Day 7

AHHHHHHHHH, lol, this supp just like powerfull increases my memory capability quite a bit. I remember using Powerfull for my finals last semester, now I just took a midterm today, and literally remembered EVERYTHING I studied last night. I also have noticed a big increase in coordination to the point that Muy Thai trainer made remarks toward my bodily movement. I had a couple MMA scouts come by the training facility in which they were very impressed with what they saw, long story short me and trainers went out to eat and boy did I have a HUGE dinner, you will see LOL. My legs have been feeling GREAT, sleep is still awesome and recovery from sleep is just simply wonderful. OCD is still brutal though LOL.

Notes: Skin still oily, getting some but hardly water retention which is from the free testosterone; it has to be, OCD still somewhat strong, coordination is GREAT.

Meal 1: Cheerios with almond milk, 1 bananna, hand full of almonds, water.
Meal 2: Sprouted grain bread with peanut butter, caesin whey with water, 1 apple, carrots and water.
Meal 3: Albacore tuna with mixed greens, cranberries, water.
Meal 4 aka BIG MEAL: Guesstimate: 4 cups of portugues mixed vegetable rice, 9 beef spare ribs, 5 chicken breasts, 3 chicken wings, 2 chicken breasts, 8 oz. skirt steak, 1/4 cup of EVOO smothered over my rice and meat, cabbage, carrots, lettuce, 1 piece of cheesecake, water.
Meal 5: Whey isolate with water 2 tbsp of almond butter and water.

that is correct, well 5 chicken breasts, 2 chicken legs, 3 chicken wings, 8 sprare beef ribs, and 1 8 oz skirt steak to be exact LOL

and my wife says i eat a lot. how the hell do you afford to eat like that?
 
How is that humanly possible as 1 meal... I would love to see that on video! sheesh. I get full off 2 chicken breasts.

Man I would blow up if I ate like that lol. But I did have a bad meal myself today but it was post workout so less harm done.
 
Oh it does but I remember after wrestling practice I didnt have the energy to eat lol. No wonder why I dropped from mid 180s to 170.

LOL, yup when the body's insulin kicks in post workout, its much easier to store glycogen and eventually lose fat.

man, i had to cut many workouts short early on because of just plain starving. my pre-workout plan is much better now, but i am still very ready to eat after.
 
but for what? where do you fight out of? Who are you endorsed by? Do you have any footage of you?

LOL, for now its disclosed, I kind of prefer some privacy when it comes to this scenario. The only person on this forum that knows some info would be my boy Crazyfool.:cheers:
 
I will say this, I specialize in boxing, kickboxing, muaythai, sambo and BJJ. My favorite and strength is straight up boxing, but sambo comes REAL handy.

All my fights have been what we call "exhibitions", Since 18 I have been being looked by MMA scouts, my cousin has his own MMA facility over in Ocala, FL. I trained there during my vacation periods, and got exposure at the same time. Things escalated for me when I knocked out the Former US kickboxing champ(205lbs) in less than a minute. My hands are extrememly heavy, the funny thing is I did not know that till I started hitting live. I would see people drop from jabs, which had me in awe. My cousin try to get me in freestyle wrestling but it never hit my spot, the only thing I take from it are take downs, and of course sprawling techniques, not a fan of bjj, but its good to have anti-juditzu aka juditzu defense. Pm me and I will tell you where I train.:cheers:

Very interesting... I trained grecko roman and freestyle for awhile, have a bit of boxing experience and BJJ. I love it. My girlfriend is a kickboxer.

Yeah, its hard to both but I seem to have good motivation, hence I sacrifice women which you do not LOL. Do you do some type of exercising for overall health?
