Subweevil's Testapro Show (Sponsored)

Day 24

No gym today, lots of errands to run and stuff before heading into work today. Hit up some ab work at home before steeping out to get stuff done today. The mirror is saying good things to me, as are some co-workers about my weight loss, and that's good. Not only am I losing weight, but it's really helping my shoulders look bigger, wiht the smaller waistline and such. The finacee is sold on this stuff, and that's all that really matters, because she thinks she's the boss, so if she's happy, well, that makes my life easier. Have no complaints so far about TestaPRO, and am very glad I went ahead and bought that first bottle. The ingredient profile was well documented, so it was pretty much a no brainer. Lungs are are starting to give me some grief, it's that time of year for me to catch bronchitis, and I also have asthma. Once the weather snaps, it's usually not that long until I come down with it. Takes about 2 weeks for me to get over it completely, here's hoping I don't get it this year. More than likely, I'll hit up my legs after i get done at work tomorrow morning and some cardio. Take care guys!!

If you have an inhaler lying around use it a few times a day to keep down the inflamation caused by post nasal drip and you might be able to avoid that bronchitis. We have the same issues there.

I hope it skips you this year.:)

I hear ya. My inhalers usually expire before I even use like 1/3 of them, unless I come down with bronchitis. It's like trying to breath with a wet washcloth over your face. Hope you fare well bud!!

I hope it skips you this year.

Thanks man, that makes 2 of us!! It's usually the only thing I get, and it's pretty much every year. I was happy that I got the flu this year, first time in like 9-10 years I got it.

I'd say great, considering I'm cutting and I'm still as strong on all my lifts ,and some, like back and shoulders, are going up a bit, like my close grip t bar rows. Recomp is great as well, everyone is noticing, so I'm stoked!! If I was eating well above maintainance, I'm positive they'd be even more pronounced and I might even gain weight on chest day, but that might be hoping too much. I'm such a puss with chest, no matter what I try. How's the ride coming along my man?

Day 25

Guess I'll go for a quick run around the block today, have to stay home bound today, expecting numerous deliveries, and that rips!! I'll throw in some more ab work too, can't hurt. Tomorrow should be more fruitful, more than likely a full DC workout ,so we'll see. I feel pretty ready for it today, Triceps are still sore from the thrashing I put on em, but it should go well. Sore enough where it's no fun to put a shirt on or scratch my back. Think I'll grab a box of tampons and hit the gym tomorrow.

Almost forgot, some things of note: still have no gas from this, but plenty form the little ladie's cooking!! Skin is still oily, and libido is just plain stupid. Recovery and energy has been great, I have to force myself to sleep, and even then, it's more like naps. Proof of that is I'm working nights, going in anywhere from 5-7pm, 'til 70r 9am and you can check when I'm posting on here, and lots of times, that's every few or couple hours. Overall, very pleased.

Glad to see I am not the only one noticing the strength gains while on a cut. What was more impressive for me is I have been able to keep the strength gains that I made on cycle which was up 20+lbs on all the major lifts from pre-cycle. I have been very impressed with this so far.

Man, I don't envy your work schedule at all. I have a hard enough time being on call 24/7, but for the most part I get to sleep at nights.

Stamina is definitely up, as well as energy. I'm gonna have to force myself to get some sleep right now. Didn't crush any PR's today on chest and shoulders, but managed to fit in some extra work on those body parts, that makes me happy. Feel like I'm in my early 20's again, this stuff rocks. Skin is still a bit oily, and I've gotten a few more pimples than normal, but no biggie. The hard thing for me is not over training on this stuff, as i feel like I didn't do nearly as much as I usually do, then I try and do one more set, and it's a no-go,lol. Plus, I still have to remember to stick to my lifting schedule and not get carried away with doing too much of a workload too often.

Oh the feeling of being young again I love it.

Great comments. Seems like everyone has similar results with this stuff.

I can't vouch for the Stoked! in the swole stack, I honestly haven't tried it. As for the other 2, now that's a different story, those 2 rock!! I would seriously buy any of those 2 off anyone that didn't like'em/get results, and you can quote me on that.

Day 26

Alrighty, hit chest and shoulders today. For some odd reason, had a kinda off day, think it might have been form overtraining. Hit the intended weight, just not the reps. Reps where down about 1-2, depending on the movement. Worst was Incline barbell press, second was shoulder press. Weird thing was, I was spot on and then some on the dumbell versions of those. Even funnier, sitting here typing this, my pecs, triceps and delts are just lighting me up, more my delts than anything else. haven't had delt doms in like forever, let alone the same day, so happy about that, but bummed on the rep ranges. I felt like I could go on forever today, but whenever I tried to , had nothing left in the tank, no matter how hard I forced it. Got some great DC stretches in today. Hope everyone's weekend is off to a great start!!

Here is the link to my new SWOLE log thanks for the interest guys. I beleive it is going to be a fun ride.

Day 27

Hit up back and traps early morning today. Reps are on the up, so only one thing to do next time, bump the weight, hooray!! Once again, my workout has gotten shorter as I was able to do the same amount of work in less time, I'm impressed!! Beat the hour mark by about 7 mins. I'm not realy a clock watcher, per se, but have been since I started using TestaPRO to gauge how well it was helping my recovery/stamina. Did 3 exercises for upper lats, 3 lower, and 2 lower back. Added in something new today, cable pull throughs, and I love em'!! Just take a rope used for triceps rope, atach it to a low pulleye, place it between your legs, bend your knees, grasp it arms straight and pull it up to chest level. Great for legs ,core and lower back. Guess it's kinda like a good morning with a squat added. Kinda bummed at this point, 3 days left to log this awesome product!!

Recovery, stamina, strength and libido were all perks that I experienced when I used testofen, glad you are enjoying bro.

Thanks guys for all the continued supporrt, really appreciate it!!

Day 28

More than likely gonna hit some cardio tonight, got a busy day planned of hiking and grabbin' some punkins for the upcoming days. Pretty much a de-stress day. I don't think everyone realizes how very important those days are!! Gonna throw in some bag time and roll with a few guys as well, so should be pretty intense for a bit tonight. That should burn some pudge for sure. I really can't emphasize enough how great this month has been going re-comp wise for me. I owe tons of credit to testaPRO, in addition to all you guys supporting me continuosly. I really want to extend my deepest thanks to everyone who has been following along, and to AI for putting some motivation in my butt. This is a very solid supp! I'll post pics at the end of this log. i couldn't be happier as strength so far has been up on most lifts and reps are up as well, so I would deem it a success, all the while re-comping!!!

Excellent. Give yourself some credit as well.

Thank you kind sir!! Got a few days left, kinda bummed about that.

Didn't you say you had another bottle? I bet the second month only gets better. Starting the SWOLE Stack immediately after has been great so far. Increased aggression already. It's gonna be sick!

Yessir!! I do indeed have another bottle just sitting here, bought it before I got sponsored. I have, however, opted not to run it during my next log, as well as other things that I run, so as to give a completely unbiased review. I know, I know, I really want to keep the ride going, but oh well.

Day 29

Helped some people move yesterday, so that was my workout, aside from hitting the gym early and getting in some stretches and cardio. I'm down another pound, so that puts ma at roughly eight lbs of pudge gone!! Strength is where it should be, despite being on a cut, so I couldn't be happier!! Cheated a bit yesterday with some pumpkin muffins, yum!!! Today will be back on track, diet wise. A lot easier, considering I'm back to work tonight. Looking to hit up chest and shoulders tomorrow when I get off work. Take care guys, and thanks for watching!!

tear it up George!

I keep forgetting you have another sponsored log coming. Do it up!
I am lucky the guys at AI approved my staples to run during the SWOLE stack. None of which could really have an effect on the outcome.

Thanks guys, I truly appreciate all the kind words. I'm also giving a lot of credit to the supps, and you guys as well, since I was pretty spent after working 12-14 hr. days, then hitting the gym. I was dropping weight, but muscle as well, as was getting quite bummed as to how i could keep everything going the way i wanted it to go. As luck would have it, I got a huge promotion, so lots of the heavier work is gone, so I've got more energy after those long days. This log came right whenever I got the promotion, and everything else was just icing on the cake to get me re-motivated!! Gotta head into wrok in a few minutes, tomorrow is the last day of Testapro for me, although it looks like I have a few extra caps. My final review will be forthcoming here in 1-2 days. Honestly, I could have written a review after the first 2 weeks, I'm that sold on anyone noticing the effects within that window. Thanks so much to all those who contributed!!

Alrighty, time to wrap this up and give my final review!!

Day 30 Soid day on chest and shoulders, bumped most weight 5lbs per side, total of 10 lbs, and hit my same reps!! Focused on DC type workout for chest/Shoulders, with 1 drop set thrown in of Incline Dumbbell presses, and shoulder dumbbell presses. Only dropped the weight enough to hit 6 reps per drop, and got a great pump!! Hit up the DC stretches. next workout liek this will be isolation moves, with DC stretches at the end. Final update/review tonight!!

Increasing poundage is always nice........

Final pics as of today, nothing all that special, but here goes. These are cold pics, well, as cold as I can be with my sweater.

TestoPRO Final Review

Beginning weight: 192lbs.
End weight: 184lbs.

Beginning body fat % (approx.): Pleasingly plump.
Ending body fat % (approx.): Not so pleasingly plump.
Honestly, I need to get this checked. I really don’t need someone to tell me I’m fat, I can clearly see that, so I may save myself a few bucks for a bit. Definitely know I’ve leaned out a bit, as it’s easier to see veins and muscle definition now, also by my pics in the log. Additionally, lots of comments coming my way about how much weight I’ve lost, and how better/healthier I look. I will pick up a set of calipers here in the near future.

A general description of your training and diet protocol:
My training is instinctive, meaning, if I’m feeling it, I’ll do it, although there is a rough schedule in my mind. Kinda been liking the DC style workout as of the last few months, always been a fan or rest/pause lifts. I usually add in a drop set of semi-isolation moves, followed by one of isolation, then hit up the DC style stretches. For instance, Barbell bench, dumbbell bench and flyes. In between sets, I’ll usually hit up some moderate 3 minute cardio, then go back to my next set. I usually hit my chest for first workout, as I feel that’s my lagging area, well, that and legs. My workouts are usually 2 days on and 1-2 days off, but, I can’t always adhere to that due to work and other things ( I work 12-14 hours 5-7 days a week, on rotating shift.) This month was better in terms of adherence to working out, as I had a better set schedule and wasn’t getting beat down at work as much as in the past.

Diet is pretty much 3 chicken breasts, as much green veggies as my colon can handle, a few fiber one bars, some apples, bananas a shake here and there, and lots of water. That's at work. Home means red meat, but lean and veggies. An occasional cheat day, this was a cut for me. I like the zig-zag method of 1 day no carbs, next day carbs, and add one day until I hit 7, then repeat the cycle. The carb day is moderate, morning, pre and post, that’s pretty much it. Cutting for me is pretty much just a 1 month thing, then I maintain what I have, and give it a bit, then do it again. That way, my body resets, and it’s ready to lose again. I have been known to adjust it, if I see my strength dropping quickly. Additional dietary supps I’m using are: CLA, Sesamin, fish oil, Mycogreen, and MVP-365. Additonal supps I was using during this log was Lean Extreme, which I am currently tapering off of now.

Any effects on mood:
Mood was elevated throughout, manifesting by about the 3rd to 4th day. Nothing terribly outta control, but very positive and ready to stand my ground. Pretty much a “Can do” attitude.

Any effects on libido:
If it moved, it was fair game!! Make sure you have a reliable outlet for the increased libido this will give you, or else make sure you have aspirin for your hurting wrists. I wasn’t the only one losing weight, the little lady lost some from all the running away from me she was doing. This stuff is very potent in this department. I would even go so far as to say a bit of pain down there with the little guys, think they got a bit bigger while on this stuff. Had to be careful when it was go time, almost washed the little lady of the map a few times!!

Any effects on strength:
Well, lifts went up/stayed the same on a cut, so I’d give it a solid thumbs up here!! These were really noticeable for me by week 3, but I was making good gains before then, they just got better.

Any effects on endurance:
Recovery and endurance were great, kicking in by week 2 full force. Reps went up with the same weight, and DOMS were hard to come by. Had to force myself to sleep, this stuff really kept me going!! Matter of fact, I typing this now having been up since 3pm Tuesday, and getting ready to watch TUF.

Miscellaneous comments:
Loved this stuff!! Losing weight and keeping my strength gains, and heck, even improving on some of them make this a clear winner. Luckily, I had none of the bad gas/sharts others had, so that’s even better. I managed to lose roughly 8lbs during this log, I couldn’t be happier!! This has been a real joy cutting this time. I can’t wait to try this stuff whenever I can eat more, it should rock!! I’d like to take this time to also thank everyone who followed along, and the very generous and knowledgeable people at A.I.

Overall product rating (1-10 scale): This stuff did everything it was hyped to do, and then some. I have no problem whatsoever giving it a solid “10”

Nice review!
"You must spread some reputation around before giving it to subweevil again."

Nice 10/10

I cant wait to run this stuff, with stoked of course.:13:

Great log George.

You will LOVE it, I am on logging the SWOLE Stack now and I am telling you there is a for sure difference between just running Testopro, which was a very positive experience, and running the entire stack. Everything is so synergystic with all 3, the Na-R-ALA in the Glycobol even helps with the androgen side of it. Very well thought out stack and I am loving it right now!

Thanks guys for all the continued support, really appreciate it!! Yeah, this with the swole stack would be killer, although I haven't run Stoked! yet. Glycobol is amazing, thoroughly loved it!! It's gonna be part of my next killer stack here in a bit. My next run is goingto be Hemodraulix in a bit, more than likely starting Monday. Again, thanks guys for all the kind words, it really is a big help!!

I've been using the Glycobol sample bottle prior to my fasted training sessions. Really seems to help with endurance, and I'm sure the increased lipolysis is doing something as well. It's to have that lil bottle. Lasts me 28 workouts!

Looking lean bro! Biceps/shoulders are def standing out more.

Thank you for the final review bro. You did a great job.

Again, thanks for the kind words guys, really appreciate it. Yeah, Glycobol will definitely figure into my upcoming log after my Hemo one. I really can't say enough great stuff about it. When I was using it in my sleep stack, I wound up losing about 6lbs. and changed nothing in my diet pretty much, or workouts!! For me, all I needed was one cap before each meal with carbs, and 1 cap pre-bed. No bad sides for me. The pumps when I ate carbs with it was nuts, I could feel the pump happening, great times. I've still got a few pills of TestaPRO left, looks like I got the jumbo economy size bottle. Just been taking half a dose a day to kind of let myself and the woman down gradually, if that's actually possible. Hemo log is next, and then an all out natty stack in December. I don't know why, but I always look better in winter than summer. Guess it's cuz' I'm fat and hate the heat. I feel blessed and privelaged to have had the chance to log this stellar product, thanks AI!!
