Pretty sure today is Day 12. I am getting some killer strength gains! Endurance is up! Squats felt sooo light today! Finally manned up and tried out 225 for sqats and was able to get 5 rep and I'm sure I had another 1 or 2 in me but I am still getting used to squats. Still up in weight so I am very happy.

#'s today:

P/L preacher curls: 125x6-4-4=14, static for 45 seconds
Seated hammers 55x12, paused at bottom for 5 seconds, then knocked out 6 more =18
stretch for 45 seconds, I change up the way I stretch almost every time and today's was intense!
Seated Russians - 170x75, calves are looking massive!
Stretch for 60s each
Laying leg curls - 165x7-3-4=14, upping weight next time
Squats - 225x5, wish I stuck it out for another 1 or more reps. Weight felt soooooo light. I have a feeling I could rep out 275. I'm thinking of trying next time.

Awesome awesome workout! I'm really diggn TPro. Alpha mentality is up. Hunger is up. Libido goes up and then normalizes and then shoots up again! At the end of the log, I will do a synopsis of my weight increases. So far I am up 25lbs on squats. Sounds good to me! Last I used Divinal I gained 4lbs AND leaned out. So I'm thinking I can do it again, if not more! Cannot effing wait for tomorrow's workout!

Good to hear, some of my buds saw it and gave it the thumbs up. My one buddy saw the screener, and it's like 30 more minutes and rated r.

Fukcing killed it in the gym today! DOMS are nearly non existent. DC has always left me in the fetal position by the end of my workouts but I feel like I can keep going and going after all is done and that is with increases in strength/reps! Def diggn TPro!

Today's #'s -
Medium incline db press - 75x5-3-2=10; went with the low end of reps on this one. I just feel really strong and wanted to test myself. Will stick at this weight and work my way up.
Stretched with mother fukcin 60s today for 60 seconds!! :head: :head:

Highest incline smith press (shoulders) - (just plates #s) 130x8-3-2=13; will be moving up in weight next time.
stretch for 45 seconds
Reverse grip bench (semi wide) - (just plate #s) 155x4-3-3=10; will stick at this weight.
stretch on smith machine for 45 seconds.
HS pulldowns - 210x3-2-2=7; eh..thought I had it in me :dunno: oh well. Will stick with this weight and get it up to 15 reps.
T-bar rows - here's where it gets nasty! 4 plates for 4 reps!! :woohoo: :woohoo:, then drop to 3+25 for 5 reps eh thought I had more in me. Still got the 4 plates which puts me on cloud nine for the remainder of the log.
Stretched with 115 lbs for 45 seconds. FELLLLT GOOOOD!! Almost felt like I had an "on" back pump feeling! :head:

Amped about today's numbers! Gonna be tough taking 2 days off from the gym but I know it's gonna do me some good. BTW, my gf told me I look huge :D
 
Diet update: Have upped Pro intake by like 50g. My body is just soaking it up right now.

I just picked up one of those trap bars as well, and a push press bar too. My lame-o gym will spend 8,500 dollars on a vibrating workout plate, but not 300.00 on a bar that actually has use in reality.:boggled:
 
I've had a "pawabawa" professor as well. We'd always ask her questions that would induce improper pronunciation. It was pretty funny...she was actually pretty cute.

Really met, you don't use straps for your stretches? I can get SOOO much deeper with wraps.

although the post is a couple days old, i'm just catching up from being at the olympia :) I haven't used straps before either, but at the O I picked up a set of versagrips. Any of you guys try em?

the flap part is made of a relative of that material they sell in sheets to put on your dashboard to lay your cellphone on so it doesnt move. So its got crazy lateral friction. I was doing chinups with my palms flat, just that flipped around the bar and held in place with my palm. crazy

Yes, I've been using Versa's for about 5 years. It kills any other strap I've ever used (including those metal hook ones).

I'm currently in a non-straps mode, but yeah, Versa's are no-joke. I've gone through two of them and that's only because I lost my first pair.
