I bought a bag of frozen peaches at Whole Foods tonight. As we speak, I'm making a reduction over the stove... The whole bag of peaches is only 150 cals.
So the peaches, some stevia, cinnamon, touch of black pepper... Let it reduce and cool, and I'm going to have it with some Greek Yogurt. Should make about 4 servings... So like 40 cals or so (of carbs).
