knees - 5x20, 6x15
Seated db press - 60x8-3-3=14; same reps as last time but I was down 1 rep on first and second set but up 2 on the third lol. Weird.
stretch for 45 secs
CG bench - 170x5-4-3=12; up 5lbs down 1 rep from last time :woohoo:.
stretch with/ 50 for 60 secs
Hammer pullups +35x5-3-3=11, bwx11
Rack deads - 340x2 (down 2 reps I think), 285x12; sooooo easy. this was up 10lbs too.
Lat hang for 60 secs.

On another note - sleep is great! I don't feel FULLY rested when I wake though. It could be that I'm just use to caffeine waking me up.
 
Your biceps are strong, man. I'm jealous.

I'll have to add those Rack Deads to my routine. I've never done them, but I'd like to.
 
Thanks man. They are def my strong point. Those rack deads are great for back thickness. Make sure to put the bars about 2 notches below the knee. I think at the knee is just pointless.
 
You have always had strong biceps Met. That CG bench is rocking as well!
I like Rack Deads in the rotation too because it makes it less of a glute/ham and more of a back exercise.

The narcissist in me measured my arms today and they are up .25" from the beginning of the log. I'm wondering if if this is just a prolonged pump from yesterday. My biceps def look bigger tho. I don't see why they wouldn't be bigger when I have doubled my reps on db curls in the passed two months.

I just purchased a bottle after doing some reading on it, but recently I've read [IN ONE STUDY] ..."There are concerns that the use of CLA supplements by overweight people may tend to cause or to aggravate insulin resistance, which may increase their risk of developing diabetes.[8] "

Has anyone used CLA for weight loss successfully? Or am I about to have consumer's remorse over my latest purchase.

I had an oil stack going and this recent concern has thrown a wrench in it, (Sesamin, Fish Oil, CLA), with the CLA in question. Thanks.

Two things.

1) It doesnt look like that wasnt even a study,looks like kinda an opinion in a study so there arent really any facts.

2) You are not overweight.

Also, I use CLA when cutting or bulking. Along with L-Arginine it makes a nice little combo.

Cla is great for fat loss and added lean mass. imo It takes a while to make a change tough. i use it a 3-4 grams a day as a staple.

I have never read anything like that but I do know that I have regularly taken CLA and have no issues with blood sugar since I started eating better. Apparantly from what I did read though if CLA is taken alone it will be digested and used before it can have it's effects on the body. I read it would be used for fuel preferentially, this could mean that it may cause an insulin release when consumed alone. If that is the case then that could be where the opinion above came from. CLA definitely helps with weight loss, however it is not anything you can feel. Basically, if taking CLA and your diet is on point you will lose fat faster than if you did not take it and your diet was on point by about 2-4 lbs in a month. Mind numbing difference, no but at NP's price for bulk CLA well worth ther money.

Also taking the CLA with other healthy fats is going to lessen the chances of any type of insulin spike by slowing down absorbsion.

I think you will enjoy the CLA as long as you don't have unrealistic expectations from it. It helps and is a healthy alternative to stimmy products, or a nice addition to them as well.

Thanks for the input. I am taking CLA along with a heavy dose of Fish Oils and Sesamin (as part of my non-stim portion). I have Alpha-Yohimbine and a generic PEA/Caffeine type fat burner, along with Hordinine and Ephedrine HCL if I want to, but I probably won't. The E-HCL burns me out too quickly and builds my resistance to stims far too quickly. Thanks for the input.
 
Day 19

So this stuff is really starting to kick in now. Rest was amazing last night. I would have gotten more sleep if I didn't force myself to watch a movie that I have been wanting to watch. Still I got great sleep. Recovery is crazy fast right now. I feel no DOMS at all. Muscles are looking more defined, particularly chest. I'm pumped all over. Muscles feel denser. Endurance feels high. Libido is unchanged. It's actually low right now, prob from school/work stress. I really could use the pick-me-up. I feeling a tad lethargic. I am rarely having coffee now. Body fat has gone down quite a bit. I can really see it in my abdomen area but lower back doesnt seem to be budging :frustrate.

Everythng you do is active rest in that situation. Non stop recovery. ;) It seems that the efficiency of the product is increasing with time instead of degrading, that is pretty positive. Would you agree that is what seems to be happening, that it is getting better as you go?

oh hell yes it gets better with time! I weighed in bout 30 mins ago and I'm up 2lbs haha! And looking leaner! Some serious glycogen potential here!

Is it real sedative for you at night? I notice when I take GHenerate and I-GH-1 at night that I get REAL drowsy within 20mins, but I don't remember that on the first few nights of GHenerate. I think it may be the I-GH-1 that's doing it. It's definitely welcomed at night. I was wide awake at 12am, and then I dosed both of those and was ready to pass out by 12:30am.

Seated hammers - 40x8, 60x13; down 1 rep here. I'm sure because of my above dropset.
Stretch for 45 secs
Seated rear delt fly's 10x20, 15x16
Seated Russian calves - 45x10, 90x6, 190x75
Stretch for 60 secs each
Seated leg curls - worked up to 150x4
superset w/ seated leg ext. - worked up to 160x16; workin on those leg cuts!
cool down cardio for 15 mins
Torso rotation machine superset w/ leg/hip raises.

Things are really taking off in the gym now. I gotta tell you. I really didn't expect much gym wise with Ghenerate. I just expected to have faster recovery, sleep and a higher libido. Well I have no libido change, better sleep but not perfect, and things are getting NUTZ in the gym! My arms are looking so damn swole its stupid. I had 3 different people tell me today, I'm looking bigger. Which is funny because I am cutting...though I'm up 2 lbs ;). This is a very very good run and I am already sold on Ghenerate. I'm for sure ordering a bottle. And will do a T-911, Hemodraulix or Prime stack. Would be nutz. Also stacked with Testopro would be a good one. Something else that I'd like to point out is the focus. I feel very focused. I can read faster and it seems my short term memory has gotten better :yup:. School feels easier. Only thing I am bummed about is the libido thing. I had high expectations in this part.
 
My libido is starting to get elevated, but it seems very T911 induced. I'm definitely feeling teh T911 giggidy's. I'm pretty much feeling the same thing as you from GHenerate, although my sleep is definitely much better, and I'm waking up a crapton easier than before. My alarm doesn't piss me off like it used to. I can get 7hrs of sleep and feel completely rested. 8hrs was never even enough without the GHenerate...I am also using I-GH-1, though. So that may be helping with the sleep.
 
I would like to throw in some 1-c. I think it would be a sick combo. But I'z waitz until the new bottle comes in ;)

Sounds nice, the same effects I experienced. Hopefully the sleep improves for you.

I cannot wait to stack Ghenerate with M1D & AS. Probably get that going in Dec.
 
If I can actually start packing on some weight yet stay lean, GHenerate is going to be my new favorite product. It's rare I bump calories and can keep fat at bay. My body loves fat for some reason.
 
Mine arrived on Friday and today was my first workout on it. I had a good placebo workout today and I am more sore than I remember being from my shoulder workout. I hope to have some of the same experiences you guys are seeing!

awesome man! Give it time and be patient. Should take a some time for it to really show some effects.
