AZ(or anyone Dc'ng for a while) Did you notice a difference in your physique(and your sons) as far as density/thickness are concerned?
I try and shop TP for my protein all the time now. Next purchase will be some of the beef isolate. Not the liquid beef aminos, those are too pricey for me even![]()

Grab an lb or two of pepto pro, seriously. It is expensive, but you only use 5-10g at a time. It is awesome intra/post workout. Just get it unflavored, as it is flavorless, and dissolves in anything(ie xtend)

Intra i sip on xtend with 5g of pepto/2g leucine. Post i was taking immediately 5g pepto/wms/leucine/mono, followed up with a meal 30min later.

You want to do SLOW CONTROLLED NEGATIVES.. Dante said 6-8 sec, to really pound it into peoples head to slow down, but NOT to be taken literally.
You want to do it at a pace, in which IF needed you can reverse.
Here watch Wojo, this is good tempo. It is really more like 3 sec.

Honestly, buy his DVD, as it will explain EVERYTHING in detail, and IIRC all the proceeds go to charity.
Research it, and when you feel you have a grip on it, post your proposed "routine" with what rep ranges you intend to use, and we can make sure you are really doing it correctly.. Honestly the program works when done CORRECTLY. "Most" people who don't succeed with it, are doing it wrong, don't have the intensity for it, or don't give it enough time.
