Hmmm...I havent really payed attention but now that I am thinking about it, yes! I recover faster as well after sex. I'm having multiple sessions a day now, which just was not normal for me prior to TPro.

Badass workout today. Finally got a new workout partner! I'm amped about this. I can finally do some forced reps on some bench! :woohoo: He seriously is the best workout partner that I have ever had. He listens and understands my feelings. I relate to him on a level that I've never felt with anyone. We had a moment where we both grabbed the 90lb DB, and for a second, I felt a connection with him far beyond that which I've ever known was possible.. I got him set up with DC and he's gotten it down on his first workout. He didn't complain. Did everything I told him to. #'s up today, as expected.![]()
Also, I'm starting to lean out. Just sayin![]()

Awesome workout today. Strength seems to be slowing down now. This could have to do with me not getting in as much protein the last 2 days as I'm supposed to. So I am on top of it. I'll be charging up and seeing how things go again on my next workout.

Inc smith press - got too overzealous and bump up 10lbs and was only able to get out 2 reps with 180, which is normal since I got 4-2-2 with 170 last time. So I dropped it to 175 and got out another 2, then dropped it to 170 and got another 1 lol. Will get this back on track next time. I'm nearing my cruise. So this doesnt bother me too much. Then dropped to 135x12 (+10lbs)
stretch with 60s for 60secs.
Highest incline db press (shoulders) - 65x7-2-1=10; this is 5lbs up from last time. Will stick here until I get to 20+ reps.
stretch for 45 secs
Db skullz - 50x16-12-6=34; this is 12 more reps than last time :head: :head: this is huge. will up weight next time.
stretch with 45 for 60 secs each
Rack chins - 70x7-3-2=12; up 5lbs from last time
Low iso row - last set hit 265x4; plus 5lbs per side.
Lat stretch with 90s for 60 secs
Ready for some needed rest and recovery.
