Fukcing killed it in the gym today! DOMS are nearly non existent. DC has always left me in the fetal position by the end of my workouts but I feel like I can keep going and going after all is done and that is with increases in strength/reps! Def diggn TPro!
Today's #'s -
Medium incline db press - 75x5-3-2=10; went with the low end of reps on this one. I just feel really strong and wanted to test myself. Will stick at this weight and work my way up.
Stretched with mother fukcin 60s today for 60 seconds!! :head: :head:

Highest incline smith press (shoulders) - (just plates #s) 130x8-3-2=13; will be moving up in weight next time.
stretch for 45 seconds
Reverse grip bench (semi wide) - (just plate #s) 155x4-3-3=10; will stick at this weight.
stretch on smith machine for 45 seconds.
HS pulldowns - 210x3-2-2=7; eh..thought I had it in me :dunno: oh well. Will stick with this weight and get it up to 15 reps.
T-bar rows - here's where it gets nasty! 4 plates for 4 reps!! :woohoo: :woohoo:, then drop to 3+25 for 5 reps eh thought I had more in me. Still got the 4 plates which puts me on cloud nine for the remainder of the log.
Stretched with 115 lbs for 45 seconds. FELLLLT GOOOOD!! Almost felt like I had an "on" back pump feeling! :head:
Amped about today's numbers! Gonna be tough taking 2 days off from the gym but I know it's gonna do me some good. BTW, my gf told me I look huge![]()

I have not at all. Maybe stress factors? I work full time and go to school full time. Messes with me a lot. It's weird tho. Like yesterday, I was thinking, "no way, I want sex today. I have a paper due in a few hours and its only half way done. So dont distract me." Then I go to lay in bed for a few mins and then pull a 180 and want it reallllly bad. Dont know man :dunno:
I think an up and down sex drive is pretty normal. I wouldn't say it's related to stress, necessarily. I don't believe when Met says it goes up and down that he means it gets destroyed and then skyrockets. I think he's saying it returns to baseline (normal hornyness) and then goes up or down. - Below baseline would be a problem, but I don't think he's saying that.
Met's so pressed with school, work, and training, I'm surprised he even has time for sexual encounters.

At first it was sky high, then went down, then went back up really high again, then went down again, now (today) its a tad higher-normal. Hope that answers your question.

Drag curls - 115x5-2-2=9, static for 20 seconds; wasnt feelin this one too much today. But still went up in weight
Pinwheels - 60x14; up 2 reps
Skipped calves today. Calves are getting too big for my taste. Felt like I really needed to hit bis again. So I did 1 set of P/L preachers with 100 for 14 reps
Good mornings - 155x8
P/L Hack squats (close stance) - hit 320 for 8 reps :head:
Happy about those hacks and will be attempting 4 plates each side next time![]()
