yah not long after, I am taking 11 grams BCAA/EAA's and two scoops of XTEND which is good for another 7 grams BCAA's pre-cardio also.

Yah and I have taken my Vat Attack and rising as well, so there is some extra feel good. Oh I cheated on Sunday I took a couple YRD I keep around for recreational purposes... :mischievous:

Just get in a little or even a little glutamine, something to keep the body from trying to feed on muscle to create glycogen that way you stay anabolic instead of catabolic. That is really the idea with the BCAA and or glutamine supplementation for fasted training. Heck if nothing else, a 5-10 gram dose of whey 15 minutes before your workout could help. The amount of carbs is minimal, but BCAA or GLutamine is a better option.

Yes now that my bodyfat is getting uncharacteristically low for me I think this is more and more necessary. There comes a point in time when I believe that the body is less likely to just use fat only as a source of energy in a fasted situation. Even during heavy workouts in a non-fasted as you get leaner it's probably wiser to get more aminos in and around your workout.

Um.....good luck there!! I've never been able to justify to any girl im dating why i drop the money i do on supps and food. Even my own mom gets livid at my dad for not only allowing it...but doing it himself.

Is there anyway to write these supps off as a business expense...(for those non sposored athletes)....

I am taking 3 caps 3 x day of the 800 mg..is that too much?

also can i take it while on a havoc cycle?

I would see this as overkill..save the Prime for when you come off Havoc.

Actually if you make your living as an athlete then yah they would be a write off. As a matter of fact if your a personal trainer the same should be a go. Tools of the trade...:147:

FIRST, you need to go get yourself a DBA, then get yourself a tax number for the DBA, then you can write things of that go towards the business. Pay for your certification courses /tests, supplementation and even your gym memberships can be considered as such. Lunches you discuss personal training yada yada yada. Also remember though, you will get taxed on other things that are personal items as well if you use your hoe address for the business then personal items become assets of the company. Like a 4000 dollar gaming computer, well that bad boy is now a taxable asset. Talk to a tax person before doing those things but worth it. I am getting ready to employ a lot of this.

Like I said you may want to talk to a CPA to get things in line so you don't have any issues pop up later like being taxed for personal items, or geing looked at for suspect claims. There are ways to exclude them some of the Tax laws differ from state to state. They can tell you everything that you can write off and what not to try. Many will do a free consult if you are going to have them help you iwth your taxes. Some will charge a reasonable fee for the one time consult. Of course you can always read up on it on the IRS website if you have the time to do so.

Thanks guys, my arms are still around 18.5 but the leaner I get the more impressive they look. Yah I will humbly admit I am pretty good for an old fugger.... Still have some old fugger fat to deal with, stubborn areas but I do believe I am fairly intimidating in a apperance. :drillsergeant:

Ok I posted this in another thread but thought I would also do so hear.

I have continued my Vat Atack useage as I have vowed to keep using it as long as I see results. Well this morning after 9 weeks of use I continue to see results. I had no idea that there was this much VAT... I put on my 34" jeans and they were feeling pretty loose around the waist ... but I am still over 235 lbs how can this be!! Oh it be!! I thought I had a wide waist and had to live with that fact but it seems there was something hiding causting this problem. I ordered 2 more and there arriving around noon today!! I will continue till I stop seeing progress...

Man that is AWESOME news. I have some VAT Attack at home and haven't employed it yet. However now I am thinking it may be the perfect thing during my clean bulk to keep my waist from getting thick I tend to carry a lot of visceral fat. I get a relatively thin sheath of fat sub-q but most of my fat girth is inside the muscle so I look relatively solid and cant push in much when heavier. I can even comfortably take some time off of RC when the bottle runs out. I have been using for a few months now, and was saving the VAT Attack for for a bridge.

Till it stops working that's what I am trying to find out...

Seems to be some mood elevation anything else would be pure speculation.

You know to be honest since RC has been pretty much a staple it has not been too bad but with increasing calories during the clean bulk something to avoid it comming back into the mix is more my plan. Kind of preventive maintenance I guess. However when my bodyfat goes into 9% and above the thickness becomes more apparent. I get very turtle shell-ish. You can see shadows of abs, they just tend to be distended or arch outward like I am wearing a turtle shell on my stomach.

Maybe at some point but I want to see how the VAT Attack does stand alone during this stack. See if I notice any difference in composition. Also I think I am going to stop the RC beofre this bottle runs out, as I am honestly having a hard time getting my meals in. Just not that hungry which is from the RC's awesome appetite control. I want to put on some good size and need to be eating to do so.
