Irish Cannon Gets on AXIS...with AXIS (Hemodraulix + Kitchen Sink)

Perhaps.

How was the fishing trip? Did you guys end up going?

yeah, we went today. my old room mate got sea sick (first casualty on the new boat) that pretty much ruined the fishing.

we trolled later in the afternoon and only got a 17" blue fish. pretty pissed. i hate those little pieces of crap biting when you are going for a 36"+ king mack

PR, want to help me answer something? I know my answer, but want to hear yours.

2. Suppose you were a young Puerto Rican man or woman accused of committing a serious, violent crime. You are innocent, but there is a great deal of circumstantial evidence against you. If you had a choice, would you prefer a bench trial (trial before a judge alone) or a trial by jury? Explain.

Ahhhahahahah! I'm laughing my butt off at this. I never even heard of this until now. Ohhh man I love it.

yeah, i don't know about all of that. while it is funny, and i know that you enjoy it for your amusement, i heard someone blaring that crappy song from their car yesterday and i was like :gives: turn that **** off. please.

Haha! Yes, well, it would definitely piss me off if I just heard the song coming from someone's car. The video just makes me laugh a little...If I was post-workout, leaving the gym and still pumped, and I heard someone playing that song, I may have to start something.

I'm cruising through UA.com right now; I think I'm going to pick up some of our 3" boxerjocks and a couple tactical shirts to workout in.

So your breaking down and getting some workout clothing I see?

haha no that's pretty awesome:usa1::usa1::usa1: you did it with class my friend, true class.

Agreed that song is pure crap... but if given the choice between that 98% of the death metal most of the guys here post up - I'd have a hard decision on my hands.

I'll listen to Korn, Metallica, stuff like that...I've never liked death metal, though.

As far as "Jeezy's" sound (I put it in quotes because I'm knocking him down a peg) I actually like it, but the lyrics are such trash that there is no way I'd be able to pump it in my head like some guys do just for a workout. I've talked to plenty of guys who listen to that stuff while lifting but don't actually like it. I can't do that.

What cracks me up is that "Jeezy" (there I go again) constantly references conservative principles in his music: Hard work, self reliance and determination - yet freaking loves Obama and his hand-out policies.

Honestly, that video scares me. The way they hold up these huge banners of Obama's face; reminds me of the portraits of communist dictators hanging on big buildings in China and those types of countries.

He's been on some good songs.... Go Getta / Soul Survivor / Dreamin' etc... but I don't really like him otherwise... He's only good for 4 or 5 seconds at a time.

I see he has a new album out called "The Recession." - Jeezyolotics. Gotta love it.

Chris Rock has a skit on one of his comedy albums that sums it up nice. People who like rap music cant' defend rap music, and it's true. There is some good rap out there still but for the most part, hip hop is dead.

Having said that, rap is still my favorite type of music :squareeyed: Just not "radio and ringtone" rap.

Comedians who weren't traditionally political, suddenly became bull horns for Obama during the elections, and their acts became excessively, I mean 80% pro Obama, anti McCain/Bush material. I can laugh at political jabs to a certain extent, but it came to feel like an angry political rally then a comedy show. Chris Rock and Kat Williams lost all & anything funny as a result of their pre-election comedy acts.

So effing lame, and I loved me some Pimp Chronicles, too.

Not to turn this politically heated, for the record, it wasn't so much the content that was lame, you get used to Bush bashing and the pro Obama business was to be expected, it was the excessiveness and it being the majority of the act and "it came to feel like an angry political rally then a comedy show" that I'm bitching about, for both comedians, one of which, Kat Williams, was near the top of my list. Damn shame.

Exactly, but not just comedians. Actors, musicians, and any celebs really. It makes me sick as well, but at the end of the day I don't admire any of em so it's no skin off my a$$ if they are political idiots.

Yeah buddy I just laugh my ass off at all these dumb asses. Just because of the ignorance fact of it. Everyone is such a follower and poser for the most part. Watch the majorities follow each other like sheep its sad actually. Most people can't find out info for themselves so they listen to the media and **** like that. They are some of the biggest bullsh1tters out and you are going to trust them. lol I know that I am informed and know way more than 80% of people out there but its because i put effort into my knowledge. Rant Done!

Day 10 or something

Disgustingly awesome workout today. Up in strength on every exercise. Pump in both chest and triceps was huge. It was painful. I felt pretty beastly and was in a great mood.

Pre-Workout:

5x RPM
8x Hemo
generous dab of Renegade balm

Exercises and Heaviest sets (off the top of my head) - Remember this is TUT! Heavy weight is a relative term...

HS Incline Chest Press: 250lbs
Dual Cable Flies: 27.5lbs
LF Seated Chest Press: 135lbs

Rope Pressdown: 50lbs
Standing EZ-Bar Skullcrusher: 70lbs
Dips: BW

Donkey Calf: 340lbs
Standing Calf: 180lbs

Ran into some chick at the gym that requested me to be her friend on Myspace a long time ago. I don't have that garbage anymore, but it was kind of odd actually seeing her in person. She was cute but very shy.
