Happened about 6 weeks ago. Driving home from work and got hit by a drunk driver. SHoulder is jacked...maybe a torn labrum. Haven't hit the gym in what seems like ages.
 
Sorry to hear that man.....Man it pisses me off that drunks can't call for a cab!!!! To many lives have been destroyed because of stupidity.

Hmmm...I havent really payed attention but now that I am thinking about it, yes! I recover faster as well after sex. I'm having multiple sessions a day now, which just was not normal for me prior to TPro.

Badass workout today. Finally got a new workout partner! I'm amped about this. I can finally do some forced reps on some bench! :woohoo: He seriously is the best workout partner that I have ever had. He listens and understands right away. I got him set up with DC and he's gotten it down on his first workout. He didn't complain. Did everything I told him to. #'s up today, as expected. :D

Inc db curls - 60x6-4-2=12; up 1 rep but last time I did 4-3-4 with longer rest times. So this is a def improvement.
Reverse cable curls - 25lbs(per arm)x16
stretch for 45 secs
Reverse stance v squat calve raises - 270x20; switched things up here today.
stretch for 60 secs each calve
SLDL - 325x3 reps; thought I could do more :dunno: still up 5lbs, 255x12; up 10lbs :D
Close stance angled leg press - 12plates+50x10; this is up 50lbs and 1 rep! Will def be doing 14 plates next time.
Ham stretch - 135x60 secs
Quad stretch - 60 secs

Can't weight to rip it up tomorrow! :smite:

Awesome workout today. Strength seems to be slowing down now. This could have to do with me not getting in as much protein the last 2 days as I'm supposed to. So I am on top of it. I'll be charging up and seeing how things go again on my next workout.

Inc smith press - got too overzealous and bump up 10lbs and was only able to get out 2 reps with 180, which is normal since I got 4-2-2 with 170 last time. So I dropped it to 175 and got out another 2, then dropped it to 170 and got another 1 lol. Will get this back on track next time. I'm nearing my cruise. So this doesnt bother me too much. Then dropped to 135x12 (+10lbs) :D

Highest incline db press (shoulders) - 65x7-2-1=10; this is 5lbs up from last time. Will stick here until I get to 20+ reps.

Rack chins - 70x7-3-2=12; up 5lbs from last time

Ready for some needed rest and recovery.
 
I'm on my 8th week of this phase and I can just tell I'm gonna need a cruise soon. I feel exhausted and tired. Something I just realized: I have had almost NO Doms this run. I am not unmotivated in any way, I'm just run down. Will be increasing pro intake and bcaa intake. I have leaned a hair. So I guess I should expect this. More awesome sauce to come!
 
Maybe you could throw in some more carbs? Don't know how those fit into your equation, but whenever I'm getting run down, that seems to help a bit while I cruise.
 
If I was bulking that would be ideal but I am trying to lean out. I'll see how it goes over the next couple of days. If I feel my body needs more carbs I will add them in. But as long as I keep loosing fat and getting stronger, I am in the right place.
 
Getting comments that I look more muscular from coworkers, family and girlfriend. :D I want to achieve the leanness I had when I was 160. That was 20+ pounds ago. So I'd say I have about 8 or so lbs of fat slowly shed.

edit: scale with cloths on said I was 184.5 yesterday. :D. Can't wait to see where I land at the end of this.

Hard to say, maybe 20-25 lbs more might be a good average guess. Of course it might take a week or two for your CNS to get used to the movement again if it has been that long for you to really see how much the difference is.
 
Yeah 225 sounds reasonable. I didnt flat BB press for 1 full year once, all I did was incline, when I went back, I had to go slow, my body wasnt used to the motion anymore. Consequently, I injured my shoulder anyway:sorry:
 
Actually I tested it this morning and it was 801 lbs!! :p

If I could get 225 up that would be badass! I'm gonna see what I can during my cruise.

I do 185-205 on my last set of incline bb. Last time i did flat i worked up to 245 for 8 so hope that helps. i am thinking you should get 225.
